Had three absolutely brilliant removal men assist us with our house move today. Ellis, Reece and Nick were quick, careful with our belongings and very helpful. They dealt professionally with some hurdles we came across when trying to gain access to our new home and even when they had restricted access through the front door they STILL acted professionally and managed to get all our stuff in! Absolutely first class removal experience, Essex to southern Spain. So helpful and friendly, and in 6 tons of assorted books, furniture and chattels which spent several months in storage and transit, only 1 small kitchen glass was broken. My parents used this company to pack and move in tricky circumstances. They were really both not able to pack or sort a lot of their possessions (my mother had two broken arms!). The team that were there were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, all the items were carefully and efficiently packed and loaded. Whenever I have emailed the office their response has been fast, polite and helpful. Used South Park yesterday for our move, brilliant service from start to finish. Knew from the video call quote in lockdown that they were the company for us. Made me feel at ease, everything was clear and simple and no hidden catches like some of the other companies I spoke to.
