Impressively fast and professional. I expected the move to take hours but it took 3 and was done with no problems. No ask was too big, they were happy to pack anything extra I hadn't packed, and they seemed genuinely interested in delivering a quality service. Fantastic. Thank you!
I had a really positive experience with alpha pro removals in the past. However this time I had a bad experience, and have not had my complaint responded to despite contacting alpha pro multiple times (via phone and email). The team were 1 hour 30mins late due to traffic. This wasn’t a problem in itself but the team rushed the job from that point on. When they knocked over a pile of boxes- I asked them to slow down because we had plenty of time left and didn’t need to rush. It was at this point I was shouted at told the boxes falling over was my fault because my boxes weren’t good enough and I was hadn’t packed them well enough. Why I was spoken to in this way I do not understand. Ultimately several of my items were damaged, no response has been made to my complaint by the alpha pro team. Absolutely appalling.
Bunch of cowboys. Unlicensed foreign drivers. A manager who scams customers and holds goods hostage until their invoices are paid. Also cause damages and arrive at their own time. Keep clear of these clowns.
Very bad experience. They damaged my furniture. Never compensated even after promising Goods insurance. They quote less but then work slow and double the hours to charge more at the end. They also threw some empty boxes at the old place which became our responsibility to clean.
Worst experience ever. Had to used tens of movers in my life for personal and professional experience. They came in late with non professionals. Damaged goods that they wouldn’t compensate for. Recommend to avoid at all costs
Had a very bad experience with a recent international move. I requested 2 porters for both my pick up and deliveries and both times only received 1 porter - there was not good communication from Alpha Pro around this. France to UK relocation
I hired Alpha Pro Removals for a relocation from France to the UK. From the sales rep to the movers, they were terrific. I had a lot of questions which they patiently answered. My move was not straightforward, as there were two drop-off locations in the UK. Everything arrived in the right place, on time and in good condition. They are not inexpensive, but they are well worth the cost.

What should have been a straight forward move (we were moving only 2 miles away)turned into one of the most stressful days of our lives, thanks to the extremely incompetent and unprofessional removal men sent by Alphapro removals. The workers just didn’t want to do their job and most of what they did do was incomplete or they managed to damage the furniture (drilling a hole into a cot and damaging our dinning table). They didn’t take the treadmill as they couldn’t dismantle it and just left it along with 5/6 boxes that I’ll just needed to put in the van, even though they decided to do a second round taking only a tv and a mirror in a completely empty van. They didn’t reassemble a wardrobe and a bed properly, telling my husband to be careful with the bed as they hadn’t screwed it in properly. The company then charged us for an extra 30 minutes and when my husband complained about the workers spending 45mins on the cot and still not being able to reassemble it they waived it off but only to claim it again 2 months later when we chased up our damage claim on the cot. The company is now refusing to pay the damage claim saying there is outstanding payment!!!!! Stay away from this company if you don’t want your move to turn into a nightmare!!!!

Used these guys for our move out of our home and into storage (whilst we await our onwards move to complete), and they were fantastic. The 2 operatives were great, polite (note 1 didn't speak English but that makes no odds to me) and very efficient & professional. Could not knock them at all.

Brilliant Service
We used Alpha Pro Removals to move into our new home via a storage unit. Our movers were fantastic and couldn't have made the process easier for us. They were friendly and meticulous, handling everything from furniture to heavy boxes to a TV with care. It was a difficult route into our new building (with some construction still around), but they dealt with everything brilliantly. Highly recommend and would book again.

Smoothest move we\'ve ever had!
We've been using Alpha Pro for the second time. This time our move was a bit different, so we needed to hire a bigger team. We asked them to pack all of our items and move everything to another flat. 3 strong, very chatty and friendly men came with the uniforms. They provided us with the packing materials, so we didn't need to think about anything before or during the move! Everything was done so quick and in a professional way.
We've sent them the video with what needs to be moved, and they counted all the boxes we might need, approximate time of the relocation.

Good price and quick

Smooth relocation from UK to Germany
We had to plan a tricky relocation from UK to Germany during pandemic times and over the festive period. AlphaPro Removals were a true godsend. From the initial contact and video survey with Simon, who was extremely courteous and flexible with our ever changing needs, to the actual move day with the four guys who packed up everything into the two Luton vans carefully and securely, also protecting the wooden staircase railings, and then on the other end everything was super smooth too.
Extra credit is given for them delivering our mattress and a few other things the night before the planned drop-off, so we didn't have to go into a hotel or leave our cat alone in a new house. We had a custom sofa from Nabru which is like a complex puzzle and those guys pieced it together again. I can wholeheartedly recommend AlphaPro Removals for your relocation to Europe. We are eternally grateful for your help with our move.
Can't rate these guys highly enough. super prompt, highly professional and amazing value for what they do. Compared to a mover the I had a year prior, they were so much better. handled furniture with care and went above and beyond to make the move as stress free as possible. If I ever need removal services again these will be the guys I call.

Amazing movers and brilliant company. Excellent communication and the two movers that worked on our flat move could not have been more helpful from start to finish. They arrived late but I was contacted as soon as they knew they’d be late. I felt they were honest too. Their previous job had overrun. They didn’t blame traffic. The guys on the job were wonderful. They dismantled & reassembled shelves. They took a big chest of drawers down to a loading dock - outside their remit - cheerfully & with no complaint. They still managed to finish on time. I will only use & recommend these movers in the future. Absolutely top rate!

Excellent and smooth removal
Excellent and professional service. The guys did a great job and worked relentlessly despite we were moving out from a flat on the fourth floor with no lift. The booking process was also smooth. I would recommend and use AlphaPro again myself in the future.

Utterly brilliant service! This is the second time we have used the service provided by Alpha Pro. This time they coordinated collecting our things from 5 different locations in London and shipping them down to France for us. They were incredibly flexible - even packing and collecting things from an apartment on Sunday because that worked best for us. Right from the start of making an enquiry, Kristina was incredibly helpful and eased some of the anxieties that I had about using a moving company that I had not used before. She was helpful and very easy to work with. Ilya came and loaded the van and took my possessions and kept them safe. He delivered them to me in the same condition that they had been packed. He was very efficient and pleasant.

Beyond my expectations
The perfect service: before the move, they answered all my questions and where always available for any enquiries. On the day, the team did a wonderful job and really took care of all my belongings. All my boxes got delivered the following day in France, 900 km away from London, in a perfect state. The team did a wonderful job.

I used Alpha Pro for my recent move and would recommend. I needed two pick ups, one from outside London, and the destination was on the opposite side of London. The office staff (Polina) were attentive and friendly and walked me through the process. They weren't flustered when I couldn't get a parking suspension in time. The movers finished packing the trickier bits of furniture and were efficient and friendly, with no damage to my furniture or home. All for a competitive price.

This team of removal men were amazing. On time, polite, so careful with my walls and furniture and worked consistently hard for 5 hours. In addition their prices were very competitive. I can't recommend this company highly enough and will be using them again in future.
Hardworking, professional and prompt.
I cannot fault Daniil and his team. They were prompt to arrive and very quick with loading all of the boxes and furniture. They kept both my partner and I informed of their where abouts too, as they were traveling from London to Norfolk. When arriving to unload at a difficult to access 5th floor apartment they did not seem at all concerned. They were very professional throughout and took great care of all of the belongings. They made what could have been a stressful day so much more manageable. I highly recommend and cannot thank them enough for their hard work.

International Relocation ended well in Corona Times
I've contacted Alpha Pro to leave the UK in February and organized everything by the end of April. Proposed service and quotation were in line with other competitors, they placed themselves well on the value for money topic. Definitely positive the manager review, he was able to mange the uncertainties of the Corona time, all the documentation to leave the EU (Customs had no complain at all) and last minute extras as well. Regarding Storage I had the first van coming in 6 days (as agreed), all the furniture were in same conditions as loading and the remaining boxes arrived in 20 days in perfect conditions. This for me is a clear indication that their storage facility was up to the task. The only improvement that I suggest to them is in the operations area, they take care of your stuff but comparing them with my previous international move they could do more wrapping. To be fair I spent 10% less with them so some differences are expected.
Smooth move!
The service I received from Alpha Pro Removals was excellent. They moved me from a 1 bed flat in London to West Wales without any problem and at a very competitive price.
From start to finish, the moving experience went well. The friendly office staff dealt with my (many) phone calls diligently and sympathetically, and the removal men packed/unpacked the Luton van speedily, yet with care and attention. They even dismantled and reassembled a double bed in double quick time.
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to move house. A++

The two men arrived exactly as arranged. They were so cheerful and helpful. All my things were moved safely and efficiently. They put anything that needed to be dismantled back together. Care was taken to put furniture and boxes in the correct rooms where possible. Can only speak highly of the interaction with Alpha. Moves are stressful at the best of times and mine fell into a particularly fraught work period. Kristina was warm and so accommodating, allowing me to flex timing short notice when I thought I wouldn't get the keys to my place. She put anxieties around loading bays/parking to bed fast, was an absolute delight to talk to and even made herself available outside of core hours to make me feel better about the whole thing. On the day the team were 100% punctual, unbelievably efficient and careful with my items. We missed a small item and Mihhail just dropped by in the next week - hand delivered with a smile. A five star service and seemingly a business staffed with kind, professional, service oriented people. Wholeheartedly recommend this outfit! Alpha Pro moved us from a flat in London to our new house in Leeds yesterday.
The chaps worked incredibly quickly (albeit with the due care and attention that you'd expect), were highly-skilled, and really good fun too - making the relocation totally stress-free for us.
This was our second time using Alpha Pro. In my opinion, the service they continue to offer is unrivalled, and is very reasonably priced. We look forward to speaking with them again a few years from now!

Thomasz, Daniil and Sasha were brilliant and we would recommend them to anyone. They arrived right on time, worked really hard and were a pleasure to deal with. We had three drop offs, and they packed up our flat and loaded the van expertly to make it as efficient as possible. We were worried about having our baby’s cot set up in time for her bedtime, but thanks to the guys’ hard work it was ready just in time. We will definitely use them again for our next move.

A brilliant service from start to finish
I absolutely recommend using AlphaPro. Kristina was kind, helpful, responsive, and very clear during the booking process (which was appreciated as it was my first time moving on my own!), making it an incredibly stress free experience. On the day the men were on time, communicative, and worked hard from start to finish. It was clear they were true professionals (completely dismantling and rebuilding my wardrobes and bed), and took absolute care when packing the van.

I cannot recommend Alpha Pro Removals enough. I booked them for a last minute move and they fitted me in and were so accommodating. When they arrived at the flat the job was bigger than expected but this was not a problem they sorted everything with a conscientious manner, 5 stars.
Truly TERRIBLE international move - try to avoid if you have a choice
I normally dont bother with reviews, but in this case I have to. There was major damage to furniture that they moved (as in: legs broken off a table. Really violent stuff. Smaller damage to furniture as well, and one large item competley 'lost'). No serious offer of any compensation, but hiding behind their "T&Cs"..... We had a 2 grand repair bill, of which they offered to reimburse us 116 pounds, being rude and unapologetic in the process. Truly TERRIBLE service. I later learned they treat their drivers horribly as well - which probably explains the damage. Dreadful firm of people / never again.
Hard working and friendly team
All the team arrived on time and were absolute troopers packing up, loading and unloading. No damages at all, friendly and professional. Very patient as we had a long wait before completion and the office kept checking in on us to make sure we were happy!
Highly recommended movers
We used Alpha Pro for our recent move from a flat in Ealing to a house in Twickenham, and they were superb. My couch got rodent infested in storage with Alphapro Removals
I used alphapro removals to remove my things, store them for almost a year and move them to my new place at a significant cost. When my belongings were returned I was hugely disappointed to find that my couch worth £1,000 has been infested with rodents and stank, so unfortunately needed to be binned. I contacted alphapro removal to see what they were willing to do about it but they refused to do anything as I didn’t have insurance with them.
I explained that I wasn’t expecting them to pay out for the couch but I did expect compensation on the storage costs when they had been negligent of my property and not stored it safely.
They refused to do anything.

Our house move was made so much less stressful with AlphaPro. From the first contact with Ieva on the phone to both Louis and Reda who went way beyond what was required. Our moving date changed but was no problem for them, they were able to fit us in. We also underestimated how much we needed to move so it took longer on the day, again this was no problem for them. The total cost was very reasonable too. I can not rate AlphaPro highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience with Alpha Pro Removals this Saturday. I have been in touch with Ieva during all the process she made me benefits of a good deal. She kept me up to date about every stage of the delivery at my house. She was smiling, enthusiastic and straightforward. Tomasz and Ilja were in charge of the delivery. House Move Review
Booked Alpha Pro removals for my house move. Everything from the survey through booking was really easy and they were tremendously flexible to my movement in Exchange dates. On the day the guys who did the pack and load of the van were friendly, efficient and really hard working. They started at 08:30 and didn't finish until 22:30 remaining in good spirits throughout. They also did an amazing job, taking real care of all my possessions. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service at a reasonable price
I wanted to relocate from London to Paris with a minor volume of personal items (no furniture etc). Kristina and the team were more than helpful throughout the whole process starting with a detailed quote (that ended up being equal to the amount I paid) and subsequently assisting in every step of the relocation (booking, collection from London, storage to London, delivery in Paris after 6 weeks). Kristina was very responsive and the drivers very kind. Reasonable price, and an excellent and smooth relocation overall. Highly recommend!
An outstanding removal firm
I recommend Alpha Pro without reservation having used them to move house twice within the past six months. I am so impressed by them that I want to take the opportunity to thank them here. Their booking staff are extremely helpful, advising exactly what will be needed to ensure the most competitive price: it was helpful to have a WhatsApp video call at a time convenient to me to show them exactly what was to be transported. On each occasion, they handled our belongings with exceptional care, and we took them up on the well-priced option to have our pictures and mirror wrapped by them - it was one less thing for us to do! I should also point out that one of our moves was from a top floor flat, stairs only: and whilst they knew about this in advance I wanted to say how nice it was for them to be so friendly and uncomplaining throughout the whole process. They were also very prompt, arriving exactly when they said they would. All in all I can't recommend them highly enough.

Team arrived on time at the pick-up location and worked fast and well. They secured and protected very efficiently our stuff in the van. My Moving experience
I have been dreading moving !!! I can’t tell you how relieved I’m am now that it’s over . Alpha pro turned up bang on time , they worked non stop for 10 hours packing my belongings and taking them away for storage overnight.
They turned up the following day having to wait around for me to complete and get keys. I was constantly updated by kristina back at base checking all was ok.

Move from UK to Luxembourg
Had my belonging moved from the UK to Luxembourg.
Came on Friday to pick up my stuff and delivered at destination within 24 hrs (they had some space available in a van going to the mainland, which was perfect for me)
They contacted me via email with an good overview of their service. I gave them a call and I was very happy of the service from from the beginning.
They explained how they worked and all the information they needed from me; they were efficient, reliable, on time, accommodating with my dates and time and very patient (I did have a lot of questions also considering the current covid situation/lockdown).
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and by the competitive price.
Sub-standard service at premium price
We ordered a full packing and moving service for peace of mind, but in the end we had several headaches. the manager was incredibly rude and aggressive on the phone, they sent fewer men to do the packing than promised (finally offering a tiny reduction, though what we really wanted was the actual fourth man), they wrapped several fragile items only in cardboard - inevitably leading to breakages, including of a large mirror. And when it emerged that there was not enough space for our belongings in the two trucks – the manager told us ‘either pay £350 for another truck, or we leave the rest of your stuff there’. The men doing the actual move told us this was not unusual!! (The manager had assessed himself how many trucks we would need.) FInally on the day of the move we had to wait for the key of the new house delyaing the move overall, AlphaPro charged for additional hours after 6pm, but also threatened to charge us a full extra-day if the work went beyond 9pm!

We were moving furniture and valuables from the UK to Austria. All members of the team are very friendly and professional. I was given the correct advice and quotation very quick, on the day I specified for moving 2 very friendly guys came and were very careful carrying everything from the second floor to their van, I had no doubt everything was in good hands. They made sure everything is well protected and covered, as the van was going to stay loaded for 2 weeks before they made the journey to Austria.
The delivery was before time and all valuables arrived unscratched.
I was updated all the time on the status of delivery date and where the driver was.
I‘m very pleased with the service I’ve received and I would highly recommend alpha pro removals.

Completely let down by Alpha Pro removals
Alpha Pro Removals did a terrible job at estimating our move. Kristina asked for photos of our items, followed up with a video call and then I even shared updates on number of boxes before the move. Despite all of this it didn’t fit in the one van they’d quoted. This resulted in extremely high stress as they had to find another van later in the day, and we had to leave stuff in our flat whilst we went with the first van to our new house. When I queried how they’d got this wrong they blamed it on me having not sharing a photo of a bed, despite the fact they’d seen all items on the video call and there was more excess than just a bed.
To really top if off, when the second van arrived and I queried the invoice they threatened to withhold our stuff unless we paid the invoice immediately, I found this to be incredibly unprofessional.

The team from start to finish were amazing. From the survey conducted remotely (by Simon) to the communication and delivery of packing materials pre-move and especially on the day - cannot recommend enough. We moved internationally from the UK to France and it was made much smoother by the team. We had over a hundred glasses and only one was broken in the move which was an impressive feat in itself. Raj who drove our items and helped on the day coordinating the packing was super knowledgeable and efficient. Helped us fit in more than we thought we could!

Avoid
The make the quote they requested square metres, which we gave, what they really wanted was weight, so they quote they gave was wrong for our amount of stuff. On collection day 2 people arrived without a mask and entered the property to see what we needed to move. They were an hour and a half out of the time range they provided. They didn't seem very strong so my husband had to carry half of our stuff to the van to expedite the process (they were very late and we had other preparations to make for the move and a vet appointment). So they weighted everything unsupervised (have no clue if the weighting was done properly or not) and wrote it down on a piece of paper, didn't even leave us a copy, had to request a digital one. We insured three items as these were of value. Of course they managed to damage one of the insured items and then wanted to give us the penalty £40 for damaging an item instead of the £1000 insurance value. They didn't pay. They also deny any of this happened.

The team in charge of the move (Alex mainly) was super quick and efficient. They took care of all of our stuff and the delivering perfect and on time. Simon called me again after the process. All the time the communication has been easy and quick. I would use Alpha Pro removals again without any doubt.

The relocation with Alpha Pro was very smooth and easy. Kristina was helpful and knowledgable when assessing our needs and providing the quote. Brilliant - would recommend
Alpha were brilliant - the move went completely to plan - nothing was broken and a great deal of care was taken. Quick and efficient. They helped wrap items including trickier things such as pictures and mirrors.
Easy, no stress removal
The whole process was smooth, the two removal guys were helpful and efficient, and this has definitely been the easiest move of the numerous change of flats I've had to make.
It did last longer than was previously expected which meant the cost was quite significantly higher, but in all honesty it was worth it as nothing was broken, all the furniture was dismantle/rebuilt with care, and once the guys we just had a feeling of everything already being in order.
I highly recommend, and will definitely use the service again. Thank you for making this as easy as it can be!

Great service, not so great follow up experience
We used Alpha pro to move out 3 bedroom flat back in April.
Good service, good price (including Goods in Transit Insurance). No complaints here.
During the move, our dining table was damaged (surfaces punched). Raised the insurance claim. 5 months(!) later, after numerous chasers on my side (no interest shown by Alpha Pro team), got a response saying that I did not fill in the valuation form. As such they offer a standard compensation (that barely covers the time I spent writing emails). Probably a mistake on my side. but keep it in mind. Always advise in writing of the value of the goods.

Damage to all our furniture, do not use.
The men were very careful and considerate when moving house recently with them. Despite this, we keep noticing damage to our furniture as we unpack. Almost everything has a dent, a scratch, or both. In some cases the damage is extensive. The price was great but you get what you pay for! Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

From start to finish they were very professional - when I called them up to get an initial quote they asked lots of clarifying questions and were able to provide a detailed quote. The crew turned up early today and finished the job quickly and efficiently despite the tricky parking situation on both ends, helping to disassemble and re-assemble multiple pieces of furniture. Communication was great throughout, from both the office staff and the crew. The guys today were flexible and super calm and collected (a big plus as moving is stressful for most!)

I moved a few days ago which I was really stressed about. I contacted Alpha Pro for a visit to check what furniture etc needed moving. The person who came was very professional and clear about what had to be done. To my satisfaction after a quote I booked them for my move. On the day two men arrived and swiftly began moving my stuff. They were respectful and confident which helped me to stay calm. They were efficient and used carts to help with heavy items which impressed me, they are looking after themselves then they can look after my furniture. Nothing was too much trouble and they always made sure they asked for directions of where the furniture should go. They made a day that could’ve been full of pressure to me knowing they are totally reliable and I felt reassured.

I want to start off by saying that out of all the companies I spoke to I got a good feeling from the sales person when he came to do the quote. Having spoken to him on the phone several times I kept telling my wife that Alpha would be the right company to choose. I chose in the end to go for the full packing service too and I don’t regret it at all. The day before Alpha were to come and start packing (day1) Michael came to drop off boxes and packing materials. He asked to do one last sweep of the house to make sure they covered everything.
