Thank you so much Mr Tee for helping my parents move from Farlington to Milton. They are in their 80s and this is their first move in 35 years. I am so thankful for your company making the move stress free, really. I was dreading moving but you took the stress out of the move. You were punctual, friendly, hardworking, placing the boxes very carefully in the room and even setting up the TV! I believe you go the extra mile for your customers and will recommend you to anyone I know who is moving. Oh and a great price too. Thank you so much!
Wow MR Tee is simply the best! The best the best!!!! He moved me n my family from Southsea to Whiteley! He was so patient and did all that was required accurately! He dismantled and reassembled all our cupboards and drawers!! I cannot thank him enough!! He took all the stress of moving home away from us!!

I received a quote for a specific day and time, but when that very specific day and time arrived, the removal company didn't show. I called and was told that my booking wasn't for a specific time, even though the quote I received was for a specific time, and no other time was specified on the phone. Additionally, I distinctly remember clarifying on the phone that the removal company would meet me at the collection point at the time specified when I received my quote. I don't know what else I could have done on my end to ensure the removal company showed up when I needed them to. I was left sitting on a curb an hour from my apartment for almost an hour. When I called customer service, they were incredibly rude and tried to blame me for their poor communication. They clearly had no intentions of helping me or making up for their overbooking. I ended up just cancelling. I'll be sure to never book this removal company again. EDIT: I would like to clarify some points given the response. I did not make an online booking because the website wasn't working. I received server error after server error. I informed customer service of this on the phone, and the only response I got was "That's impossible." I was told to complete a questionnaire through text which I did. At no point during any text conversation or phone call was I informed of a security deposit; otherwise, I would have paid it. Additionally, I would have responded to any email conversation had I actually received any email. This is further proof of the horrendous communication practices of this removal company and further cements that I will never book here again.
I hired Mr Tee (and his team) on a last minute removals job and it was amazing! They made the whole process of moving our furniture so much easier and stress free. They were super friendly and extremely careful with all our furniture. If you’re looking for help moving, look no further!!!
I used Mr Tee to empty a storage and move everything into my new flat, I was really impressed with the friendliness, speed and care with which they moved everything. Very happy with the service received and would be happy to use them again!
Great service from Mr Tee and his team. From responding to our initial enquires, visiting our property to assess the level of service required, to the final moving day, Mr Tee provided a professional, approachable and affordable service. Due to complications in the sale of our property, our moving date shifted several times but this was never an issue and he remained flexible throughout, with excellent communication. On moving day, the service was efficient and friendly and the team did a great job and moving our whole lives into our new house, all in excellent condition. Thank you and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again!

Mr Tee was quick to respond to all my enquiries and to quote, his prices are very fair and his energy and friendliness were all great additions when looking for a removals company. However, my new sofa was damaged in the moving process. Although covering mattresses with special packaging and boxing up our belongings carefully, a gouge out of an expensive sofa happened during the move. I realise accidents happen and perhaps it was partly my fault for not covering the sofa, but I did think it was particularly disappointing when confronted with the damage that I was greeted with ‘it was there before’ which was not the case. I would suggest wrapping all your furniture with dust sheets or other protective materials because none of these were brought, used or suggested beforehand by Mr Tee. Also take pictures of all your furniture before the move because when a difficult situation arises after undue care was take with my sofa you won’t be faced with the phrase ‘it was there before’, which was perhaps the worst bit of the whole situation.

We used MR Tee removals for our relocation from Hampshire to Cornwall and what I can say is we couldn’t have done it without them. The whole team were brilliant and battled winds and heavy rain and got us in to our new home. They were fast efficient and really were a friendly team. Nothing was too much trouble. These guys are smaller than other company’s and undercut bigger companies and have more of a personal approach which I believe is great in one of the most stressful events in life with moving!!! Thank you all I will be forever thankful

Hands down, the best removal service in Portsmouth. Not my first time using them and won’t be my last. I bought a table on marketplace that was too big to fit into my car. Mr. Tee removals was very prompt in helping me pick up and deliver the table to mine. Booking was hassle free and relatively cheap considering the distance. Table was delivered in excellent condition, no scratches. Such a pleasant experience and will definitely use again!

Mr Tee makes moving pianos look easy! Turned up on time, very professional, got to work straight away moving things so they could get the piano out without damaging anything and putting a protective covering on the floor all the way out. These guys are strong, and steps are not a problem! If you have a piano to move get the professionals to do it, absolutely recommend this service. We used Mr Tees to move house a few days ago and they were brilliant. I received a few quotes from local companies asking for ridiculous prices so decided to go with these. Not only are the prices really competitive but they are also very professional. Everything was done so efficiently and the senior removal man had very good communication skills and was very polite. Moved us earlier this year, we got rushed through the move and wouldn't stop even when we asked to as we had a gas man working in one of the rooms. Due to being rushed didn't get a chance to check the job until after and had a number of damaged items. Had to buy new furniture when they moved me. All screw threads had been damaged. They only had domestics insurance for their vans, not business insurance. It was a nightmare!

Very poor service!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! We was continuously rushed throughout our move, despite me asking Timmy to slow down. We moved from a 3 bedroom house to slightly larger house and instead of supporting us throughout the day, Timmy only helped us for approx 2 hours and 45 minutes!!! Consequently our furniture was damaged and we had to buy a brand new fridge freezer.
