Moved us from Kent to Central London. 4 bedroom house and to a 4 storey house and so it was exceptionally difficult but the chaps were so helpful and so cheerful and just got the job done. Really efficient and seamless and would recommend to anyone!

I obtained a quotation for removals for a modest 3-4 bedroom house moving just 37 miles without much large furniture and it was more than 3x the cost of a comparable national company with excellent reviews for the removal who had also done a video survey (4660 as compared with 1543). They tried to persuade me that the service was much better but there does not appear to be any objective evidence of that and it would most certainly not justify a 300% mark up. So my advice is get several other quotes!

Britannia movers made sure everything made it safely from London to Virginia. Their communication was frequent and detailed. I never worried for a minute about my things, which was a relief as moving is stressful enough as it is!

Britannia Movers handled my shipment of household goods & treasures from Houston, Texas to Nottinghamshire, England. From the start, Janine was communicative and reassuring! Rich Halas, their representative also made the paperwork process VERY easy! They provided us step-by-step support!! The delivery crew was also in contact with us prior to and during delivery. They arrived on time, were patient as I checked off each item as they unloaded, which was particularly challenging as the items had not been marked or packed very clearly on the Dallas side of things I have moved internationally before, and this by far was the best all around service I have ever had!! HIGHLY recommend!!

My container arrived in Wales on Thursday, 11 April 2024 from South Africa and I can honestly say that I have never before received such excellent service from any other company of this caliber and expertise. The admin kept me posted with times and date of delivery and everything went according to plan. A special mention to the hardworking team comprising Gerald, Ben and Tony who made everything so easy for me and went the extra mile throughout the day. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they persevered time and time again when faced with a problem. They were so organized and in unison with each other, that the day went by quickly, and there was time available in between to assemble beds and tables etc. I can only say a big THANK YOU for all your efforts and assistance It was truly appreciated, and I would recommend Britannia Movers International to anyone making a move within the UK or abroad. I found Britannia to have been very professional. Moving and shipping our goods from South Africa to the UK was not easy due to the remote nature of the locations. Even still they could adapt to the unique challenges they were facing. The fact that the personnel was able to be fluent in Afrikaans and English was of great help. Highly recommend this company.

Britannia handled the customs clearance and delivery of a shipment of my belongings from the US. Everything went smoothy, customs cleared quickly, and delivery was prompt afterwards. Rachel kept me well informed throughout, and then on delivery day the truck turned up at the beginning for the time slot given to me. Everything was unloaded carefully and the movers were polite and friendly! Would happily use again :)

12 weeks and our belongings still not shipped. We were told it would be an average 8-13 weeks. Happy to say this and take the money but our belongings are still sitting in the UK and it has been 12 weeks since Britannia collected it. We just keep getting “we will keep you updated” what does that even mean..6 months, 12 months, another 3 months!! As we are waiting for the company to have other customers to fill a container the consolidation is going to take as long as it suits them. Very disappointing.

We were moving from USA to Scotland and Britannia Movers who dealt with the UK side of it all were excellent. Laura Kirsten who was our first point of contact was very friendly, professional and always there to help and guide us through the process and paperwork involved. She really went out of her way to make everything as stress free as possible. All our goods arrived safely with nothing damaged at all. So I will not hesitate to recommend these guys or to use them again.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Britannia Movers. My belongings were shipped from the US to UK and was nervous about items being broken. Everything was expertly handled with care. The three gentlemen were more than willing to bring my boxes up 32 steps to my flat, which I was not expecting. They also offered to unpack and haul away the rubbish. If you need to choose a mover for your next project, Britannia is it!

Britannia were absolutely amazing when moving my parents to their new home. Very informative, punctual and the gentleman that did all the moving were friendly and polite. I recently used Britannia Movers to help me with my international move from UK to Kenya and I can honestly say that they did an excellent job. From the start, they were professional and courteous. They were timely and flexible when it came to scheduling, and they were willing to work around my busy schedule. The movers were also very careful and efficient with packing and loading my belongings. They worked hard and took extra care to make sure that everything was properly secured. Nothing was damaged during the move and everything arrived safe and sound at my new place. The only aspect of the move that brought discomfort was communication around timings for the sailing of the ship which came late, and unfortunately with a surprise around the actual ETA vs what we had discussed as expected ETA, but other than this, their service was superb! They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on how to move my things safely. I really appreciate all of their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to move.

Caution!! I used Britiannia (also known as Ryansmove) for relocating to Abu Dhabi. - First they said that the quoted price is based on an estimate volume and the actual volume will be provided when the cargo reaches the consolidation center... Guess what?! They never provided the actual volume and did not adjust the price!!! - ... And they do not respond to any email when asking for evidence of the actual volume loaded.. - The cargo has taken 4 months to reach from London to Abu Dhabi! After it waited for 2 months in the UK!! - Wihtin the 2 months they did not bother to even provide an update... - Now they are asking me to pay extra charges for clearance at Abu Dhabi when they clearance was supposed to be included in the price!!! Avoid...

I have recently moved back from California and approached a US company and even though i had no control over what moving company would be taking my container in the UK i am glad they used Britannia. They introduced themselves at an early stage and kept me informed. Kate was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Once i had confirmation of the delivery, they turned up right on time and the team were very helpful and friendly. Quoted over £4,000 to move from Scotland to NE England, they do not provide a military discount even though the military use them for their sfa moves. Poor to be honest. Moved twice with them though through work and they’ve been good, nice guys who work for them.

Laura and the logistics team did a great job preparing me for my move in date. The two guys that did it (their names escape me unfortunately!) were really professional and friendly even in the face of some adverse conditions (rain and no lift!). Nothing but a good experience.

I didn't chose Britannia to move my goods, I hired a US shipping company who subcontracted the UK leg of the move to Britannia. That said, once my shipment arrived in the UK I was immediately contacted and advised of the timescale for delivery, HMRC and updated delivery etc. Throughout, the office personnel were very helpful and professional and made the completion run smoothly. My shipment arrived and was deposited where I requested. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Having my things unpacked and boxes taken away meant I was the only one home during the delivery out of our family of 4 and it wasn't overwhelming to manage solo.
