Headington Carriers were fabulous for our move last week, the crew were a pleasure, so helpful from start to finish, helping us take down a couple of items we were struggling with and generally helping to keep us calm when we were having a very stressful time trying to access our new house after completing. The crew were a credit to the company and we were delighted with the service we received.

Moving with Headington Carriers was the best decision! After numerous quotes online elsewhere (that didn't offer a quote in person) we preferred to go for someone who could see what we had and quote accordingly rather than guess/assume based on house size. The quote was easy and straightforward and put our mind at ease. Our move wasn't straight forward and completion dates kept being re arranged, Laura and Irene in the office were super accommodating with the constant change of completion and put no pressure on to take a deposit too early which was more reassuring that we weren't going to lose out! We finally pinned down a exchange and completion and were swiftly greeted by Duncan and Jamie to assist with our move on the hottest day in July! Swift and polite the house was packed in a matter of hours, even leaving us to pack up final bits and heading over to our new house. Thankfully the other end was just as swift and easy with the unloading and everyone finished early for the day. Huge thanks to the team for ease of booking, changing the date constantly but then finally making everything run as smooth as possible on completion! Headington Carriers recently carried out our house move for us, and did a fantastic job. Alan, Luke and the guys arrived on time, worked quickly, were polite and didn't have any complaints even in 29deg heat. When it came to unloading we ended up with a team of 8 as they brought in colleagues who had completed other jobs, ensuring we were unloaded by 5:30pm. They made moving a stress free experience and I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a removal company!

An extremely smooth move thanks to Hannah, Sarah, and later Luke. A highly professional team, reassuring and cheerful. The company also meticulously searched boxes we had used for a lost ring. Sadly it was not found, but they did find a couple of items we had missed, returned within 24 hours.

Several years ago this company did a great job for us. In November 23 they couldn't have been further from their first accolade. The managing director did the survey and quoted us for a 3 day job. We packed everything ready for the removal team which arrived as expected... BUT with the wrong covers for mattresses and no carpet covers. Then on delivery of our goods the next day they rushed (2 day job and 3 days paid contract) and left having done a poor job in my opinion. When questioned they denied the first incident and failed to recognise their failings after all it was the managing director who did the survey. (Failed to bring mattress covers and did a dump and run job). I absolutely would not bother with this company again. Overcharged and underperformed. The ombudsman was useless too .

We used Headington Carriers for our recent house move. The whole process was made very easy right from the start. First of all great communications arranging the survey and afterwards when we were securing our completion date. On the day of the move, the team that arrived, at the agreed time, could not have been more helpful, cheerful or positive. All in all a great local company, highly recommended!

Amazing service. Dean and Reese were at my old flat bright and early to load up the removal van, dismantle my bed and ensure all my belongings and furniture were safely transported to my new house. Great job and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company.

Brilliant from start to finish! We lost the removal company we had booked because of delays exchanging contracts. Headington Carriers were so helpful and confirmed availability quickly. They delivered plenty of boxes and we packed the house in just two days! On the morning of our move the men arrived early and were friendly and helpful all day. We have found the whole process of moving house with Headington Carriers very easy. They were very responsive and with the site visits (prolonged purchase meant 2 visits) and even when we agreed a short completion date (approx 2 weeks) they were able to accommodate us. On the day the team were great, turned up at 8am as agreed and worked very hard to move us out and then in to our new house. We have some heavy and complex furniture but the guys took them apart and rebuilt them perfectly. Overall, we would really recommend Headington Carriers and should we be foolish enough to go through the whole process again and move then we would definitely use them.

Efficient and accurate quotation following an in person visit to the house. We then had to rearrange dates a few times due to delays in the moving process, and ended up booking with very short notice. This was accommodated with great communication and helpful service. The lorry and crew were amazing and loaded up on time in a very organised manner. The same with unloading. We highly recommend Headington Carriers. We used their packing and removal services last week and cannot praise them enough. They were on time every day, everything was wrapped and packed carefully, nothing lost or broken. We used Headington Carriers for our move in July. They were absolutely exceptional in the service they provided, and I could not have been happier with the service. Chris and the rest of the team were incredibly efficient and also, very importantly, always cheerful and calm. Moving is stressful, but they took a lot of the stress out of it - it was clear they knew what they were doing and they always had a 'can do' attitude. Even when things went wrong - the lawyers completed later than we were expecting, for instance - they remained totally supportive and helpful. We had a lot to move, including difficult items such as a piano and a very large antique table, but they were very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. I thought the rates were extremely reasonable for the very high level of service provided and I would not hesitate to use them again - they took so much of the stress out of moving!

We used Headington Carriers to move our small office to a neighbouring unit. We had booked this very much at the last minute and the office staff were very accommodating. The two guys that helped us move couldn't have been more user friendly and for the whole duration were keen to ensure our furniture was where it needed to be. They had to dismantle and re-build 8 office desks and move quite a few bookcases, files, a heavy printer etc. They did it with humour and patience and we were really impressed. Would definitely use them again.

Everything was efficiently and carefully packed and there were no breakages. On moving day the team were excellent - we really can't fault them. After we'd unpacked we called them to come and collect the boxes and they arrived an hour later. Fantastic, would highly recommend.
