Company a joke.Paid for packing service. Day one over an hour late, no call had to chase, eventually driver called to explain it was traffic. If you know you are travelling on M25, you make allowances for traffic and leave earlier, check reports, at least advise customer. Moving is a very timebound thing, whether tenant or purchased, it shows a complete lack of understanding of the industry they are in.The following day, one of the two vans booked and paid for didn't show. The one that did was over 2 hours late. Nobody let me know about this. Despite several calls with customer service chasing up the lateness, did they once did they take the opportunity to also advise I was a van down. Left it to the driver of the one that did show to tell me the other wasn't coming anymore, who proceeded to be rude and completely ignored me only speaking to my boyfriend (whom he rudey assumed was in charge as was a man, who didnt even live in either property!), for rest of the day, in a mood because I had told him it was unacceptable regarding the missing van and no manager had let me know as claimed. I phoned the office several times as the vans were 2 hours late to chase, same day before and then again when they arrived with a advisement of a return call from manager to tell me why I only had one van. No call back. No emails back. Its now been nearly 3 months. I moved 1st Dec! I think I've given ample opportunity and been more than fair giving them time to address before writing a negative review, but clearly they just do not care. They've had my money.This meant I had to pay for a second checkout, as the one booked later that day couldn't be done, there was no way it could have it's end of tenancy clean and handover by 4, which it would have done if both vans arrived and came on time. They advised it would be empty by midday.I also had to pay an extra days rent. One van doing 2 trips took until after 7pm to leave my new home, the two guys so frustrated by the end they dumped most the second load in the garage despite being for inside, where I still have to locate and bring items into the house. They refused to pack fridge items, refused to take down shelves, pictures, lawnmower etc. I paid for a packing service and ended up packing most myself. I wasnt advised of thebmany things theybwould not pack or move. They damaged and tore furniture, dented and scraped new paintwork of the walls in the new house, put the slats in the beds together wonky so I had to take the bed apart and rebuild it, despite paying for it to be done. The carpet in the old house was covered with mud stains and had tonbe professionally cleaned, they didnt pack tubs into boxes and toys were lost, broken and trampled both ends and found in driveways. They shoved my sofa that had been recently professionally cleaned on the van floor with no cover, getting it filthy. Bashed and crashed and shoved stuff in that was fragile, marked 'this way up' sideways. Remotes for TV are still unfound. Decorations that hang in children's rooms were crushed and had to be thrown away. Pictures fallen out of frames lost. They were clearly trying to rush to do 4 mens jobs, and were obviously as frustrated as I was they had to do 2 trips. It ended up costing me money, delaying my move by a day, making more work and causing more stress and upset than if I were to pay for removal only. I was pregnant at the time. I miscarried a week and a half later.Ignored my emails after, despite sending to several people. Including the response to feedback email they sent me (which sat in my junk folder for ages as sent from spammy addeess!).FEEDBACK!!Actually tell customers you aren't sending vans and why, tell customer if running late, tell customers that packing service doesn't include packing and wrapping many things that guys that turn up then won't do, advise that men being sent don't speak English well (or pretend not to understand so can claim ignorance when not following instructions). The pre move service was great. The move and customer support, or lack thereof on the day and after was disgusting. Its like monies in the bank so we are done with you. To reliterate; to date I STILL haven't actually had anyone tell me where my second van was, why it didn't arrive and why I wasn't told or offered a different option, monry back etc. Turning up 2 hours late and one van down is disgusting, saying someone would call me to explain and not bothering, also disgusting. Ignoring every attempt at contact after, abhorrent. That's without the extra expense of rent checkout and damaged property that was incurred.Please don't use.EDIT, I was not informed on the day, I've never spoken to anyone called Kris, I have my mobile bills and no missed call or message Andrea also did not all me but i her, chasing for updates, this was her returning my calls once she'd information. Absolute vile liars.
