Roy Jacks moved us from Widnes to Prescot. The move was handled professionally and with care. Roy attended himself and rebuilt our wardrobes, which for the minimal cost was an excellent additional service. They even removed our front door and took our American fridge freezer apart so that it could fit into our new home. The wagon they used was excellent as it had a side opening door and long ramp that made unloading level with our raised driveway a piece of cake. Don't bother shopping around for the cheapest quote, just accept what it costs for a professional and stress free service.
Roy Jacks have just moved us back from Liverpool to Cork. From the initial meeting to organising our move, to the move , everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. The move itself could not have been smoother and the guys went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are all a credit to the company and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. Well done guys ?. Pascal and Jane.
Ray and Jay arrived early this morning to load all our belongings for our house move. Both were simply amazing. Polite, efficient and incredibly hard working. Got the job done without fault. Handled our property with great care, packing and protecting fragile items. They are a real credit to your company.
Ray and the lads made our move totally stress free. Everything was packed extremely carefully & unloaded at the new house really quickly. First class service.
We used Roy Jacks to move from our home into a split load between a rental and storage and then 8 months later to our forever home. All the staff are amazing, very friendly and extremely professional. The removal guys take care of all of your personal belongings like they are their own. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!
Recently used Roy Jack's to move out of area and was so pleased I did. After a really stressful time the office staff went above and beyond to be reassuring. The day before the move Jay and James came to box up most of our belongings and were both amazing. On the actual move day, they were absolute stars and completed the unpacking with hard work and a lot of humour! Absolutely would have no issues recommending Roy Jack's to anyone thinking of moving. A fantastic service from start to finish.
The team where amazing during our house move yesterday. As a family of 4 with way too much stuff, we where concerned about our big move, but we needn’t have worried as no part of the job was too big or small and everything was tackled with care, attention and efficiency. The team are friendly and professional and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Cannot reccomend highly enough! The team (Josh, Jay, Alex and Kay) provided fantastic service throughout during a very stressful and logistically complicated time. They packed, moved and unpacked all our belongings and delivered everything safe and sound to the opposite side of the country. Thanks again and worth every single penny!
From our initial contact with the friendly, helpful and efficient office team, through to moving day with the hardworking and knowledgeable Ray and Adam, our whole experience was nothing short of perfect. We really cannot praise Ray and Adam enough. They arrived promptly, worked methodically and nothing was too much trouble for them. They really went over and above what was expected of them and made the whole process so much less stressful. They are an absolute credit to their profession. Thank you so much for all your hard work! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company 100%. Worth every penny. They have got to be the best out there and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Roy Jacks are a friendly professional team. All the guys go above and beyond and the admin tea are very helpful. This us the 2nd time we have used them to move and store - wouldn't use anyone else
Absolutely a 6 star service from the start to the finish, you are put at ease and the care that is taken to move you out and in is exceptional. The lads are very hard working and polite and funny and down to earth and make you feel as if you are vips. There are lots of just van and man operations and I’m sure they are great, paying a little bit more as they do it all is priceless.
Excellent service from both the office and the lads in the vans. Four lads had our full house packed up by half past twelve. We didn’t get the keys to our new house until four o’clock. Roy Jacks sent eight lads to get us unloaded. Would highly recommend this company.

I recently moved home with the help of Roy Jacks and they were very professional from beginning to end. The ladies in the office were very helpful when my moving date was changed several times and the 3 lovely young gentlemen who actually moved me (Adam, Josh and Ben) were fantastic and so polite even though they had a problem with one particular piece of furniture they persevered until they cracked it. The whole team were so professional and I'm really glad I chose Roy Jacks, thank you.

I recently moved house and I purchased a new sofa. however when the company who supplied the sofa came to deliver it they didn’t even try and take it up the stairs telling that it wouldn’t fit. The house has a Juliet balcony. I called Roy Jacks @ 10:00 and explained my issue and by 11:35 two fabulous lads from Roy Jacks turned up and managed to get my new sofa in the house by taking it thorough the balcony. What else can I say just amazing service and the two lads who came out are a real credit to the company. Thank you Roy Jacks and a bigger thank you to the two lads. ***** would definitely recommend.
I cannot speak highly enough of Roy Jacks - everyone we dealt with was brilliant from start to finish. The guys on the day were fantastic and I really appreciate the job they did loading up our old house and getting us into our new house quickly. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Roy Jacks performed my house move on 18th March 2019. Whilst being very industrious, perhaps hurrying to beat the rush hour traffic, they broke my computer chair. This was only noticed the day after the move and I contacted them on 20th March 2019. The "office manager" I spoke to said that it perhaps just needed adjusting and he would have to speak to the operatives involved. Dave and Ryan packed up our 3 bed house between them in roasting sunshine and pouring rain! They were cheerful, careful, tidy and professional throughout. When our completion took place very late on the Friday afternoon before a bank holiday, they drafted in 4 other lads to unload the 2 vans at high speed! Fantastic family owned and ran company. Damien was professional and friendly and ensured we had boxes, packing tape and labels and the guys that moved us were friendly and efficient (So sorry, forgot their names. Nathan and 2 others). They came and picked up the empty boxes the day after I rang them. A big usp for me was the fact that they give you boxes for free and then pick them up so they can recycle them to the next customer.
