5/5, I highly recommend Nicco and his team for Vertigo removal services. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating during a difficult time for us. We had a family emergency and had to move quickly. Nicco and his team were willing to work on a Sunday without charging extra. They were also very understanding and compassionate, which was comforting during a stressful time. Ivan, the operations manager, was a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. He completed his job with perfection and made sure that everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Thank you, Ivan, Nicco and team!

I hired them after a competitive quote and reading the reviews on trust pilot, which in hindsight are not genuine. The good part first, movers were on time, polite and co-operative. The day the move happened we were happy, but in next 2 days we figured how much it went wrong. Packing was awful, anything was packed with anything, roughly with no protection. Labeling was close to non-existent and when labelled they still put them on wrong floors. We only had few disassembly and assembly and all of the reassembled furniture has suffered. A cupboard has scruff marks and dents, both the beds are squeaking as they have not been assembled correctly and my office table is scratched at multiple places, they tried to move it without disassembly and disassembled when it got stuck. Hence, multiple scruff marks on our walls, and on table. When contacted them, they said it was minor and they will do it when they collect their boxes. After that, they have ignored my messages, maybe this review will catch their attention. Hire them at your own risk ! Update after Vertigo's reply: The GM of this company has replied below saying that our photos of damage are silly. This is the respect they have for their customer. Yes we didn't buy the insurance because no one expects so much damage in a single move

The best moving service, professional, efficient, friendly, reliable, and reasonable rates. And they offered to help move stuff to the upper floors. Will totally trust them for my next move. They helped me move from London to West Yorkshire at very competitive price, and update me with timing. It's the best out of my whole moving experience, giving me piece of mind. Nico and the team did a fantastic job with our move. They turned up promptly and packed everything carefully and within a reasonable amount of time. Ours was a long distance move and they arrived promptly at the new address. They even helped me to think about which rooms to put the stuff in. Very reasonably priced and lovely guys. Would 100% recommend to friends/family for a service that’s reliable and good value.

We were very impressed with our experience with Vertigo Transport, who we hired for our move from London to Birmingham. They were extremely efficient in packing up our flat - all four members of staff were very polite and friendly. There was a problem with a van breakdown en route, but they handled the situation efficiently and got back on track, making up for lost time later. They went above and beyond to make things easy for us and to be helpful - the sofa wouldn't fit through the door, but they worked out it could be taken apart, so did so and then put it back together. One of our desks was already a bit broken but they kindly fixed it for us with some extra screws. They wouldn't let us lift a finger, making moving day really relaxing for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Also - the man I spoke to to get a quote and set up the timing etc. was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you!

A huge thank you to everyone at vertigo that recently help my husband and I move from London. After finding them online Vertigo were very timely in giving me a quote. After visiting our home for the evaluation the quote didn't change and they were very fair in their pricing. The move team were very punctual, professional and kept great communication. They packed our belongings exceptionally well and with care in their lorry. I would highly recommend the team at Vertigo.
