Was happy with the service but even though I had a deadline to move out by noon and had already paid a generous 50% up fron I was bullied to pay the full amount - I am afraid at that point they lost my recommendation.

I have given this service a 5 star. I had a kind worker who came in and removed heavy loaded junk from our garden during the hot weather. The price of their service was affordable hence I went for it. Booking the service was easy and they were very responsive. I will be booking them again in the near future and I highly recommend their service. Thank you so much

They were here on time but the minute they started picking the trash they complained about the fact that I had decided to cut the boxes and packed them in bags and it was 8 bin bags and they didn't see the bags on their pictures I sent them even though I told the guy I did the booking with I will try and cut the boxes neatly and one of the guys started getting abusive verbally when I said I've only just moved and I demand they take everything because I wanted my compound to be clear that's why I booked them instead of booking for a skip . It nearly turned into a big argument until my neighbour offered to pick all they refuse to pick even though I've paid £198. I asked them to call their boss but he didn't give me any joy and said he was not at my premises so whatever his staff says is what he believes. Never again will I use this company as they were going to charge extra for a piece of worktop and my TV box. Be warned

I recently had my house renovated and had cleared out a few larger furniture items that I no longer needed. After contacting serval waste disposal companies, I found that Central Junk were the cheapest but also came across as very professional. Once a date and time had been confirmed they arrived on time, they were friendly and polite and got on with the job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
