They were extremely patient and flexible when our completion date was changed, and when moving day finally came, half of our stuff had already been packed up the day before which really helped with stress levels! Deeply disappointed with the extortionate quotation Chris gave me after visiting my home to assess the removal job. He saw for himself that I had all the small boxed items removed already and all he had to move was 2 double divan beds with headboards 3 wardrobes 1 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Downstairs is a 6 part corner Chesterfield suite 1 sideboard and a corner China cabinet In the kitchen there is only a tall fridge freezer a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The quote was £500, or 550 with insurance and I'm only moving a half a mile away within the same post code area. I can't believe the price quoted and can only think that he didn't want the job so he priced himself out of it. I used Chris about 7 years ago when his business was just starting and he was more than fair in those days. How things have changed.

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at CrissCross. A 4 bed house move from the South of England to Belfast. They were extremely easy to deal with. An initial video call was done to assess the move requirements and then everything was booked in. I was kept up to date on the process and had a courtesy call a week before the move. A team of 3 arrived when they said they would, loaded quickly and efficiently and moved everything to where we wanted it in the new house. They made a potentially stressful move very straightforward. I'd have no hesitation using them again.

Amazing job from Aaron, James and Michael on our house move this week. The week leading up to the move was stressful, but the actual move day was made super easy. The team were very professional and friendly, all our belongings and furniture was moved, unpacked, rebuilt in less than 8 hours. These were hands down the best removal guys we ever had! Very professional and nothing was any trouble for them. They knew exactly how to disassemble, reassemble and stack furniture to make it fit and transported everything meticulously. They were all so calm, it helped put us at ease. Matt, Arn and Tomas, did an excellent job for me moving home. They arrived on time, did absolutely everything for me, including dismantling furniture I couldn't do myself. They didn't cause any damage, treated my belongings with respect and had it all completed in a few hours. They were really lovely guys and I highly recommend this service. Aaron and Michael were absolutely brilliant. They had our apartment cleared in an hour and were waiting for us at our new house. They left everything in the correct rooms and rebuilt all our furniture making our move completely stress free. Rebecca was also very friendly and helpful when we had to change our moving date numerous times! The price was very reasonable for the service we got. I was recommended criss cross by a friend and will definitely being recommending them to any friends that are moving house

Tomas and Aaron - what can I say? Worth their weight in gold. These boys were so quick and efficient, yet careful and methodical with every item of furniture when loading into the lorry. When arriving at the new house, there was a long driveway that they had to cart everything down and those boys didn't complain once, absolute stars! So polite and well mannered. Asked questions when they needed to or weren't sure about where a box or item of furniture was going to. Honestly, if I movr again, CrissCross will be my go to. The whole process was easy, they called, then did a video call and sent me a quote. Called me the day before the move to ask any questions they had and asked if I wanted to know anything and if I was ready etc from Rebecca which was a nice touch. Cannot fault and 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely brilliant job from getting a very detailed quote at the very beginning to moving day itself. The movers showed up at 8am and aside from a short break for lunch worked all day until nearly 6pm. They took furniture apart, rebuilt it at the other end, and took great care with everything, checking where everything should go etc. We were so impressed, worth absolutely every penny, made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Sitting down to light the fire and watch TV in our new home for the first time this evening with very little left to do. Thank you!

100% recommend getting CrissCross to do your move for you. Adam and Chris arrived bang on time. We did a walk through of the house and from then on they handled everything, including taking apart my furniture and rebuilding in the new house. It was the most stress free move I’ve ever done. Both Adam and Chris were very friendly, quick, they covered my tvs, mattresses and furniture with protective covers and super professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Worth every penny.

The team arrived on time and were well-equipped for the job. We had had a video call to talk through what we had to be moved and we received a quote that was very reasonable. We chose crisscross as they said they would disassemble and reassemble furniture, and I’m so glad we did as the service was great. Good lads, very professional. Would recommend.

The service was excellent. David and Aaron were wonderful. They arrived promptly, got straight to work, managed to move large pieces of furniture around some very tight spaces, and had my house emptied much quicker than I expected. They were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Packed up cleanly and smoothly, with coverings for every bit of furniture and the floors to keep them clean and mark-free. Showed up on time moved us in less time than quoted and certainly moved the large bulky items bettter than we ever could. Very professional and efficient, with simply great service. Chris did a great delivery job for me. I wanted a big tool trolley from Homebase but they were messing me about, they said they'd deliver and then they said they wouldn't. I bought the trolley one day from Newtownabbey and Chris collected it and delivered to Downpatrick the next day. It was delivered carefully and without a scratch or dent. I would highly recommend Chris' services to anyone. Him and his helper where really nice guys, cheery and professional. I will definitely use his services again. Thanks Chris.
