Brilliant service. Great value and honest. We had to have some stuff moved from a commercial property. However, we were on another location so no one from our company could be at the property. I left the keys to the property with AA removals and they moved everything and video called at the end to show me. I would defiantly use their services again.

Excellent service. Got in touch to have a wardrobe dismantled and removed, and assist with shifting a heavy set of shelves into it's space. They were able to do next day which was great. Very professional and polite workmen, on time, no mess left and super quick. Highly recommend.

Malik,the owner sent me a message when I enquired about using his company for my removal job.His message was one of utmost consideration and I got instantly drawn to using his company. He was able to answer all the questions I had. On the day of the project,he and his team arrived on time,did their best - they showed a good level of professionalism and care. The cost of the project was also very reasonable. Unfortunately, there was a crack on one of my mirrored furniture, when I pointed out to Malik ,he offered a compensation which I was happy with. This was a really excellent service, the removal guys arrived perfectly on time and were very efficient and quick at loading the van. We had to empty two houses and then take this all to a new house and we were done before the 3 hours was up. I would highly recommend booking this service, I felt my belongings were very safe with Malik and his colleagues, nothing was damaged and there was no stress. Will definitely only be using them when I need removal services in the future!

If you are like me and reading through reviews to find a reliable removals firm, you can end your search now. AA removals UK are a cut above. Polite professional and totally reliable. Mr Malik was very understanding and cooperative And Mohsin our driver, packer and lifter was simply magnificent, a more obligingly, courteous and efficient packer is hard to imagine. We had some problems over the two days of your move - all my fault - and Malik and Mohsin made them all melt away.

I was given a prompt quote on email, and plenty of advice and guidance in follow up questions by the very helpful Malik. I went ahead with their services and was not disappointed. We used AA Removals for our house move. The guys arrived on time, they were so quick, had all the tools and dismantled our beds and all other furniture. They were very careful while moving the equipment to not cause damage to surroundings and to the equipment. The also helped us organise the stuff at the new house and assembled our furniture. Amazing Job!! Very pleased. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I needed a van at short notice and AA removals were an excellent choice. Arrived early at picking up and dropping off, let me keep by stuff in their van overnight at reasonable cost, and very efficient and polite. Only thing to watch out for is they kept upping the price by a tenner each time I saw them (so total up by £20), luckily I had the cash but I thought this was a bit cheeky. Overall, a great service and I felt my stuff was very safe and secure with them.

It pains me to write a negative review especially when the actual removal guys were friendly. Unfortunately, the overall service was very poor. The removal service was booked for 7.30pm and they arrived at 9.10pm. I received no apology and the owner kept on repeating that this was the norm with all removal services. He did not seem to understand that when a service is booked for 7.30pm, we expect a prompt arrival at that time. He shifted the blame on to us and was adamant that we should know that all these service can be 2 hours late and that we just needed to accept this. I asked him why this piece of information was not relayed to us when we made the booking and it was only then he said it was his fault. Furthermore, a dis-assembly team we had hired arrived on time but could not complete the job because the removal team arrived so late. We were charged an extra £70. After much arguing over the phone, the owner of this company felt a £20 discount would cover the costs.I have text messages and timings of phone calls from the owner to prove these claims. Unfortunately, we would not recommend in using this service. If you do choose to use this service, be aware that there may be a 2-3 hour delay but the owner will explain that this is normal (Which is apparently great for adults working a full time job). Please use with caution.

Fantastic service. Booked last minute. Very efficient. Just clarify if you're to pay per hour for work done or fixed hours regardless of how long it takes to move. I was told one thing and my partner another. In the end of course we were made to pay for more hours than it took to move. Otherwise a great service.
