First time used Elephant Removals, the removal team were energetic, friendly and most importantly affordable. Great team work and showed great commitment in their work. Some of my things were heavy and bulky but they managed to have them delivered safely. Dreadful moving experience with Elephant Removals. They were late, sent the wrong sized van, turned up without packing materials, were very unorganised (and slow) with packing, requested tea breaks and showed a complete lack of customer service. They have also refused to respond to correspondence on an insurance claim for a damaged dining room table and radio. Avoid at all costsDreadful moving experience with Elephant Removals.
