Brian and Sean did a very professional job today clearing out a flat and moving furniture between houses for me. The guys were quick and very careful moving items with no mess left, being competitively priced I can recommend them and definitely would use again.

House clearance after my mums death. Brian gave me an estimate over the phone. All rooms, cupboards cleared. Curtains taken down and all carpets lifted and rooms swept afterwards. Could not fault the work carried out which was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend this company.

Brain and his son did a fantastic job of clearing my late mothers house. Took time to cost the job rather than an arbitary figure. A bigger task than initially thought, however, no problems at all in finishing the job. Ever polite and considered, level of professionalism was excellent throughout. I would recommend you consider Brian for any removal task.

Brian did a phenomenal job when I most needed someone on my side. Without his help I would have folded completely and the house sale would have fallen through, He did what he was asked (and did it quickly, professionally and for a reasonable price), understood the need for more to be done, went out of his way to ensure he could do it, used his extensive contacts to get other work done for me.... and all in a ridiculously short timescale with unreasonable deadlines caused by my own naivety.... Cannot sing his praises highly enough.

When i called i spoke with Brian Donaldson personally and agreed a very reasonable rate.
Brian and his assistant were efficient, helpful and understanding throughout the process.
Once cleared, which included lifting the carpets and white goods, they swept and left the property in a move in condition for the next person.
i would not hesitate in using their services again or in recommending them to others.

Outstanding service and a job very well done
I called several services to clear out a house in Penicuik, and Mr Donaldson (Brain) was one of the few to call back and was the most helpful on the phone. The work on the day was more than anticipated, but he was accommodating and still completed the work on time. Him and his guys did an excellent job in difficult circumstances and I would use him again for clearance or removal, and recommend him to anyone who has this sort of work to be done. The price was excellent given the cost to hire a skip not to mention the time and effort it saved me and my family.
