The van arrived with 75 minutes delay. Once arrived at the delivery place the driver asked me to give him my flat keys and remain on the street to look at the van and make sure the vehicle didn't get fined. Never experienced such unprofessional service ever.

The van driver was extremely polite and helpful organising things within the van and generally made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. He was also very helpful when trying to get the van to the most convenient location to transport all of the items. I had done my best to get everything into large boxes but there were a few little things left like some plants and he was totally calm and collected about this. The system of booking online was much easier than having to ring around for a quote and it was difficult to find a company which was both competitively priced and offered an hour minimum booking slot (rather than two hours as a minimum). Many people provide feedback when something goes wrong - but I feel in this case the service was decent and I feel this company deserves positive feedback for getting it right.
