Excellent removal company. We have used this company twice now (one moving from one address in London to another in London, and another moving out of London). The professionalism is great, and all our objects were handled with care. The attitude of everyone on the team is awesome, and incredibly helpful. Used these guys to move house yesterday and can easily say they are the best movers I have experienced and so worth it! They packed everything in the van with care, disassembled a tricky table, were fast and very punctual - the banter wasn’t too bad either (just a shame Jack was a Nottingham Forest fan!) I had the most wonderful move with Finest Van! An easy to book service with the finest van to help keep all of my belongings safe and secure during the drive. I even got to purchase a mattress cover which I'd totally forgotten about! On the day Fabio and Marco were amazing. Friendly and communicative about what needed taking and where it needed to be put at my new place. The extra touches like the rug at the doorway, the doorstop for the front doors and putting my bed together with the mattress cover folded neatly on top just made me so reassured and ultimately so taken care of as a customer. Before booking, we had called up FinestVan and the customer service rep was super helpful and carefully took the time to answer all our questions and explain to us the entire process. On the day of the move, the movers were delayed due to an unforeseen event but we were informed well in advance. Marcus & Joey were very friendly, understanding and remarkably agile. Joey is a master chef in bin-packing items in the luton van. Overall I'm very happy with their service.

Honestly the best movers service I’ve ever had! Joaquim and Thomas were just next-level professional. I cannot recommend Finest Van as a packing and moving company more highly and is hands down some of the best money I have ever spent. From initial contact the team were extremely professional, detailing everything that I would need to do and that they would take care of for me. Gerald, Flavio and Rafael themselves were excellent, arriving exactly on time for both days and the efficiency and rigour at which they carried out the job was incredible. Everything arrived as it had left and there was no request that phased them in the slightest. The refund for returning the boxes was also a very nice touch and ended up making this extremely good value. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I am so thankful to Gerald. He was patient, professional, very good driver and exceptionally helpful. I have been feeling very down lately and had to move out asap. They called me immediately after my quote query which was last minute (24 hours) and paying was very easy. Gerald was on time and never grumbled or got impatient. I used this company 5 times previously from 2011 to 2019 and the service ranged from excellent to great. On this occasion, it seems much has changed and its all about profit with little regard for service. Now they have an operator who when I booked I asked if I could travel with the two men and the van and she said of course. The fee was quite high but I have lymphedema and cannot lift heavy items. On the day, only one man, the driver, was lifting whist the other rearranged the items which was inefficient as my items only half filled the van. Then the driver said I cannot travel with them. Much time was wasted on this issue as I was never told this and they agreed they made a mistake when they spoke to the operator and actually read the job notes. 1 1/2 hours on the road, they said they’re taking a break which did not happen when I used the same company previously to the same destination. After 30 minutes sitting in the van waiting I called and asked the operator if this was common practice, she said no. She said she would sort it and call me back. Instead, the owner called me with a lecture on his workers wellbeing and said I shouldn't be travelling with them anyway. I said if your operator had made that clear and told me about the breaks, I would have taken my services elsewhere. After 40 minutes, I spoke to the driver and told him that I had an appointment and would be late. They came back but I had to wait further for one of them to smoke a cigarette. The unloading was the same inefficient slow process. The Big Yellow employee came into the office and told me to be careful as they had left a trolley with my stuff in the lift unattended. This meant I could not leave them to lock up and missed the appointment. I helped with taking the trolley to the 1st floor and again the unit was half filled so no need for a dedicated person to rearrange items. The icing on the cake was the hefty fee they charged my credit card for additional time. Beware of these rogue removal companies. This company was good but now its all about profit. Its the luck of the draw which movers you get and now, if you get the short straw, they will not rectify it.

We moved to our new flat with these guys in March 2021. They are simply amazing. All our furniture was moved very carefully, but also they were crazy fast, I could not believe how quickly they managed to put everything into the car and then in the new flat. This is not the first time that I have used the company for moving and is unlikely to be the last thanks to their great service. Marco was very quick to respond, being able to sort me out with a quote that suited my situation at a fraction of the price that other competitors offered. I want to especially thank Samson, the driver, who went above and beyond when helping me move a number of heavy and/or awkwardly-shaped items with care, efficiency and a smile. Moving homes is supposed to be a stressful process but Samson and Mubarak made it so much easier for me and my partner. They were on time, friendly, considerate and very polite. They finished the job within the booked time and they made sure that no damage would happen to any piece of furniture we moved. Communication with Ana on the phone, before and during the job was always excellent. I highly recommend this company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We have used finest man and van on 3 separate occasions now. Each time they have been incredible. Polite, courteous, efficient, speedy, able to answer questions, moving things with care and consideration. Most recenlty we used them for 2 jobs, involving a total of 4 different pick ups, each person at the pick up points had the same feedback, they were all impressed with how quickly they did the job but also how friendly and polite they were, even though they were so quick, you didnt feel like they were rushing you, or you couldn't ask them things, they worked really hard to get everything done within the minimum amount of time required, and amazing value for money! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs movers! Special mentions to Rafael, Fabio and Gerald!

Just brilliant. This was my second move with the Finest Man & Van team and, as before, everything was great. Communication from Marco is prompt, friendly and detailed and he really bent over backwards to solve a problem quickly (when we couldn’t fit everything in the van he organised another team of movers, despite them being fully booked). The moving teams were professional, friendly, trustworthy and took great care of our stuff. In particular, one of the teams went above and beyond when our lifts went out of order due to a power cut, and carried all remaining items down from the 6th floor. All in all, very recommended.

I decided to go with finest man van after contacting a dozen of companies and getting recommendations from my friends. The manager Marco is very professional, patient and quick with my endless questions before. I was amazed at how good the cousins (Joey and Flavio) are with the move! They were very friendly, punctual, hardworking and didn’t waste any time with the move. I was very touched that they even used the stairs because they didn’t want to waste time waiting for the lift. They were very careful with the move as well, nothing is broken or scratched. They were so fast that they finished the big items that I couldn’t move at all within 30mins. They helped with other smaller items and I let them go 30mins earlier as the remaining items are light enough for me to move by myself and I’d like them to have an early time off for such an excellent job. Highly recommended - we moved my elderly mother recently and the 2 men who turned up were punctual, efficient, polite and considerate - they were also extremely patient when there was a hiccup in Completing and they had to wait in their van on the hottest day of the year while the lawyers sorted everything out. I would highly recommend this company for any moving services. I picked up a sofa from one place and then a chest of drawers from the other and everything went super well. I hired a van with two men to help and they were both very professional and friendly - I was really impressed with the level of service they provided.
