I used Falconer removals on two occasions and found them to be very professional and polite. The furniture being removed on the first occasion were my mothers antique furniture. Nathan and Ross addressed our concerns and made the whole experience seamless. I was so impressed by their service and professionalism I used the company to move a piano and again received the same high standards.
Very pleased with our Chappell boudoir grand piano transfer. The Falconer Team’s expertise was evident. Particularly grateful for the care & respect shown to our listed building home. Definitely recommend their service ⭐️ Many thanks.
Highly recommend Falconer Removals. First class service. Professional and friendly .Supported us every step of the way with our house move. Nothing was too much trouble from first contact with Lynda in the office, Graham completing the estimate through to Nathan, Ross and the new member of staff placing our furniture with such care , skill and attention to detail.Nathan also conducted a follow up call to ensure we were happy with the placement of our furniture following the move. I’m very grateful for them to come straight away, the day after I called them. It was a very professional service, would recommend most definitely. They removed a very large money tree which was very heavy and required a lot of manpower, they were great and efficient. 5 stars.
Amazing service. One of the best decisions we made for the house move was to get Nathan and the team to do the removals. Professional, courteous and worked flat out! Took a lot of the stress out of a stressful situation and advised us on timings etc. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Diolch

Both gentlemen Nathan and Ray were very professional and couldn’t do enough to help during the delivery. All items stored came back in an immaculate condition. i would highly recommend this company.
Couldn't be happier with the team for their help with my long-distance house move. The team were friendly, meticulous and professional at all times. What could have been a hugely stressful ordeal was made to feel pleasantly manageable! They took great care to put me at ease and packed up (and unpacked) my house with immense care and attention to detail. Their expertise with a number of complex and delicate items was second to none. We used Falconers to move my mother in law (who was seriously ill in bed at the time) and they were absolutely fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble they were extremely polite, kind, trustworthy, thoughtful about my MiL and extremely professional. I used falconer removals for storage and moving. Both Graham and Nathan made the process easy and gave reassurance where needed. My stuff was in storage for 6 months when it came out to my new home, It was like new. It was looked after with care and delivered with care also. Thank you so much to Falconer Removals & Storage for moving my piano for me on such short notice. I was let down with only 7 days to sort out another arrangement for my piano to be removed and I was panicking. I rung Falconer Removals and the lady who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, arranging a call back within a very short period of time with availability the next day to move my piano. I was so stressed out and they saved me a great deal of money and stress. The guys turned up and did the job in a professional and very timely manner - couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you again, I really am grateful.

We were downsizing but still had a lot of very heavy furniture and antiques to move, the boys were very professional and polite, handled everything with great care and attention and made the whole experience a pleasure. Very accommodating as I insisted on bringing half the garden too. Would highly recommend them for their experience and expertise.
Moving is stressful at the best of times, often emotionally challenging too. Everyone at Falconers made me feel reassured and in safe hands. The team were professional at all times but also kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Falconers and will definitely use them again when the time comes.
Found the company very good and helpful from start to finish. Helped me to understand everything as I was new to the whole process. Even helped sort out our boiler and heating when we got into the new place as it was winter and we were unsure how it worked. Extremely friendly and worth every penny. Would highly recommend!!
I recently employed the services of Falconer's to move some antique furniture between Ammanford and Cardiff. I wanted a professional firm that had experience of moving such items and I wasn't disappointed. Nathan was knowledgeable, professional and leading up to the day of the move, I was kept fully informed of what to expect and the timings etc. Everything went well on the day, but that was easy for me to say, as I didn't do any of the heavy lifting! I will certainly use this company again and happily recommend them to anyone looking for a specialist firm.
Personable, professional and respectful. We engaged with Faulkner removals to assist us in moving from rented accommodation back to our home that had been refurbished. Nathan came to our house to talk us through the process and we had a quote from them in days. Nathan stayed in touch right up to the move and took charge on the day. They work hard, clean and efficient. Our belongings were handled with the utmost care. True gentlemen. I would never move without them again.
I used Falconer's in a multi-stage house move, which included over a year in storage. The furnituture was moved carefully but quickly, and everything has come out of storage in great condition - they didn't even need much dusting! Nathan and the boys also did a great job moving things into my new home - several tight stairs to navigate. Highly recommended.
In what could be deemed an incredibly stressful situation, Nathan and the team at Falconer Removals made me feel completely at ease. Falconers moved items of large and awkward furniture including my piano effortlessly. There were some tricky steps, but it was all done very smoothly. Very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend
What an amazing company and crew! They were professional and courteous from beginning to end. From the very first phone call we made to the home visit to assess the job, packing away all of Mum’s possessions and delivering with kindness to her new home. They were wonderful and it was effortless. Nathan and crew were true gents and assembled Mum’s bed and TV. Nothing was too much trouble for the crew, moving furniture and situating it to Mum’s satisfaction. They were very tidy, clean and careful. Nothing at all was damaged or broken during the move. We were incredibly satisfied with the whole move. Thank you so much. Great job!!!

Contacted Falconer Removals to move my 90 year old mother to a third floor retirement flat. Dreaded the thought of her move but Nathan and the team were marvellous, very professional with no problem proving too difficult to overcome. Their customer focused approach provides that your possessions are treated with care and you are immediately put at ease resulting in an almost completely stress free day. I’ve used Falconer Removals for over 40 years. The service they provide is first class, they literally take the stress out of moving. With their wealth of experience they have helped me move all over the UK. On past occasions they have also packed all my belongings into boxes and dismantled beds and wardrobes, which I’d recommend. All you need to provide is tea and coffee on the day. They aren’t the cheapest but I wasn’t looking for cheap removals, I was looking for the best, which they provided 100% I always recommend them to anyone moving. Thank you again Falconer Removals.
