I recently used Careline Moving & Storage UK Ltd for my move from London to South Italy, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care of all my belongings. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. The process was smooth from start to finish, and their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend them for any international move!

Careline removals was absolutely amazing from start to finish, the care they took was second to none from doing all the paperwork, collecting the furniture, storage to delivery, it was seamless. The cost of all of this was also very competitive. The collection guys and also the delivery guys were so professional and took a lot of care with our household goods. I would also like to make a special comment about Sarah Davis, she was so patient with me in answering all my questions and getting the customs paperwork done for me, also helping me out with trying to get the cars through the VRT, we are nearly there now, just waiting on the Irish revenue to do the last bit for the number plate registration. I would recommend the company to anyone that needs to move house, 5 stars ????? awarded. All I can say now is thank you Careline.

We moved from London back to Ireland and were really happy with the service that Careline provided and would certainly recommend them to anyone doing the same move. Everyone—on both the Irish and the UK side—was very friendly and accommodating with the packaging and made things feel easy in what was otherwise a stressful enough time. Louise and her colleagues were also really clear on what was required in terms of documentation for clearing customs and responded promptly to all emails throughout the process. An excellent service all round.

We are moving from UK to Australia and looking for a shipping company. After doing lots of research, we chose Careline because they are very professional, helpful with quick response and reasonable shipping cost. Especially thanks to Annette, at the coordination team for being so helpful and informative. The moving team was very efficient and professional. They literally packed my whole flat within 2 hours. 2nd move with Careline and this time with a storage gap in between. I couldn’t have asked for more! I had a full service with pre delivered boxes for me to pack general items, the team packed all my breakables, 6 weeks of storage and then all my worldly goods were delivered to my new home. The removal team were professional, careful with my stuff and with my home (no scuffs on the walls at all!) and they were friendly to boot. What’s not to love. On delivery nothing was missing, everything was in the same condition as it left me and all beds and dismantled items were put back together properly I would use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for a full service professional move

We used Careline to move from London to Dublin, they were a dream to work with, everyone on the team was really helpful and such fast responses to our questions. The paper work was a minefield due to brexit and they really made the process SO much easier with their guidance. I also felt the price was really reasonable for the service we got. Would recommend to friends and family 100%.

An outstanding level of service and good value for money. Prompt, proactive, and very responsive - always responded within an hour by email, and usually even faster. Collection and delivery happened exactly when specified within a two-hour window. Their processes were robust - all of my boxes were tagged with a label with my name on it, and I signed off and agreed everything with a copy of the paperwork. The same sign-off occurred at the delivery. In particular, very good a dealing with customs paperwork comprehensively and well in advance.

We moved from England to Northern Ireland with careline and the whole process was easy and smooth thanks to Stephen and team - Josh and Dan were both lovely and professional, helped us pack up and our belongings were well looked after throughout. Cant recommend this company enough. Apart from a minor admin glich with timings the 2 gents who moved our stuff from storage and from Blackchesters, which is at the back of beyond and into their van after an intrepid journey up the farm track were just superb. Proper gentlemen and much better than any other removal firm we’ve used, there have been many thanks to the RAF. 100% better thank Pickfords who couldnt pack a lunch properly never mind a van. Glad we went with an Irish firm?????

Brilliant service from start to finish. The team were professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. We moved from Belfast to Birmingham, with a time in between where they took our furniture into storage. They worked dates around for us to make everything suit our plan. Took tremendous care of all of our belongings and furniture. Also priced extremely competitively. 100% would recommend for anyone, a great experience. Made the difficulty of moving house (and country) so much easier.

We had a big move both my mum and myself had to be moved on the same day as we bought a property together. The move happened over 2 days and I can't praise the guys enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The guys worked so hard over the 2days to complete our move we would never have done it without them. What an amazing experience! Right from the video survey I felt at ease that I was dealing with a professional outfit. James who did the survey gave me particular confidence as he fully explained the whole process from start to finish along with realistic time lines of how long it would take to pack and deliver including dealing with customs in Ireland. All of his estimates and time lines were bang on the money. The movers in the day were absolutely sensational. Very professional and very very hard working and on top of that extremely friendly. I just couldn't believe how efficient they were. Just amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. Once the truck was packed I felt extremely confident that all was in safe hands having seen the care and attention the team took in packing everything. The delivery team were just as efficient, professional and friendly as the UK team. Both teams went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were met. One other important thing I need to mention is dealing with the paperwork due to Brexit. James and his team did an amazing job in advising us on how to fill out there forms as well as reviewing them to make sure everything was correct. When I was looking at other movers, I found that they were not will to go this extra step and help with the paperwork. If for any reason I find myself needing to move again, Careline Moving will be the only company that I will be calling!

we used Careline which is mainly Irish based (with presence in the UK) following a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Very efficient and professional company. they give you a quote, based on a standard questionnaire and stick to it (unlike other firms that increase significantly the initial quote after a video or visit). so very competitive price. they provide regular updates regarding the job. they came the day before to pack and for partial removal with sufficient number of boxes. the crew was very nice and polite most collaborative and the whole removal which can be quite a stressful event went smoothly. and as a nice touch they collect the packaging materials from home a few days later free of charge. we highly recommend to use their services

This is the third time I have used Careline--twice for removal of goods to Ireland and this last time they moved me from Middlesex to Sussex.I dealt with as before with James Jakes and Louise in the office They were both so helpful and kind and kept in touch with me on a regular basis.For me ,leaving the home my late husband and myself had lived in for many years was emotional and daunting.However on the day these 3 wonderful men turned up--namely Andrius,Algis and Wojtek who took care of all my worries and loaded up everything with such good humour and efficiency.They were marvellous and when we arrived in Sussex the moved all my posessions into my new home and placed everything as I asked them to do.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Amazing experience with Careline. Very professional from start to finish. Moved the contents of a number of rooms across Belfast. Began with a video call survey of the contents to be transferred which was very helpful. The actual movers on the day Bryan, James and Gary were very experienced, very friendly and went out of the way to sort what we needed. Couldn't recommend them enough. I knew all our belongings were in safe hands and couldn't believe the speed they worked at. Brilliant service and if I ever need to move again I would request the same guys in a heartbeat! We recently moved from Canada back to the UK, so Careline were responsible for delivering and unloading our shipment to our new house in North East England. The four man crew did an excellent job of unloading; they worked solidly for about 7 hours to complete the job which was done in a most professional manner without a word of complaint. I would most definitely recommend their services.

Ruth's customer service was excellent. We have a storage unit with Careline in Cork and Ruth coordinated with a supplier to receive a delivery at their Limerick depot, and forwarded it on to load into our unit in Cork. Totally hands free from my side, and a really quick result. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service. We used Careline to move our belongings to Ireland and they did so with speed, care and professionalism. They are super responsive to emails and addressed all of our endless queries about the nuances of customs forms. They packed up all of our belongings with care and consideration, labelling all of the boxes and delivering them all to the right rooms in our new house. The team at Careline were amazing!! They made our relocation from the UK to Ireland and into our new home seamless and stress-free.
