My experience had some pros and cons. Overall the two-person team helped a lot, they carried some extra boxes and garden furniture I forgot about, which I really really appreciate, and they did this with no issues and helped right away, however they did damage a few things, the one piece that I care about was an expensive shelf that I don’t think was handled with care. In the quotation, it mentioned furniture blankets and floor protectors however neither were used. The movers were also were not prepared for carrying a piano, which also took a couple of hits. This was included in my original quotation but the movers were still surprised about it so perhaps something got lost in communication somewhere - one of them said I should have specified if it was electric or not but I think if someone needs help moving a piano, you’d assume it’s a traditional (heavy) one. The movers also tried to open a double door in the house, without asking any of the residents about how it worked, or if it was useable and ended up breaking the latches. And finally, one small bag that got loaded was not unloaded and seems to have been lost, not sure how and I did forget about it until a day or two after so partially my fault for also not remembering and checking everything made it’s way off the van. I want to make a point that on the positive, they were very easy to book with and the movers were on time, pretty quick and super helpful, but just to give an honest review of the experience and a few things that could be improved as it was a bit of a mixed bag - essentially I think things needed to be handled with more care, and the furniture blankets are certainly needed, maybe not for everything but for the pricier items for sure.

What an ace team from start to finish! Friendly, timely, efficient, hard-working, careful with fragile/precious stuff, great communications throughout and quick to update us on anything that might cause a delay, all headed up by Rana who kept an eye on costs for me. I could not recommend this team highly enough for helping turn a stressful time into a smooth running experience - they felt like a safe pair of hands and we would definitely recommend them!

I would highly recommend! They were easy to book and responsive. On my moving day they were on time, it was very organised and it went as smoothly as it could have. The team were so friendly and did a good job, it definitely took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I will be using them again if needed and would recommend to any friends or family. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do, you need to know a few things first. Insurance is advertised at £50,000 content insurance but the small print says this is only up to £40 per item. This means they would have to break 1250 items and you would need to provide receipts for each item for this insurance statement to mean anything. And even then it won't cover any individual items of any value they break. In my case they damaged a few things but smashed a very expensive lamp i had specifically asked there be very special care taken around. I provided receipts for the cost (well in excess of £40) and comparative quotes for restoration to management. They said they would pay up to £40, and refused part-refund of any of the well over £800 I spent on their moving charges. In fact, when I complained about the service I had received, instead of caring to understand what had gone on, the managing director instead was immediately defensive and just demanded full balance payment on completion and didn’t allow his guys to leave my flat until i had paid this, even though i wasn't happy with the service. It was very threatening and intimidating behaviour. "These are the terms” he said. So anyone thinking of using their service should also be aware of this: for the Removal and Delivery company the agreement only works one way and they take no responsibility for moving your belongings carefully. If you must use them don’t move anything of any value whatsoever with them - even though they charge for that service. Get a man with a van. I thought i was paying for a properly insured professional service but i wasn’t. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this with the office and receive compensation for the terrible experience and huge personal expense to me, but to no avail. They simply offer to cover with £40 which given all that happened, and how much it is costing me is insulting. So much else happened but these are my main issues. They bullied me into payment in my very own flat, when i didn't want to pay the full cost for the service as I didn't feel they had done their part of the deal properly. I have no idea why all the good reviews, my experience was terrible, most of all with management and their customer service. One of the removal guys was perfectly nice and worked hard and was kind, I feel bad he has a boss and a colleague like that. The other was a horror and patronised me, ignored me when I asked him to stop when I saw him mishandle things - and worst of all when my lamp was broken told me 'not to be so attached to material things'. What a service to pay for!
Do not spend your money with this company. I cannot stress enough how poor the service was. We booked removals with this company. They broke an expensive item after being specifically told not to move it. They mishandled so many items, paying so little care and attention. The main mover was completely unbothered by this, offering the advice that 'you shouldn't get attached to material things'. We understood why later when the small print on the insurance means that you are only covered for £40 per item. They were slow, with one mover in particular doing very little work, and as it is an hourly rate the move became very expensive (£900 to move one van load less than one mile). They refused to leave the flat until we had paid, more like gangsters than a professional service. We tried to resolve this with them over the phone and email but have been ignored and insulted. Do not spend your money with this company.

They are very responsive and quickly set up a moving day. They arrived on time, were careful with all the furniture and quickly loaded everything. Nothing was broken nor damaged. The packaging materials we ordered were in good shape. They were quick to unload as well and everything went smoothly.

Excellent service. Could not praise them high enough. Made my daughter's move a doddle. Prices may sound higher than other companies, but with efficient professional men the move was completed an hour less than the estimated time so actually worked out cheaper.
