I received excellent service from Burke & Wills. From the very initial call, Jason explained the process clearly and made it very easy and stress-free for us. Payment was made online using a secure service, which added to the convenience. On the day of the move, Alex and his team of two colleagues arrived 30 minutes early and started packing straight away. They were very efficient, quick, and careful, completing the removal well before our deadline of 1 pm. They met us at the new property, unloaded everything, assembled the furniture, and removed the packaging. Thanks a lot for making our move so smooth!

Absolutely outstanding! I am so thrilled that I went with B&W even though I winced at the quote initially. They were worth every penny and the man hours they put in for the cost is phenomenal. Totally brilliant service. The team were incredibly quick, efficient, as well as being friendly and entertaining. It made what is meant to be an incredibly stressful experience, really enjoyable. We opted for the packing service as well as the move, and although not cheap, it was definitely worth the money. We’d 100% recommend. I’m terrible with names but the 3-man team who helped us on 1 March was just fantastic so a big shout out to them. As I wrote on their feedback form at the time, they were “absolute legends”. Burke & Wills did our move in September last year. They were excellent throughout the whole process - very organised and helpful and on the day they were brilliant - no complaints about moving a lot of heavy things out of our top floor flat and we were fully moved into our new house by 3pm! Would definitely recommend.

From first contact this firm was brilliant. They had been recommended, I had seen their vans a lot and I like using local companies so i didn't shop around with any vigour. The estimate was done quickly and I felt in safe hands immediately. Back office excellent. The men who did the real job were efficient, reassuringly confident and cooperative with my cleaning team. And once we had completed the transaction and had journeyed the short distance, everything was unloaded in a trice. What I had thought would be the most awful day was in fact fine. The new place looked like a set from Les Mis but the barricades are already much diminished and I am returning 70+ boxes already. I too recommend this firm.

I can’t recommend B&W more highly. This is the second time they’ve moved us in the last eight years and they were just as good this time round as last time. They moved us from London to Wiltshire which was a big deal for us but they made it so much easier. Incredible crew headed up by Lloyd - his skill, knowledge and ability to lead his team as well as help me make sensible choices on a stressful day was evident throughout. His whole crew was hardworking, polite and lovely to have around to be honest. From Terance’s initial inspection through to when they drove away to return to London, the whole team really looked after us and at a good price too. Would definitely recommend. We found them easy and polite to deal with, reasonably priced and really efficient. They did a thorough video survey ahead of the move, arrived when they said they would the day before the move to do most of the packing and then turned up early on the day. They had everything on the lorry by about 11am and had unloaded everything in the new place and furniture reassembled by about 4pm (moving from South West London to Surrey). They even came back a few days later to pick up all the empty boxes for free. Overall very positive experience.

Moving house is a fraught business full of 'professionals' that really do very little in terms of managing excellence in the customer experience. We used Burke and Wills after a friends recommendation and, I have to say, we found them exemplary, from organising and accommodating our on/off completion date to the actual packing and unpacking process the team were polite, efficient, tidy and extremely personable. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

In typical lastminute dot com fashion we were moving from a flat and a storage unit but hadn’t sorted our removal people until the almost last moment. Trawling several comparison sites and search engine we came across Burke & Wills who had great reviews and operated in our postcode. After an initial call with Greg we arranged a video walkthrough of our flat and oh my, Greg was thorough. He made me open every cupboard and wardrobe we had so that he could effectively assess how much stuff we had. Having done close to 10 of these calls in about 3 days he was the only one who was this thorough. And it didn’t stop there. Even before we decided to engage Burke & Wills we received lots of useful information from Greg which other companies hadn’t told us or we hadn’t read on the internet. The calls with Greg and subsequent email messages really boosted our confidence that Burke & Wills were the right removal company for us. We chose the additional packing service which meant that on the day all we needed to do was ensure their van could park as close to the apartment entrance as possible and give the guys a quick run-through of the flat. Our flat was packed up and loaded super quick and the pick up from the nearby storage unit also went super smooth. At the other end the unloading went equally as smooth, even though the guys had to lug tons of stuff up several flights of stairs and had to park a little further away. We were very happy with the service provided and having chosen the packing option had the most stress-free moving day we could have wished for. We absolutely recommend Burke & Wills to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly removal company.

The team at Burke & Wills supported us this week with our move out of Earlsfield. They were absolutely fantastic across three days including a very stressful final day move.
