We used Toby and his colleague for a two drop removal - the first to a storage unit and the second to our new property, including dismantling and reassembling some furniture. They arrived on time, were super helpful, fast, efficient, flexible and made what is often a stressful experience - i.e. moving house - an absolute breeze. All in all a supremely professional service. Add to this is the very reasonable price we were charged, I wouldnt hesitate to use JTJ Removals again or to recommend them to friends and family.

We cannot recommend both Toby & Mitch enough for their hard work. They got us through a double house move which ended up being a long day but they were first class, would highly recommend them again for their professional service!

We engaged Toby to handle the greatest part of our move within the Sible Hedingham borders. The complication was that we also had a good deal of stuff stored in a container in Clare.Toby and his able and very polite No.2 Mitch arrived there dead on time. We had also rented a hi-cube van for myself to drive. Toby and Mitch loaded both vans up at Clare and took them to our new home in Sible. Despite a very old-fashioned and steep staircase they never complained, and hardly seemed to stop for breath. We then completed a further two return trips with both vans from our old house in Sible to the new. Toby and Mitch did all the loading and unloading and they both really knew what they were doing.All in all it was an excellent decision to pick Toby and Mitch. Their charges were competitive and he stuck to his quotation despite unforseen complications. Well done both!

I can’t recommend Toby and Mitch enough, they were absolutely amazing. A difficult move, a household of 6 into a 3 storey house, down an access road ,with no parking!! Would give 100 stars of I could! Without Toby and his team I don't think I would have coped at all, he made everything seem easy. They worked u credibly hard for 13 hours straight, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Toby and his team are! from first contact he was polite and professional. we had a few delays and he understood and was very patient. when it came to the move we were expecting to need him on 25th March. Worried about the possibility of a lockdown Toby contacted me on the 23rd to see if we could move early, worried that if he didn't get us moved then, the government may stop him being able to help us at all! Once agreed that we could all move that day, he quickly got a team and vans together. they arrived as soon as they could and started work (10 am ish). They did not stop! The move didn't go as smoothly as planned (no fault of Toby's) and they grafted untill 11.30pm making sure we were in with all our belongings safely unloaded, they even connected the cooker for me. Amazing efforts, I really don't think any other company would have done what they did, and I'm just sorry that the sausage and chips we got them for dinner was not more, they deserved a 5 course meal at a Micheline star restaurant!! thank you so much for your efforts Toby and gang! I will recommend you to anyone who asks!!

Toby was absolutely brilliant when we moved into our first home. He was bang on time, loaded quickly and with great care, was extremely friendly and chatty, and when we got into traffic he even told us that he wouldn’t charge us if we went over time so we wouldn’t have to worry- what a nice guy! Toby , the Driver was very helpful. He did help me tomlad the van with my stuff and we took some if my stuff to a Storage Unit and whike I done the paper work, Toby did unload my stuff ffom the van and loaded in a trily and then he took my stuff to my storage room and downloaded and put it everthing inside the room and we drove to my new room and did unload my stuff and did help me to take it all upstairs to my bedroom. I trully recomend Toby. Ge us very friendly and very polite.
