They were punctual, very quick and careful with moving all my belongings, and had so much patience with the more challenging aspects of the job. They were also extremely thoughtful, taking care to protect carpets etc, and going above and beyond to help in any way they could. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Second to none, top flight team Customer service exceeded anything I've experienced before. Not only giving advice on how to prepare for the moving process, but solid knowledge of the moving process which really came from the heart. On the day of the move, when there's isn't any fight left you, they came in like thunder, shifted everything in a matter of hours into the Luton, packed it safe & solid and were on their way before I could even think about lunch! Unpacking on the other end was a dream, they had twigged where all the furniture and boxes had come from and put it into their corresponding rooms, built furniture I didn't have a clue how to do, laughing and joking all the way. Solid salt of the earth guys, my Mrs even made friends with them on Facebook!

I used this company to help me move from Cardiff to Haverforwest and they were amazing. Best price around and responded to messages straight away and were really flexible in accommodating my changing completion date. They were both super friendly and down to earth and were very respectful of my belongings and made sure everything was packed in the van safely before setting off. The best moving service ever ! Really helped me out on such short notice for a move from Cardiff to London, with an unbeatable price point. The guys were efficient, very helpful and responsive. All of my belongings were handled with care and placed in the rooms I needed them to be in! I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them to anybody who is moving.

Minionz moved two wardrobes for me today, from Cardiff to the Rhonddas. Luke and Darren were great! Professional, courteous and on time. They kept me informed every step of the way. They took great care of the wardrobes and also moved them into a difficult area of my house, all the while managing to do this with a smile. They are well priced and offer an excellent service. I will be using them again in the future and recommend them highly.
