I used GMoves for my move on the 17th July. They turned up on time and were super friendly and very efficient! There was a little delay with getting the keys to the new property which was no problem for them. They were extremely reliable and very cost effective, would certainly use them again if I ever move again and recommend. Updated: just used them again for now the 3rd time!! Highly recommend.

The delivery was scheduled at 1 PM but the van didn't come till 6 PM and no alternate was provided. The helpers were in a hurry to pack things and went outside. Quite rough handling of the goods and where always in a hurry to complete things. I heard that they outsource to someone in the local area and the one came.to us provided a bad service. The van was good a big Luton van.

Initial contact was very professional, however on moving day they turned up almost 2 hours late, they broke a mirrored wardrobe door and discreetly turned it against the wall so it wasn’t immediately visible. They also left a sofa bed on the drive of the old property. Still waiting for the completion of an investigation by George. He accepted liability in writing confirming his removal men left my sofa bed behind, as well as breaking the mirror door. George requested details including cost of items, he confirmed in writing that he would reimburse for the mirror door, almost a week later and nothing including no update on my sofa bed they left behind outside. Very disappointing, still expecting an amicable resolution, I’ll keep you updated.

The removal guys left my tumble dryer hoover iron board and boxes that were in my open cupboard. I gave a £100 Tip as I thought they were doing a good job. Until they left I went up to look around and they left my items behind. And they took it from a struggling single parent in the cost of living.

Spoke to George on the phone and he was very friendly from the get go. He had me send videos and pictures of the large items so he could give me an accurate quote which was very helpful because I knew my price would no go up anymore than it needs to. The guys that came for my things were very friendly and professional. Got all my things and although there was a bit of a struggle getting things up the stairs, they didn’t complain at all. One of the doors and some drawers on the large items (wardrobe) broke, but that was because of how narrow my hallway was and was due to no fault of theirs. Very happy with the service!!

Really well organised. Had to ask George to change the time of pick up last minute and he was able to accommodate very quickly. The guys arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. They unloaded all my furniture and boxes in the required rooms. Have used them twice now and very happy with their service

Great service for my recent move in SE1 - the 2 moving men arrived a few minutes early to start loading the van, were friendly and professional the whole morning. I had total confidence that my belongings were being treated with care. George was responsive and flexible with the final invoice at the end of the move, which took 30 mins longer than estimated, but I wasn’t charged for the full extra hour. Would 100% use again for my next move!

Recommended company. Very competitively priced with good reviews as at January 2023. Good communication from start to finish. The workmen Mansoor and Adil were pleasant, arrived in time and got on with the job. I found moving with GMOVES an excellent experience. I was moving from one end of England to the other and it all went super smoothly. I threw plenty of challenges towards George but he dealt with them all in a profession manner. his costs were competitive and his communication was always very responsive no matter what time of day. The removal men turned up on time and were quick to load the van up. Would definitely recommend.

The two guys were very friendly so I feel bad leaving 1 star however don’t know how else to get this issue resolved - they took an extra hour to get to my place because they tried to take the van through a tunnel that was too small. I was charged £75 for the extra hour (they spoke to the manager who confirmed this). I have since sent several emails which have not been responded to, despite it being in the agreement that I signed that I would not be liable for any extra time on the move that was a result of the removal company’s negligence.

I found GMoves online and filled out an enquiry form. George called me within minutes and arranged my move for me at very short notice after another company let me down. He made the whole process really simple and was very helpful. I was moved by Francisco and his assistant. They were amazing and helped me take apart my bed when I couldn’t! They took great care of all my belongings and were cheerful throughout. I would recommend this company, especially as woman moving on her own in a new city. The communication has been great and I felt really looked after. It’s hard to find a company to trust but I would definitely use this one again and you should do the same!

Had a great experience with Gmoves! I moved from London to Kent - the two guys were efficient and friendly. They took great care of my belongings, including my monitor, 42” TV, and bike. I chose to disassemble and reassemble the furniture myself, but the service is included in the hourly rate if needed. Would recommend!

These guys were so efficient and professional. Cannot recommend them enough! They did an amazing amount of work in 5 hours with time to spare.

Really excellent company. Good communication in advance, truck arrived early and they got the job done very quickly. They had to wait a long time at the other end as my seller had not vacated and they didn’t make any fuss and were good natured throughout. Would use them again.
