About Us
At Dumond, we cover from a small student move locally to full house relocation across the globe.
We employ and train our crews and run our own fleet of new vehicles from Wimbledon, London.
We are proud to be members of IAM (International Association of Movers), the world’s largest trade association for the global moving industry. This gives access to most trustworthy partners across the globe where every company must abide to a very strict of code of conduct.
We have also signed up to the PCG (Professional Cooperation Guidelines). This was developed by **FIDI **as an operational manual and best practices document for how companies in the moving industry should work together to service international shipments, whether as booker, origin, or destination agent.

We are very pleased with the way Dumond and in particular Cicero Almeida organised and carried out our move from London to Berlin. Everything was well planed. The price was very competitive and fixed and the dates of delivery flexibly agree to a suitable time without further costs. The removers in London were punctually, well prepared, attentive to our wishes, polite, very careful with the goods and overall vey professional. The delivery in Berlin was exactly as agreed n and the workforce there showed the same high level of professionally and responsiveness to our wishes as we had experienced in London. Worst experience ever , I moved from UK to US , They use so much paper to increase the volume of the boxes we received our first container a month later that they promised and we found half of our sofa half of the dinning table and a lot of half furniture and we had to wait for two more months to receive the second container .Second container arrived and a lot of furniture were destroyed and they informed us we have no insurance for the second container. Really bad and stressful service.

Dumond packed up our flat from a move from the UK to the US. What I thought was a pleasant packing experience turned pretty awful once I unpacked. I had a few empty boxes and boxes that only had a few small items and tons of paper in them. I called 6 times to discuss this complaint and was told someone would call me by the end of the day each time. It took 4 weeks for someone to call me back (2 of those weeks were over the holiday period). I received a call exactly 4 weeks after my first call with no resolution since they did not manage the move, only did the packing.
Dumond facilitated our house move out of London in the smoothest way. From arranging dates with the office team to the move itself, the whole process was seamless. We had boxed most things up already but anything even slightly fragile they wrapped and protected to be double sure. Everything arrived the other end in perfect condition. They even got our enormous sofa in through the window as it didn't fit through door. Phew! Thank you to everyone at Dumond. I would give them six stars if I could!

I've moved with this company at least six times now, two of those international. They recently moved by 80 year-old Mum from London to Belgium - packed the whole house, delivered it, in perfect time and budget. Cannot recommend highly enough - use no other mover, I say.

I was amazed that this company were so responsive at very short notice indeed. I hadn’t realised how much they would do and wish I’d know this earlier. My move encountered a disaster because of an administrative error and the team had a very long day until things were resolved; they were professional, courteous and helpful right until they left. Our experience of using Dumond has been very good. They are professional and their staff are very friendly and helpful. They have also been very flexible as our dates and plans have needed to change quite a bit. We would definitely use them again.
