10/10 - fantastic service and a great team for our move from Berkshire to Surrey. I highly recommend DSB removals. After being let down by another company Duncan was exceptionally quick, helpful and responsive in quoting and then re-scheduling our move after delays to our completion date. He and his team were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we were moved swiftly and effortlessly. They arrived early and were fastidious in their care during packing and loading. There were no hidden costs, and there was no issue when we had to wait 3 hours to get into our new property. They were patient and considerate when we had them moving a piano back and forth to find the right spot for it! DSB removals were an absolute pleasure to deal with and took the stress out of our house move.

DSB were a fantastic team; they worked well together, were careful at all times, great communication, and polite. They made moving all our furniture (including taking apart and rebuilding 2 beds) stress free. I'd be more than happy to recommend them or use them again in the future.

I requested quote from around 11 different removal companies before deciding on using DSB Removals services. Their quote was sensible and they felt like professional and nice people to deal with. The team was very good, professional and so easy to deal with. We asked them also for some other stuff to do and they did it willingly without raising T&C or complaining... just so good to deal with and so helpful in a really stressful time for us! Duncan is very helpful. I have used him several times over the last year, and it's come to the point that I just tell him over the phone what I need removing and that's it - everything is done correctly without me having to be there to co-ordinate. If you're flexible on the days and times, he's more flexible on the pricing. Good service.

Duncan and his men moved our 3 bed house in July 2017. He spent a good amount of time surveying our home to make sure he brought the right team and vehicle and gave us some great advice too. On the day they were bang on time, worked quickly and carefully. At the other end, our seller was late leaving but the DSB lads were fine with it, even helped them load up the last of their stuff to get us moving more quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I am so pleased we chose them.
