The guys were absolutely amazing, so speedy and so careful with everything, it was the first time we'd had movers and we were even hesitant to do so before hand but how much quicker, easier and efficient it was compared to if we'd tried to do it ourselves is just unmatched! Can't recommend them enough!

Definitely do not recommend this company. This happened six months ago, when David viewed and confirmed the price and date, but then cancelled only days before the move as they did not think 1 van was sufficient to move in the quoted 4 hours. They asked for a different date and also for 2 vans and more people and higher price. I ended up having to find another company in a very short time that they did it with 1 van and less than 4 hours. Definitely never again with this company. Edit after company reply: Comments left after six months not due to trauma but just being too busy thank you. Also left a positive comment today on the other company that completed the move within the timescale.

Moving is a very tough job if you lived alone. AMS help me to transfer my stuff from my old place to my new home in just 1 hour. They are quick and strong! Thank you guys now I can finally settle down.

AMS Removals helped my partner and I move to our first house on Friday. The owner, David, was very friendly and responsive and quoted us a fantastic price to move from our flat to our new house. Dave and the two guys, Matt and Harry, moved all of our furniture quietly and efficiently and didn't once complain despite having to lug some heavy furniture up and down stairs (and plenty of boxes!). All of our stuff was handled with such care and kept intact with not a single wall scuffed. I highly recommend this company if you want a stress-free move.

I’d like to thank David for an excellent service just yesterday. It was a long move, a long drive, yet he set off early in the day to arrive by noon (which is preferable & convenient for me, of course!). My family said he and his colleague loaded up the van within 15min, and he unloaded it in just as fast a time! Very efficient, professional and careful with my furniture. Speedy replies, good communication. Also, thanks for being so patient with me!

Dave and the guys from AMS did a fantastic job for me. Very responsive to messages which was great when moving house is stressful enough. They moved my mum in January and me this month without a single breakage, spill or item going missing. They put items exactly where needed with care and concern. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them strongly. They couldn’t have worked harder and were so friendly and kind.

These guys totally exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them enough. Ours was a difficult move from a duplex apartment in the city centre to a rural location in Wales. With many large and heavy pot plants on the upstairs terrace I was dreading the reactions from removal companies. Most of our previous home moves have been fulfilled by grumpy guys, moaning through the whole process. AMS however couldn't have been more different to our previous experiences. Friendly, upbeat and professional and when some significant challenges arose David came up with a plan and it was solved before we even knew about it. Everything was moved with care and relocated with consideration. Exactly what we wanted and for a very reasonable fee. Hence 5 stars!

I can not stress enough how great AMS were for our move. They moved us from a second floor flat and into a second floor flat with no lift on either side and despite that everything was in our new flat before noon. Astonishing service that I would use every time.

David and his team from AMS Removals were brilliant and took a lot of the stress out of our recent house move. David accommodated our request for removal on May bank holiday, then arranged more support on the day when we found we needed to move some large additional items. The men arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and worked non stop. When we got to our new home, they put everything in the places they needed to go. The payment system was also really easy to use and communications by text and email were helpful and reassuring. We really would highly recommend AMS as a safe pair of hands and would use them again in the future.

An excellent service provided by AMS. Rob and Ben were incredibly helpful (and patient) with getting everything across. We even had to send a couple of things back and change the initial inventory as not everything went where we wanted it. Very competent in taking furniture apart and putting it back together. Will definitely be using again when we move back in a few months time.

The lads took great care with all our stuff and got the job done efficiently, they were personable and nothing was too much bother. Thanks to Ben and the other lad (whose name I didn’t catch), you made what can be quite a stressful experience as easy as could be! Would definitely use AMS again.
