Stefan and Alex moved us in July 2023. They came over the afternoon before our move to preload the a van and did so with no fuss and maximum efficiency. On the day they came back and loaded the rest of our house ready to go. Stefan had good advice for us in terms of packing and what we needed to do on the big day. Would highly recommend Mr Move It. They were very professional and the service was excellent. My furniture was dismantled and wrapped to protect it and they also reassembled the furniture when if was returned.

Mr Move It Removals & Storage avoid at all costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Horrible horrible experience on July 4th 2023. The owner was rude arrogant and threatening towards me in my own home and in front of my children. They took more that 12 hours to move us less than half a mile down the road. We have scratched and damaged property, smashed items and we’re still trying to locate some items. We had to move a whole room ourselves as he failed to tell us on his quote visit (that took over an hour and half) that he would be selective on what he would take in the day, including boxed items and clothing that was bagged. Below you’ll see pictures of how our belongs were abandoned and dumped in the wrong rooms, on the wrong floors of our new home and how we were unable to even use the bathroom as Stefan decided to fill our bathroom with bags of bedding. Despite the fact that every box bag and item was labelled and the doors in gbe new house numbered to correspond! I have tried to discuss the issue amicably with the company but Stefan took no ownership and offered no apology. He simply blamed our property for having 3 bedrooms on one floor!

Stefan was very helpful in answering my questions and responded to my messages quickly. He and Adam were extremely helpful and went above and beyond when helping us move. They were very chatty and friendly. Overall great experience and made moving a lot less stressful. Would happily recommend this company to anyone moving.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mr Move It. I contacted Stefan to move a large, old piano and he gave a very reasonable price for the job. I was mostly impressed by their professionalism and the care they took with the piano. Stefan and his team are brilliant. We had our original date moved because of solicitors, so stress levels were extremely high but Stefan made moving day effortless and stress free for us. We couldn’t recommend them enough, he comes out before you move to give you a detailed quote so there’s no extra add ons on the day like other companies do. Stefan and the team were helpful and professional throughout, giving us lots of tips and advice along the way (we only move once in a blue moon, but these guys do it every day). They did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to Stefan(Mr move it) by another removals company when they were unavailable on the required date. Fortunately Stefan was available, and also managed to find us storage for our belongings. On the day of the move Stefan and his team were very polite and courteous to neighbours due to the style of street and parking being a nightmare at the best of times. He was also very considerate to the property we were leaving behind by laying down mats etc and also ensuring our belongings were kept safe. Stefan also gave us advice on how to dismantle some furniture which was greatly received. We currently still have our belongings in storage but once we have been successful in acquiring a property I will have no concerns on Stefan delivering them without any issues.

I made numerous quotes with various companies due to my condition making simple lifting often risky due to blacking out. Not only did he keep in constant contact, he arranged a deal for me to beat competitors quotes. Even more impressively he allocated the entire day to helping me, going above his obligations by bringing items that would otherwise been excessively charged (or flat out refused) by other competitors, and removed the excessive rush of moving from the worry pool. Truly a top rate service in every way from lifting, storing on fan and even getting into flat when issues arised. I look back now knowing any other competitor would of wiped my finances and/or broke me by leaving 40% of items in old flat.
