honest and reliable company with incredibly skilled and hard-working staff. We moved from a three bedroom house to a five bedroom detached house on the 12 - 13/01/23. Access at our old property was a little tricky, but the teams carefully dismantled and reassembled furniture, taking great care when manoeuvring, packing and carrying all our possessions. We would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending the company to all of our friends and contacts. If I could have given even more stars I would have.
My high expectations were exceeded by One Removal. Every single employee has been professional and kind during a very stressful time. Jake was our surveyor, and he guided us through the moving process with great detail, and we were confident that this was the right company for us.

Exceptional service from our movers and Lynne, Jake & Joe. Everyone was highly professional and guided us through this stressful process smoothly and without any hiccups! Great stuff guys!
Please watch out for this company, they added 'loading and unloading' as an additional sum to our invoice and refused to unload our belongings until the invoice was paid in full - which meant we were unable to dispute the sum. Receptionist 'lynn' was increidly unprofessional and shouted at me when I called to dispue. Furthermore, they do not carry ID badges so you can't check if they are legitimate and the removal men spent more time complaining about the job, going for cigatettes and using our loo than actually moving boxes (most of which are still in our garage). My complaint about the £400 sum was ignored, and I was told if I post an accurate review of my experience i'd be 'hearing form them'. Avoid this 'service' at all costs!
I can't thank One Removal enough. We had possibly the worst series of unfortunate events when moving with the Exchange/ Completion up in the air, Sellers not moving out on time etc. The team kept me calm and reassured me constantly that everything would be alright. Not only did they pack our house up so carefully, not one glass broke, but they looked after us from start to finish. They were flexible too, having to come back the next morning to finish unloading due the aforementioned Sellers and did it all with a smile and grace. They are incredibly professional and were worth every penny... they also recycle the boxes as much as possible, which we really respected. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the whole One Removal team!!
I used One Removal for a complex move from London up to Nottingham. The whole process was seamless - the quote came over from Nicole after I just submitted a WhatsApp video of my flat (with nothing packed up or boxed at all) and was estimated (and therefore priced!) at pretty much exactly what it ended up being. The value was great in comparison to other companies that I have both used before and also received quotes from - but what really set them apart was the service. Jake was on time, efficient and extremely professional throughout the whole process, ensuring all of my belongings were looked after and protected as if they were his own. Would have absolutely not hesitancy to use One Removal again - and thanks again guys for the extremely positive experience!
You really cannot fault these guys at all! From booking, Nicole was really responsive, friendly and reassuring. Then on the packing and moving days, Luciano and Ashley were brilliant from start to finish. Really professional but super relaxed and reassuring, and very good-humoured which me feel a lot calmer than I expected to! The whole experience was brilliant. Thank you.
This has to be one of the most professional moving companies that I have come across. Initial survey was thorough and surveyor was highly experienced/knowledgeable. Packing team were fantastic - fragile ornaments were packed very carefully. Again on the moving day we received a highly professional team, great communication from the office staff. I had total confidence in this company throughout the move and will without a doubt recommend their services and team which carried out my move.
I spoke with Nicole in the office who was very helpful and informative. A few days later Joe came over to conduct a survey. Jake was the team leader on our move. Honestly, the whole process from start to finish was exceptional - highly recommend!
One Removal helped me move from a 1 bed flat to storage. The quote process was very quick and transparent and Nicole was really helpful. On the day the A team (Craig and Aaron) were first class. Despite horrendous traffic, they were cheerful, professional and very efficient and took good care of everything. I found the service reasonably priced for the job and would highly recommend them.
Jake and his team turned what was going to be a high stress day into an easy, almost relaxed process. Everything was packed, they were meticulous on details. A difficult bulk sofa was easily dealt with, everyone was polite, friendly and conscientious. Five stars and recommended all day long. Really great, thanks so much all of you. One Removal saved me. They were fast & helpful and I would highly recommend them.
