These guy are amazing. We used them for a couple of our house moves so it was an easy decision for our move a couple of week ago. Also moved my mother in law yesterday. So considerate and thoughtful. Makes the move really easy. Nothing broken or damaged. My family says a big thank you. We can not praise them enough.

Absolutely outstanding service from this company. We recently moved from Telford to Blackpool and used the 3 day packing and moving service they offer. The team were so friendly and attention to detail when packing delicate items was amazing. On delivery everything was put into rooms and places we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely highly recommend this company if you looking to move house.

Can't praise this company enough. From the gentleman who came around to assess the house first and staff at the depot when collecting boxes and paying, all were brilliant. On the day of moving a team of men turned up and everything was out and loaded within two hours. By the time we had cleaned the house and got to our new one the driver and his mate were there already and set about getting enough of our stuff in so we could spend the night there despite it being an overnight job so the arrangement was for the stuff to be unloaded the next day was such a bonus and so appreciated. It was the hottest day of the year and the work was carried out cheerfully and professionally. Would happy recommend the company to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic moving experience from Shropshire to Cumbria. Arrived when they said and a fantastic team of 4 loaded up on Thursday. Worked nonstop, really professional. Delivered my furniture and boxes around 1245 on the Friday and again the 2 men worked flat out, placing boxes in correct rooms, and rebuilding furniture. Lovely to have a bit of banter as well. Thank you to everyone involved for making everything much less stressful. Will highly recommend you.

Glyn Upton helped us to move during one of the most stressful times of our lives. They were incredible, exceeded our expectations with an excellent job. We had to empty a 3 story house and move to our new house on the same day. They arrived on time as scheduled, it was 7 of them, with 3 luton vans. In 2h they emptied our old house, without damaging walls or floors. Then we moved to our new house and they moved all our furniture in the new house in less then 2h, again, been all carful about floors and walls. They have been very organised, and despite the hard work, they kept their mood happy and cheerful. 100% recommend them if you want a piece of mind during a moving day.

I received a leaflet through my door when my house was up for sale. As it was relevant I kept it. I did get in contact with a couple of companies but these were my No 1 choice. I needed items dismantled and then put back together at the other end. All my belongings had to be put in to storage too. They offered the complete service. Everyone from the office staff to the lads on ground were amazing. I can't recommend them enough. You won't be disappointed

Used Glyn Upton for a recent big house move. Whole process was brilliant! On the day we had Nathan, Kyle, Richard and Craig and they were brilliant! Such good lads, worked so hard and kept us laughing and smiling on what is always a stressful day. They are all an absolute credit to the company, and went above and beyond to be helpful when they didn’t really have to be. I don’t ever want to move house again (doesn’t everyone say that just after moving?!) but if I ever did I’d be straight on the phone to Glyn Upton!

5 STARS !!!!!! When we were looking to move home, which is one of "The Most" Stressful thing you can do, we looked online for Removal Companies. We spoke to quite a few companies however the one that stood out from start to finish was "Glyn Upton" I really cannot thank them enough. The delivery team that were hired were, Respectful, Caring, Understanding, Considerate, Professional, Honest & Trustworthy. Every box and piece of Furniture was moved as if was worth a "Million Pounds" The Delivery Team were respectful of our old home and our new home. All of the Team "Went Above & Beyond" the call of duty on the day of moving home. I would like to personally thank each & every one of them.... in no particular order. Craig, Rich, Lee, George, Chae, Kyle & Billie. They really all worked well together as a team and spoke to each other as if they were one family. This is certainly hard to find. I would also like to personally thank Glyn for all his help, advice and also going "Above & Beyond" the call of duty. So my personal advice is don't look anywhere else and when moving home call "Glyn Upton" Save time & Money when moving home they will take care of it all. Took care with our move to another town, respectful and really helpful too. We had a laugh and although it was stressful on my part they made it seem easy and normal.

Do not use them if you have quality items that you want taken care. Damaged walls, missing items, and poor packing. Glass items were not wrapped while plastic items were. Items with cords were not kept together so my printer is useless.

Terrible customer service having been in regular email contact was told a week before due removal date that it could no longer be done. No thought to respond to my emails stating they needed a deposit to secure the date. Luckily found an alternative company who did the packing and moving in 1 day unlike the 3 quoted by Glyn Upton and cost £300 less.

Very efficient but didn't dispose of packing as quoted for.

I booked the services of this company weeks prior to the move, rejected the offer of a deposit, and less than a week before completion, they gave my slot to someone else, claiming that they hadn’t had heard from me for a few days. It was over a bank holiday weekend and the earliest I could confirm details with the solicitor was the following Tuesday. I’d spoken to them a few days before to explain the situation and made it clear that it would all be resolved at that solicitor‘s meeting. To drop the booking at such short notice left me in a desperate predicament, which was fortunately resolved by another company, which provided more vehicles, an extra day and staff for the same cost. I would suggest that Glynn Uptons is not safe to be relied upon.

A little late in posting this review....sorry! Glyn Upton's removal firm did an excellent move for us the last week of November. Instead of a 2 day move they spread it to 4 days to restrict any issues with COVID to keep the number of men to a minimum. The 2 Richards were extremely helpful and professional in their work and we couldn't praise them more. We highly recommend this removal firm.

Unfortunately we had problems with damage to some expensive items. We raised the issue of damage to a flat screen TV and have still not had a resolution to it, which is a massive shame as the the two guys doing the removals did an amazing job in unpleasant weather. Its a great shame the customer services is none existant, no apology given which is disgraceful given the cost compared to other companies.Unfortunately we had problems with damage to some expensive items.
