The team at Casey's helped us with their pack and move service, booked very last minute after the usual solicitor issues around completion dates. Super friendly, highly efficient, and I have no idea how I would have achieved any of it without their help. They even come and collect all the packaging once you're in, unpacked and its convenient. Highly recommended.
We had an excellent experience with Casey's. We recently moved from Crystal Palace to Hitchin and the service was flawless. They did all of our packing and they did an amazing job. Packed everything so quickly and so well (blink and it's packed!) - Nothing was broken! The team were really nice and very professional. There was a massive delay before we completed and the team were stuck outside our new house for hours waiting. They were so patient and unpacked everything as soon as were were given the keys (really late in the day!). Such a lovely group of guys. Customer service over the phone also brilliant - Always available and very helpful. Highly recommend.
I honestly can't recommend Casey's Removals highly enough. My very old Dad was downsizing from his huge family home to a bungalow after 40 years. He was stressed and emotional about the whole thing. But as soon as he met Lewis, Ben, Sergio and Adrian, they put him completely at ease. They were friendly, professional and reassuring and just got everything done, solving multiple problems with no fuss at all. They were brilliant from start to finish. Thank you for making a difficult move such a positive experience, you guys were amazing.
Casey’s were fantastic throughout the entire moving process, from visiting the house, to booking, to accommodating changes and the movers themselves. The team that moved us, Lewis, Jim, Andre, Steve and one other (didn’t get their name) were absolutely brilliant. Polite, jovial and nothing was too much trouble for them, including a few hours delay due to solicitors which the chaps took in their stride. A positive and stress free moving experience with terry and his team. They were very good at communicating with us whilst loading the van up and took care of all of our fragile belongings. On time and worth every penny would highly recommend ! The office is also very observant in making sure the booking is tailored to your specific needs.
I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for the team at Casey's. We had such a nightmare with our move, in terms of stress caused by the solicitors, we nearly lost our house, it was dreadful. Probably the only thing that went like clockwork was Casey's. They were so professional and efficient. The guys who moved us out and eventually moved us in, were absolutely fantastic and the team in the office were really supportive and friendly. Physically, it was the easiest move we've ever done, and that's all thanks to Casey's, I can't recommend them enough. Hopefully it will be a long while before we need to move again, but when we do, I'm booking Casey's again! Thank you all so much, Anna & Shay
23rd August Lewis and his team moved me from a Terrace house to a small upside down house. I had a lot of boxes and bags, no complaints from the team.They were helpful, friendly, professional, and extremely hard working team. Would give 10 stars if possible. Will happily recommend them to friends and family.
Just completed a big move from Hayes to Norwich, with these guys. Lewis (hope I got the spelling right) and his team were outstanding, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly, beyond careful and absolutely faultless. I highly recommend this company.
We were lucky to get Casey's booked for a recent house move from Bromley to Shepperton. The team showed up on time, and were very quick, efficient and careful with loading our belongings despite working in quite a challenging flat environment. Unfortunately we had a bit of a delay between completion, and they were very understanding about it, giving good advice throughout the day and making the whole experience a lot easier. Couldn't have been happier, and couldn't recommend more.
We had an absolutely flawless experience with Casey Removals. Moving houses is very stressful and the team makes it smooth and easy. They are very professional, honest, provide you with an accurate quote, and break down the service in detail. The removal team is friendly, hard-working and make you at easy instantly after arriving - all your needs are met. We used Casey Removals last summer and the experience was superb. Had to move to another house this spring, planned to use them again but due to a living cost crisis decided to go for a company with a cheaper quote. Regretted every minute of that desision. Pay cheap, pay twice. Casey Removals are the best!
Really lovely guys, friendly helpful office too, and great service. My move was delayed by the buyers on the day, Caseys went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was happy. Better priced than the big name firms and highly recommended!
I recently used Casey's Removals at the end of October to move out of our old house and into their storage facility whilst we purchased our new property. The team that came to move us out were brilliant and had us out within a couple of hours and only dropped one box down the stairs, luckily it was a box with sleeping bags in so nothing fragile. There was one chap on the team that was a little lazy, avoiding lifting heavy items and hiding in the back of the van which the rest of the guys were clearly getting annoyed with. In the main a successful removal. We then arranged for the items to come out of storage a month later to the new house. The team turned up earlier than expected, not an issue. Again they worked hard to get everything into the house. Thought at first they would ask me where we wanted things but towards the end they were putting boxes all over the place without asking where we wanted them so we have had to do some hunting for things. All boxes were labelled so should have gone in the right place. Not really a big deal. They plumbed in our washing machine as they had stated they would. Whilst the guys were here i noticed a couple of scratches and a new dent on my American fridge/freezer and some feet missing from our sofas which I pointed out to them and they said get in touch with head office. I have also since notice the bottom of one of our wardrobes have been damaged with feet missing. I contacted head office with these items and was told that someone would give me a call to discuss. I first contacted them on the 2nd December and am still waiting for a phone call. I have chased 3 times, was told once that someone has tried phoning but I have no missed calls on my mobile and been told twice they would phone me and haven't. I have now also discovered that the washing machine has been dripping at the back where it was fitted by the removals team. The only reason I found this is because all our clothes have been coming out of the washing machine boiling hot. It was plumbed into the hot tap, so found that the connections have been dripping behind and made the wall all wet. So I have got to sort that out now. There were a couple of other breakages in boxes but I think that is because we hadn't packed those items securely enough so cannot blame that on Casey's In the main a not a terrible experience/service with only a few bumps along the way. The reason I have given 3 stars is due to the lack of compassion from the corporate team for the damages we have faced. I wouldn't necessarily want any money back but a phone call to say, I am sorry for these damages to show acknowledgement. So that is a really poor show and has let the service down. Would I use Casey's again, no I would not because since writing this originally (2 months ago) I have heard nothing back. I think the corporate team have let the side down here.
Lewis, Andre and Sam who helped me move house today were an amazing team who really went out their way to help me and my family out. Wife went into labour the morning of the move and these guys just plowed on through for me and made sure everything was set up and safe to accommodate me and my family on our return from hospital. A lot of respect for Lewis' ability to visualise and review difficult to manoeuvre furniture in difficult areas and tight spots.
Thank you so much to the team at Casey’s! What a fantastic,friendly, professional crew we had the good fortune to deal with our move last Thursday. From Lisa in the office, to the gentleman who quoted, to the team on the day of the move, they could not have been better! They were prompt, helpful and upbeat and really helpful; it made what could have been pretty stressful day leaving our family home, a really happy day with lots of laughter! I will be using them to move my worldly goods from their storage facility to my new home and feel sure we will be in good hands! Would definitely recommend!
We used Casey’s to move house last month. Although I felt more at ease following the quotation visit given the knowledge and experience that was clearly apparent, we were still worried in case things didn’t go to plan. I can’t express how fantastic the team were on the day. They went above and beyond to move us comfortably into our new home. The team worked fast in an orderly way, placing everything into the correct rooms and reassembled everything perfectly. Such a professional team, highly recommend.
Casey's Removals is fantastic; they helped my family move from one house to another in Biggin Hill in mid-Sept and are very kindly amazing people. I would recommend the service to anyone who needs help with moving. It especially made my mum smile :)
I cannot recommend Casey’s Removals enough! I had the pleasure of them moving me yesterday, and they could not have made the process (which I was dreading) any easier or more enjoyable for me. Admittedly the cost was higher than other quotes I’d had, however the guy that came round seemed so knowledgeable and professional, and even asked lots of questions about access at the property I was moving to, that I felt completely at ease booking them, and confident they knew what they were doing. My completion date kept being re-negotiated and Lisa in the office was super speedy with her email responses back to me, keeping me updated as to their availability practically every day! On moving day, the team of 4 guys that I had were all super friendly, full of banter and soooo quick that they were all packed and off to my new property by 11.30am. I was so impressed with how efficient and motivated they were. By the time I got the keys at almost 3pm and arrived at my new property they were all waiting outside, with 4 more extra people to move me in. One of the guys, Ben, went above and beyond, carrying my 3 cats to a shady garden area, taking photos of me entering the property for the first time (as no one else was with me to do it) and being extra careful with some of my precious items. I honestly had the best moving day experience, and these guys are so worthy of my thanks and gratitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!
Attempted to obtain a quote for a house move. Casey's said they weren't able to give *any* kind of quote without (very specifc) information on parking. We don't drive, so didn't know how to explain. They agreed to visit and assess for a quote and this was booked. Unfortunately they didn't bother to turn up or contact us. They didn't apologise either for wasting our time. 1* richly deserved. (We highly recommend goodmoves though!)
Casey's were phenomenal! Ben couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and efficient when he packed up for me. And Ben and Andrei were the same on moving day. I had cheaper quotes, but am seriously pleased that I used this company. They thought of absolutely everything. Thank you guys!
From the moment of contract to actual moving date they were brilliant. Helped advise on how best to be flexible with our dates as it took a while to get a date confirmed. On the moving day the 3 men were brilliant. They helped pack items and were professional and careful throughout. Would definitely recommend to others. Only thing I'd change for our next move is using their packing service, take away all the stress of moving!
We recently hired Caseys to move us from the home where we have lived for over 20years, so we had a lot of furniture. They arrived on time and was very professional, friendly and careful. I would recommend them for your house removals.
The team at Casey's did a great job of packing up our house and moving everything for us. Packing was done really efficiently and every box was carefully labelled with its contents. They started the day before we completed and came back to do the final bits on the morning of moving day so there was no stress. They were finished more than an hour before we needed to vacate the house. The team were patient during a slight delay in us getting the keys for our new house and additional teams then arrived to help unload which they did in about two hours. All the flat packed furniture including our beds were put back together too. Overall it was a very impressive service and they took away lots of the stress of moving. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent service from Caseys, they helped make the move as stress free as possible. My moving date kept changing but that didn’t cause a problem and on the day the removal men were friendly and extremely hardworking.
I recently used Casey's for the second time and once again received an amazing service. The guys were professional, polite and helpful. Everything was handled with great care to ensure no damage. The pack up at the old house and unpack at the new house was exceptionally quick. Would definitely recommend Casey's and 100% use them again myself.
