Hello Mackenzie Removals, we were extremely disappointed with the level of care and attention given during the move. Several of our pieces of furniture were damaged, and many of our walls were scratched. I have attached pictures for your reference. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend your company.

Mackenzies had brilliant attention to customer service. Great service at the right price. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Good value and quick move - all items retrieved from house quickly and helped us handle some of the items that we didn't have space for in boxes. Our new house was protected very well, no damage to walls or doors which was great - only a minor issue with a leak in a van roof spilling some muddy water onto our sofa - took a while to clean but no permanent damage; otherwise very efficient and friendly - could not fault the team at all.

Worst experience of my life. Turned up late, damaged several items and refused to accept responsibility and failed to bring equipment to lift heavy equipment they had been made aware of. They were still loading the lorry when the new owners of house arrived then said lorry was full and headed for new address. I had to get another firm to finish the job. They then demanded cash on the spot and escorted me to an ATM to get their money. I complained to the management but they just laughed.

Excellent service from getting a quote, to confirming numbers of boxes etc, to the removal men. Everything was so professional with a great price. Ciara got the quote done for me quickly, then Jake was brilliant, so kind and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much for him. Andrew, Jonah and Devon had the lorry packed in about two hours. So professional and great to work with. Then when we got to the new house they had beds and all the big stuff in and organised without a second thought. I would HIGHLY recommend Mackenzie removals. Nothing damaged, no issues with things they “couldn’t or wouldn’t do”. I’ve dealt with other moving companies before but I’d go back to Mackenzies for any removal or storage needs. A first class service.

Great service from Paul and the team. Needed furniture picked up in Liverpool because they didn’t deliver to Northern Ireland. Paul got it picked up the same day it was delivered to my friends mums house. My order was wrong and needed Paul to collect 2 more chairs this week. Great service and would recommend to everyone.

The van turned up to move us at 9am, as arranged, and I could not have been more impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of Andrew and his team. We hadn't properly estimated the job but they took it on ( with a small adjustment for extra work) and made great efforts to put us at ease on a stressful day. I cannot praise this company enough, the three guy's who moved us were helpful from the moment they arrived. They were careful and politely carried out the work. They took care to cover doorway and woodwork so as not to damage or mark. They managed some very awkward items into the rooms without complaint. Brilliant squad on a day that proved to be stressful they made the physical work easy.
