Really excellent service from this company. This was the second time we had used them to move us, and it was just as good an experience as the first time. Every communication was dealt with in a timely and professional manner, and the guys that moved us were fantastic. Excellent removal company, that moved my things from a storage unit in Cardiff to our new house in Manchester. They were great value for money, and I was particularly impressed that they called me to discuss my options for size of van rather than just give me the most expensive quote. Then on the day the two guys doing the move were really friendly, very efficient and quick. Would 100% recommend.

We used Comfort Moves recently for our house move, they were nothing but friendly and helpful the whole time. We had some issues with our chain so we're unable to confirm a completion date to them until a few days before. They were so reassuring every time I spoke with them, always assuring me they would do what they can to help us and stand by for our confirmation of a move date. Once we were able to confirm a date with them they kept in touch with us and suggested they pack some of our belongings the day before (we had a garage full to the brim). This was a great idea which helped us and them to be that little bit more sorted. I've never used a removal company before but the professionalism and speed the team work at is so impressive! On the day they made moving our home and all our belongings a breeze. Such a friendly team too, it filled us with so much confidence. Our home was packed up and ready to transport well within time of completion. Unloading the other end again the care and speed of the whole team was something to be admired. Everyone worked so hard for our move from Comfort Moves I would use them again and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

This company were incredible. I've never seen anyone work so hard. Everything moved quickly and efficiently with no damage. Weather was very challenging on the move day and they just got on with it without any delays. Thenk you so much for all your hard work

Fantastic company, able to accommodate all your moving needs. I recently had them move 2 houses and also to put stuff into short term storage. Anna and Mark are great to deal with and the lads that did the move were very polite and extremely hard working. The cost of these services was also very good indeed, and very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Highly recommended .....

I can't rate Comfort Moves highly enough. Everything from accommodating constantly changing dates with good humour to good communication and professionalism, not to mention an extremely competitive price. They packed and moved our belongings very well, including taking good care of a few delicate items, and worked extremely hard for the day and a half they were with us - and I don't use that term lightly, they worked SO hard. Always conscientious, extremely polite and thoroughly nice guys to have around on a pretty stressful occasion. Very many thanks to you all, superb.
