Don’s Removalists at Burleigh will be the only moving company I use from now on. Corey, Liam and Mark were amazing! They made my moving experience easy and they so professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even lifting my couch up over the balcony when it wouldn’t fit through the door. Excellent service. Thanks so much!
Without a doubt the best moving experience we’ve ever had!!!! After a last minute cancellation by another moving company on a Saturday, Amy and the team saved the day. Amy was professional and very friendly which makes such a difference when you are moving last minute with a newborn baby! The two guys, Bruno and Corey (apologies if I have gotten their names wrong!), were incredibly efficient, handled everything with care, and had an awesome attitude! We are so grateful!

I can totally recommend Don's Removals - from my first contact with Amy, who was super efficient and helpful, to the moment Cory and Liam arrived - everything was handled extremely professionally. The guys treated my belongings with respect and worked quickly and when they had the truck packed, they even carried my suitcases to the car for me. I moved my business over the weekend- 2 shops into one. My decision to go with Don’s Removalist was one of my best decisions. Corey was fast efficient and respectful of my belongings. We had Bruno and Cody move our furniture. These guys were absolutely amazing . Nothing was a problem. Dismantling beds , reassembling them. Hooked up my washing machine. We had some heavy items as well. Had stairs in both places to negotiate . So professional. This is the second time we have used Don’s and highly recommend them. Will definitely use them in the future. Ask for Bruno and Cody.
Don's is the best moving company you can find on the Gold Coast. The boys are awesome! They made the move so easily, quickly and didn't damage anything at all. We had some settle issues when we moved, Amy was very considerate in providing a back up plan and help us as much as she can. I would recommend Don's to everyone.
Amy was my first point in contact when calling around for moving quotes. Amy listened to my needs, Amy was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. Moving is a stressful time, Amy's friendly, easy going nature reassured me that nothing was going to be a problem. For Example on moving day, many things changed, I decided I was taking more than double the amount I had originally planned to. This was no drama at all, she simply switched the boys over to a bigger truck with literally a few minutes notice. Cory and Liam were the fit young gentlemen who arrived on time to get the move underway. Cory walked through every room with me to confirm the exact items that were going in the truck. Both Cory and Liam were friendly, fast and very careful with furniture & boxes. The boys were very mindful of the walls when calculating what exit would be best to move larger items eg. down the front stairs or out the sliding door and down the rear stairs. Cory and Liam were very courtesies of my elderly neighbours and considered them when positioning the truck. I left Cory and Liam to head to my new address, prior to leaving Cory wanted confirm once again some remaining items in the house and in the garage. This was a very smart move, triple checking we were all on the same page. On arrival to my new address I received a quick phone call to say they were close and then boom, like magic everything was inside the house, quickly, carefully and efficiently. I highly recommend "Don's Removals" for your next move. Don't go with someone just because their quote might be slightly cheaper. Not only are you supporting our local businesses here on the Coast you will be very impressed with the service you receive. Definitely ask for Cory and Liam. These guys were legends! Super quick, ensured extra care with all valuables, honest from the get go, absolutely amazing team, thanks heaps will be calling you guys whenever I need a removalist again.

I have now moved with Dons Removals two times in 3 months, on both occasions they have been professional, obliging, honest and have taken care of everything and looked after my 3 pianos. Have no hesitation recommending them to anyone. Once again, thank you Dons Removals.

These guys were absolutely first class from initial quote through to moving!They were very professional, worked extremely hard and loaded everything securely onto the van with blankets and guide ropes.Plus they were courteous and took great care with my belongings. I would definitely use them again.

Great company
Motorbike was stranded after accident and most companies did not reply and charged excessive amounts. Don removals helped me bring it back extremely safely. They even gave me a lift back home which I greatly appreciate. They charged a great competitive price which was within budget and we had a good talk also. Great company, I highly recommend them.
I used Don's to help with a move a couple of weeks ago and it went really well. The guys were friendly, fast and took care with all items. I would highly recommend!

CHOSE ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY!! Please note I never write reviews but people need to be made aware…I’m not sure how these guys have 4.9 rating but anyway where to begin. The storage we paid for was overpriced to begin with for what it was (a piece of thin cardboard bordered around our stuff on a mezzanine). We told them when booking the storage that we would need access on occasion to be able to take things out and to sell things also. But they went ahead and put us in a long term, pay to access, area of their storage. Yes that’s right, on top of the expensive monthly fee, they then wanted to charge us to access and remove our own stuff. On top of this, the storage was not dust free and we had water leaked from the roof onto our belongings. They advertise their opening hours as 8am-5pm but I had to constantly battle with them to organise a time to access our stuff. I could only access our things when it suited them. They were very unhelpful for the majority of our time with them and in the end we ended up ordering a Ute, gathering our things (which they charged us around $300 to do) and taking our stuff to another storage unit. I’d urge you to reconsider if you are thinking about using Dons.
What a professional service! The lads from Don’s Removals and Storage moved my entire apartment this morning and not only were they fast and efficient but such a delight to talk to. They made what usually is a stressful day fun and exciting. I would recommend this business to anyone moving house or requiring storage. Thanks so much Cory.
Probably the best removal company I used In years! Professional, friendly staff! For a single woman moving houses they made the moving so smooth, they took care of each pieces of my furnitureI it was a fun moving. I will use their services again and highly recommend them!
