Cannot recommend this removals firm enough. Ian and Patrick were an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very first phone call to our moving in day, they were brilliant. Iain and Patrick were great to work with. Nothing was a bother, they moved our whole house including disassembling and reassembling our bigger bits of furniture. Moving was much less stressful with their efficient, tidy and friendly service!

We got our date for moving only a few days before completion. We had planned on using another removal company but they were booked up. Thankfully Farr Removed had a cancellation. I was a bit anxious with it all being very last minute and everything not going quite as planned however Ian and Thomas from Farr Removed were amazing. Ian answered a few questions I had the day before the move and welcomed any others to help alleviate any worries. They arrived slightly earlier than planned and were very realistic about timescales etc. They worked so so hard, barely took a rest at all! They were a great laugh too and made the day run smoothly! They dismantled our furniture and rebuilt on the other side. I’m delighted I ended up booking Farr Removed and would certainly use them again or recommend them! To top it all off they were very reasonable too! Bonus!!

I have hired Iain and Marty at 'Farr Removed' twice - once to move a whole clatter of furniture - a big bed, several wardrobes etc. and the second time to move a whole load of heavy boxes of old random junk and bits & pieces. Both times, the service they both provided was exceptional. They are friendly, easy-going, cheerful, generous, kind and just made a stressful time so much easier for me with how quickly and professionally they took care of everything. Grateful & impressed with their hard work & efficiency, and I will definitely be hiring them again next time I need help with moving anything!
Iain moved us from Moira all the way to Birmingham last year, taking the ferry over via Liverpool. He was extremely helpful, both in getting us packed up and putting our mind at ease during our big move. We'd looked at a lot of quotes from bigger companies but didn't get the feeling they were all that bothered about us or our stuff. Iain was the only one to come out and view our place before offering a quote which made us more relaxed that everything was going to fit in the van. He was incredibly considerate during the move, nothing had a single piece of damage. He was friendly and a great laugh. He made moving a distance a lot easier and we'll always appreciate it. Iain was incredibly helpful, polite and very organised. He came to our property to check what we had in advance of the move, on the move day he arrived on time, and had a very organised approach to packing up or belongings.
He helped take away all the stress of moving our belongs so we could focus on the actual move and getting keys sorted.
Our move day ran smoothly thanks to him. Honestly I'm not sure how we would have done it with him! He listened to everything we asked and made sure to take extra care of our of things like TVs and fragile furniture. He even took apart and rebuilt our beds and sofas!
He always had a smile and pleasant mannar which made the environment very relaxed.
Packing, moving and unpacking took about 5 hours for us. Absolute pleasure to work with, and absolutely glad we won't with Iain and Farr Removed.

Outstanding experience...
My Farr Removed experience was outstanding. From the first enquiry through to completion of the job I found this family company to be professional, cheerful, courteous, and very thoughtful (they telephoned to let me know they were running twenty minutes late). The inside of the van was spotless and precious items were handled with great care.
I can honestly say the whole move turned out to be stress free. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. For a major move, or just bits and pieces of furniture and other stuff being collected and/or delivered, look no further. Just ring Farr Removed, speak to Iain, sit back and let them do it for you. 10 stars to this man rang him short notice to lift 10x6 shed from antrim to belfast, came on time got the shed in and out of the van and into place with ease cannot rate this man enough will definitely be recommending this man and most definitely using him again pulled me out of a hole... an absolute gentle man!!!

We've moved all around the world from Switzerland, New Zealand, Edinburgh, Glasgow, ultimately to Belfast but Farrs move of my parents from Portaferry to Belfast was the best yet. Excellent engagement, skilled movers, Tetris in the van. They are 10/10 and you should book them asap. No better movers in NI.
