Kyle and Lewis did an amazing and efficient job packing for us the day prior our moving day and on the day they were joined by the equally efficient and positive Jason who managed the logistics and got everyone working very hard pushing through despite some waiting time that was last minute unforeseen. Very pleased with Eagle Relocations and their dedicated team could help us on such short notice and deliver such amazing service. It made the move hassle free and took away a lot of stress.

The Worst Service Experience Of My Life Lovely Sales, Truly Awful Exeprience From The Minute You Sign Changed Pack-Up Arrival Time Causing Us Huge Stress Unpleasant Packing Staff Broke £2000 Table While Packing Use Sub-Contractors Who Complain About Their Own Bosses Did Not "Crate" Items Worth £10K As In Contract But Charged For Them Anyway Did Not Provide Furniture Fittings In Good Way For Arrival Team Forgot An Entire Cupboard Of Things - Had To Take Them Near Their Office For Pick Up 30 Broken Items On Arrival From Poor Packing (According To Arrival Team) Constant Staff Changes, No Idea Who To Speak To New Staff Unsure About Information Owner Refused To Respond To 1st Complaint Onwere Refused Reasonable Make-Good On 2nd Complaint Had To Have It Referred To Ombudsman Took 6 Months, c. 30 Emails, and Long Documents to Get Ombudsman To Do Anything Owner Did Not Give Information To Ombudsman Owner Many Weeks Late Paying Award Mandated By Ombudsman Owner Underpaid Award By Ombudsman, Had To Chase Up Again YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! These people cost me £10,000s worth of hours of time in complaints and caused us so much stress that has really cost our health, wellbeing, and sanity. N.B. The "quality standards" organization that they have on their website, BAR, are a sham and in cahoots with Eagle. They do not maintain standards, they don't enforce codes of conduct, they do not even make Eagle pay after the Ombudsman. What an encredibly friendly, efficient and well run company. They always kept me up-to-date with what was happening with my shipment and made me feel at ease with the process. Their delivery team was friendly, professional and and accomodating and were quick with offloading my possessions. I highly recommend Eagle Relocations, they are very, very good.

I have now used Eagle Relocations twice. Once to move and store furniture and most recently the service of a house move. From booking in the job to the day of the house removal, the whole process was completely stress free. Eagle relocation- worst service ever , two months it was we started being in touch with this team , their marketing was amazingly good but unfortunately later we found out that they do only talking wont do anything after we agreed upon on them . First of all they want all their money before hand , we were so doubtful about that then they convinced that thats the way they do it After three ppl came around for packing , they were professionals , they first agreed the shipment will leave in two days then it went upto 4 weeks , far after v reached our destination Now started the waiting period, shipment is arriving in 4 week , and now destined country agents contacted me and asking for paperwork and v noticed 5 of packages are missing which the eagle relocation has no clue or never mentioned, when we queried about they are saying they will have look for the boxes ! So moral is dont ever expect them to get ur package safely , they are one irresponsible company which v ever experienced

Our flat was packed up on Jul 5th, 2022 and we should have received our things at the latest Sep 27th, 2022. We received our shipment last week, Jan 6th, 2023. I understand there are shipment delays and had we been updated on what was going on I would have been more understanding. However, we were never contacted by Eagle Relocations. We constantly called the office and not one time did someone answer. We sent countless emails only to receive a delayed response (probably about 1 for every 4 we sent) with no useful information and none the wiser as to where on earth our things were. When we started unpacking we found wine glasses carelessly thrown into the bottom of boxes, broken glasses and mugs. Terrible customer service, poor value for money, not reliable, efficient or professional. I strongly suggest that you continue your search for a moving company because Eagle Relocations is NOT IT.

Cancellation policy with Eagle relocation is totally unfair. They have cheated me by not returning my advance payment for the relocation job I booked on Friday evening around 4:30pm and cancelled on same weekend-Sunday noon. I had paid £7000 pounds for the relocation service which they are NOT refunding me even after 20 days inspite of chasing them many times.They have even stopped answering my calls. There was no removals done but still they want to charge me £4200. This has caused financial distress to me and my family in these economically difficult times in UK. Fyi... I am dealing with Davier Visram from Sales and Donna Malcolm who is customer service Manager. Hence I would like to WARN everyone before engaging Eagle relocation service as they would ask for full amount to be paid before the start of service and would NEVER return any money back in case you want to Cancel or Postpone. I would suggest everyone to avoid Eagle relocation service and go for alternative services as Eagle relocation service is very unprofessional.

Horrible company. Asking for £1953 removal fee just for 3 m3 from London to Frankfurt. It’s 3 m3 not 30!! Seems like this company is practicing high street robbery rather than removal business.

I don’t even know where to start and how to describe what a bad service this company is providing. They packed our home on 11th of April for the move from the UK to the UAE. Estimated delivery was 6-8 weeks. Our home inventory still hasn’t arrived and at the moment it’s been delayed to arrive in the country on 13th of September meaning that it will be delivered about a week after that. That is more than 5months and we don’t have any guarantees that it won’t take longer because all these months they have been lying to us that it will be shipped next week next week then in 2 weeks and so on. Also I had to chaise them at least 3 times before receiving an update on our delivery. I went for this company because of all the good reviews, but I will never use them again, and my advice is just save yourself and use any other relocation company.

I recently used the service for international shifting from UK to India. After I received the shipment in India, we realized that many of the items which were given for packing were missing and they were not included in the inventory as well.. Highly disappointed...

What a great team! Liam, Steve and John worked like clockwork - very efficient. They were punctual, patient and manage the expectations really well. They helped our move less stressful despite the paperwork with the solicitors very stressful.

A great team! Arrived like a swarm of friendly locusts to our house which was totally unready to move and packed all within a day! Friendly, reliable, stayed longer to help finish putting up awkward beds etc. Could not have made the long move without them, especially with pets and a young family to look after. Thank you!

Very helpful service. Managed to move me when I was stuck with just a weeks notice! Team were very friendly and efficient and nothing was broken at all.

After submitting a request on a removals comparison site, Eagle were the only company to get in touch personally vs sending a leaflet in the post. They were really adaptable, being able to provide an accurate quote using photos / videos of our house rather than an in person survey as we weren't living there. Then when our completion date moved 3 times, they were patient and accommodating in rearranging. The team who helped us pack and move were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to deal with.

Felt comfortable and really looked after with eagle. We did a big move from London up to Newcastle Upon Tyne. They put my mind at ease and the moving team were professional quick and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from the moment I was contacted! Eagle Relocations took over my shipment from FlatRate movers in the US. They were extremely proactive, getting all the paperwork ahead of arrival to the port so that there were no issues. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using Eagle Relocations for an international move. I have nothing but praise for Joshua and his team and the professional service they provide. From start to destination, they kept me informed and aware of all stages of the move. This last move I had a full packing service which was fantastic – done with speed and efficiency -meaning all my goods arrived at destination in good order. The destination deliverers were also fantastic and my delivery was completed within days of arriving in the Country! Eagle Relocation are the "Super Star" of all packers and movers.....moved us on the 5th November 2017. Our family have moved house 6 times in the UK and twice to Jersey, therefore have experienced many different elite companies. However Eagle, on our biggest move ever to New Zealand out shone all of our 8 moves in the U.K. The guys were fast, efficient, professional, fit and worked non stop, No tea breaks! Each person packed to a high standard, so much so everything was intact in every box.... We had a crazy amount of delicate mirrored pieces, complex deco mirrored tables/dressing tables, huge lamps/shades, crystal/chrome chandeliers,surprisingly all these items arrived to our amazement in one piece. No chips/dings or dents. All our goods were driven down our steep drive, into the 40 Cubic container, shipped over seas to NZ, off loaded into other vans until they reached us in Auckland. This opened up endless potential damage opportunities!!! What an amazing move all round, from start to finish on both sides of the world. Our house is now complete in Auckland and each day I smile with delight......
