These guys were amazing. My Mum moved today and down sized. They took furniture to two locations in a super speedy time. Protected all the furniture so no damages. The amount of care when transporting boxes, sofas, glad furniture etc was second to none. They even put my Mum’s reclining large sofa back together. Brilliant service would 100% recommend. I’ve never met removal guys like it. Thank you so much will definitely use you again if we need to in the future.

They were very professional, friendly, careful, helpful and even understanding of my VERY last minute booking with them to move my stuff to my new place. Very professional, helpful and friendly team. We booked last minute (Wednesday for a house move on the Sunday) and the move was more difficult than expected due to moving to an apartment with difficult access. The team were happy to help despite the issues on our side and even offered to move more than originally planned. They also disassembled and reassembled our furniture in place on the day to a brilliant standard. Couldn’t recommend them enough (and we were actually sceptical about all the 5* reviews but it turned out they were true!)

These guys are the best. Polite, responsive, high quality and high care. I think they are good value for money too. The comms have been excellent, and they are really easy to deal with. The quickly removed all my stuff, in a matter of minutes, acting with care not only for my things but also really respectful and polite to others in my building. My stuff was taken to a storage unit where I got a video and map screenshot showing where it was, which was really nice to know. I can’t recommend these guys enough

It has been my first time using a removal company as I always have done movings by myself and it has been the best choice we could made. Jason and his team arrived on time, emptied the flat in 30minutes and moved to the next location. They were super helpful and left everything where it needed to be. Jason and his men were more than movers for me today, they were life savers. I cannot put into words how much this service saved my day. They were punctual, attentive and kind. Jason is such a lovely man and even meeting him was a pleasure. They completed the entire move in under two hours! They do everything, stairs, ground floor and they take their time and ensure no items are damaged. Truly such a great service and a lovey gent!

JTK Removals managed to squeeze our house move in at short notice after our first removal company cancelled, which saved us from a lot of stress. We were extremely happy with their service. We had some trouble coordinating our move with the vendors which caused a few delays on the day; the team was patient and understanding about this, and really helped the day to go smoothly for us. Second time in a week that Jason and his team came to our rescue. He helped with a last minute confirmed house move, efficiently and we didn’t have to stress. He also helped collect wardrobes that should have been dismantled on collection but weren’t. Jason and his team worked late into the evening to make sure the delivery was made and then took the time to put the wardrobes back together and fit into place. They are so very helpful and really do try their best to do the job perfectly. They were extremely careful to not damage or scratch any of the walls and surfaces during our furniture shift, and Jason has a very good idea about manoeuvring big pieces of furniture, clearly from years of experience. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and their hourly rates are just great! My husband and I are very happy with their service, and have absolutely no doubts on who to call for our next house move.

Jason was very professional from the start! We actually had a different removals company moving for us cancel at the last minute.
