Had a great experience with Lambs Removal - especially for a house move that did NOT go smoothly! They provided boxes and wrapping in advance, arrived on time and loaded up quickly and efficiently. We then had to wait 4 HOURS to get into the new property - but the guys were happy to wait, there was no pressure and when we did eventually get keys did a sterling job of unloading and making beds in record time. Could not recommend enough - and special thanks to Charlie for keeping me calm, going above and beyond and finding a way to get my huge furniture up the stairs!

Moving from the family home after over four decades is a significant moment, and needless to say, there are some challenges! We were really well looked after right from the start by everyone in the office, guiding us through the process. They demonstrated excellent communication, being quick to respond to calls and emails. On the day of moving, Jamie, Mark and Dan did an amazing job; they were very efficient and professional, and we really appreciated their care and attention. Recently used lambs to move in Worcester. The team throughout the process were very professional and accommodating. The office staff and the moving team especially Daniel were incredible throughout, could not of done it without them!

Incredibly professional, efficient and hard working. Lambs were the best quote that I got in Worcestershire and I couldn’t fault them. They packed and did removals from us and worked like absolute troopers despite it being 27 degrees outside. The two gents were very friendly and helpful. Made for a very stress- free house move and would use again. I paid a little extra for them to reassemble my bed which was an absolute dream - after a manic day it was great to know that at least I had somewhere to sleep! They are also coming to collect the empty boxes to recycle which is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Although only a small job, Lambs Removals were competitively priced and efficient. The guys transporting our belongings (Charlie and Harley), were very courteous and polite, took care of our belongings and we would have no hesitation in recommending them or using again in the future.

Lambs removals moved me back from Germany in the 90’s and did it well so last week they moved us again the team were respectful professional and had a very positive approach to everything. It was a pleasure working with Lambs Removals and Storage. They are a family run business and the personal touch makes all the difference! We were living abroad in Singapore when my mother passed away and I had to find storage for her belongings very fast - Lambs were really helpful and supportive at a difficult time. We had to keep our things in storage for longer than planned due to various factors, but I was able to communicate with them very easily. There is always a friendly person on the end of the phone - no automated systems! Our furniture and belongings were very well looked after and they were really helpful and accommodating when we came to pick everything up. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them!

Excellent service from Lambs removals. The office staff were responsive and exceptionally helpful and were able to give an estimate based on photographs and measurements of goods to be moved ( I wasn’t resident at the time of removal so this was especially helpful ). The removal team arrived on time, packed quickly and efficiently and same the other end, even after several hours driving. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lambs removals to anyone. They were also very reasonably priced and had vans that were able to go into the ULEZ zone in London …. Many firms can’t . Definitely a five star review from one happy customer. Thank you!

Lambs Removal were excellent. As the dates got closer Lambs were very flexible but in the end it was only possible to move us out on the Friday completion date and move us in the following Monday with no charge for storing everything over the weekend! We were fortunate in having a dry day for packing & a dry day for delivery of our furniture etc. Dave, our packer, did an excellent job, quick & professional & nothing was broken or lost. Brad & Ben did well in that nothing was damaged on delivery. Again very professional and Brad driving expertise in getting the 12 m truck nearly to the front door was amazing. (Down a very narrow lane, avoiding walls & hollyhocks). Well done, not the cheapest but good value for money & a quick professional move.

We recently used Lambs for removals and 1 week storage. Communication and contact with Jamie was excellent, as was the experience of moving out of our previous home. However when we came to moving into our new home and confirm the details a couple of days before the office told us we weren't booked (we were and had written confirmation), one of the colleagues at Lambs proceeded to argue with my husband about the details of our move, unfortunately this added stress to an already stressful experience. Fortunately this was resolved by Jamie, the day before our move. Then on the day of the move one of Lambs forklifts had broken down so we were awaiting removals until after midday. For the confusion and added stress prior to / on the day of moving we would be reluctant to use lambs again. However, we actual staff who moved us were brilliant and are a credit to the company.

Lambs helped my Mother move and downsize. They have been fantastic from start to finish, taking time to understand my Moms requirements and being very sensitive to her needs. The packing was done professionally and thoroughly ahead of time, and so the actual day of the move went off without a hitch. A super firm, and a super service.

Lambs helped move my mum at the end of April and I can't thank them enough. They did a thorough job packing the day before the move, arrived promptly on the morning of the move, with everything loaded and ready to go by lunchtime. Unfortunately the solicitors weren't ready! We finally got the keys at 4:45pm...however the Lambs team should've finished at 4:30pm..and with mum being in her 80's, the situation was slightly stressful! Charlie came to the rescue and kindly agreed to work overtime to get mum in, for which I can't thank him enough. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful too, which made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lambs to anyone looking for a great removal company.

Moving home is both a stressful and expensive experience. From solicitors to estate agents to stamp duty, Lambs removal company was worth every penny. I used a comparison company and received a quote for three separate removals. Lambs was not only the cheapest but the only company that came out to do an in person quote! Our move included our 3 bedroom house but also but had a 100 square foot storage unit to empty. There was a large volume of belongings! On the day we were greeted by Steve, Brad and Tyler all extremely professional and good humoured too. They made what could have been a very stressful day pass with ease. I can not recommend Lambs highly enough. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you

A very accommodating company, as completion date kept on changing. Those in the office were always calm, cheerful and helpful. Brad led various members of the removal team over the course of the 3 days we'd arranged. They worked so hard in trying weather conditions: torrential rain on 2 of the days. Moving out of the home we were selling they didn't leave one mark on the light carpets - some achievement because of the weather. Thanks to the Lambs' team for making a stressful time a little less stressful.

Our house process had been a very stressful one and we were feeling anxious about moving day, however we absolutely didn’t need to worry. From the moment we first contacted the office we were guided through the options by the office team who were friendly, approachable and caring. Peter came to see us to quote and gave us a clear concise breakdown of the cost. We opted for our house to be packed up and Jamie did an excellent job. He worked tirelessly to ensure our belongings were packed with care. We received a professional and swift service during our recent house move. To assist with a tense deadline to move, Lambs were able to find a solution which resulted in our house sale and onward purchase being able to proceed and ultimately a much less stressful move all round.
