Booked through My Man & Van. Arrived perfectly on time despite having to travel from London to Lincoln in the early morning! Driver was very efficient and a huge help with carrying furniture. House move went very smoothly, would recommend!

REFUSES TO BEAR RESPONSIBILITY, FAILS TO PROVIDE TAX RECEIPTS AND PROVIDES NO INSURANCE COVER AND THREATENING TO SUE THE CUSTOMER. They have sent a quote over email. After the move, they asked for more money claiming it has taken more time. We had no issues paying more as the move was indeed longer. In the process, they have damaged our heater and the renting flat we are moving out from. They have kept the damages under the wraps without informing us. It was when the landlord contacted us that the space beneath the kitchen counter has been damaged, did we find out the damage. The sole item in the space of the kitchen counter was the heater, and the heater legs was broken in half. On the website they will claim they have an insurance worth 25,000£. When we found out the damage, we tried to start insurance claim and claim forms, not only do they fail to provide an insurance policy, but also are we met with arguments and shouting. Trying to make them repair the damage to the landlord’s flat was a futile experience, by saying blatant lies, shouting over the phone and of all completely lying and deceit. This ends with us having to repair the damage for ourselves, despite having all the pictures and videos as evidence. They will also ask to pay in cash or through to a personal bank account which we didn’t look into too much because of how stressful moving has been at that time. As such, we will take this matter report this company as required if they failed to provide necessary evidence and follow procedure. . UPDATE: In addition to provide the insurance claim/policy and the receipt for the move, the company is THREATENING TO SUE US for libel. We have assured that if they have followed procedure all of this will be resolved.

Terribly handled move. Despite mentioning our bulky items like the American Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and bikes, the movers arrived in a vehicle that clearly wasn’t suitable — with no tail lift and very limited internal space. This resulted in the movers spending over 30 minutes re-arranging the inside of the tiny van to try make space, and then over-charging us £80 for the extra hour because of their screw up. The movers didn't come prepared with the basics like lifting straps, instead dragged the fridge freezer across the pavement and scraping it. Avoid at all costs.

The company checked with me the day before if the move was still going ahead so everything was confirmed and set. On the day, someone called me 20 min after the set time of pick up saying that they couldn't get in touch with the driver so someone else was allocated and they confirmed that another driver would be there in 1h. I was fine with the delay but asked for a further update if any other issues. 1.5h goes by and still no sign of anyone, the driver not picking up my calls and the company's office also radio silent. We were already 2h past the set time with no sign of anyone and we needed to move everything out on the day. I ended up booking another van as clearly I was ghosted... 2h after the set time the driver calls me saying that they would be at the place in 4 min... In this line of work reliability is the most important thing. I am not fussed about the delay as things happen, but the complete lack of communication is a huge problem and adds a lot of stress.

I have used their services 2 times and each time has been a great and smooth experience. Very friendly, polite, helpful and professional drivers. They articed on time, finished loading and unloading in an hour. I wont hesitate to recommend Aldi removals 100%! Thank you

The guy came in last minute to help me with a move. He was super professional, really helpful and even when some glasses broke (my fault) he had a broom at hand to clean the mess up on the street. Highly recommend for any house moves.

I dealt with Elisabeth for the admin process of getting quotes, booking etc and response times were super quick with clear, polite and helpful information. Zeray led the packing, transport, and delivery of my household and he and his colleague did a phenomenal job. They were on time, friendly & quick while taking good care when handling my goods. Despite my (2) movers being almost (1) hour late from scheduled booking time, he did called right away to notify me in advance they’d be late. They both helped me move a small room size items in the Large Van

Amazingly fast service, two hours from first enquiry to the van arriving. Dawit, the driver, was extremely efficient at loading up, very careful with my possessions and a very good driver. Although professionaly reserved to begin with Dawit was interesting and good company on the journey. Unloading was swift and again very careful. I highly recommend this service.

0 Stars if it were possible. The team of 2 arrived over 40 minutes late (no contact, no apology) smelled excessively ‘herbal’ (do it on your own time, please), dropped the one piece of furniture I asked them to be careful with (after ‘skiing’) it down the stairs, and now that piece is broken, probably irreparably. Also a very bad attitude when I told them where to put something. (If you don’t think it’s possible, tell me. Don’t huff and moan). The worst. Do not give them your custom.

I was so happy with this service. I had to move urgently and I called a few removal companies but they all told me It's late notice. I called Alfi and not only were they available, they got to me quite quickly to my surprise. The driver who came was very helpful and friendly, he helped me move my load and even stayed a little bit longer without charging me extra. I'm grateful for their service really.
