L&P took it all in their stride, without any fuss, delivering as many boxes as we wanted, making a very stressful time so much easier for us. Nothing was too much bother. Great staff. Lloyd and Pawlett were completely professional and pleasant from coming out to quote right up until late on the day of moving after delayed access to the new property. The guys were friendly, respectful and remained cheerful despite what turned into a very long day for them. I'd highly recommend the company and we'd definitely use them again.

If you need a removals company, you won't be able to find one better than Lloyd & Pawlett. From the admin in the office to the boys in the van, everything was done brilliantly, professionally and in a supportive and friendly manner. Nothing was too much bother and they metaphorically held my hand throughout the whole process of moving me from Pembrokeshire to Somerset. I would highly recommend the whole team.

Great service from this company from initial quote through to the whole moving experience. Office staff helpful and friendly. On removal day it was so easy and my stress from the past weeks disappeared. All packing was well done and labeled. I was moving long distance so it was a two day job I can’t praise the two removal men enough they worked hard on both days. I would highly recommend Lloyd and Pawlett an excellent job done at a fair price.

Very patient with regards moving date as this got changed many times. They went over and above expectations in many ways. One example of their great service was that there was one large item left at the previous property (nobody's fault as quite a lot was supposed to remain), but they picked up and delivered the following day without charge. They worked very long hours, over a couple of days, always polite and cheerful.

Fantastic service … From initial booking to actually moving. Everyone I had contact with was fabulous and friendly. Even when we had problems with the house we were moving in to Lloyd & Pawlett managed to save the day at the very last minute. Highly recommend and would definitely use again if I needed to move. Very happy with the service last Thursday - Nov 22. The two young guys (sorry can't pronounce/spell their names) were polite, courteous, friendly and did a great job moving us from Saundersfoot to St Florence, Tenby. Professional removal company who know how to MOVE YOU! :)

I dealt with Dan who is super efficient and good at his job.

Lloyd and pawlett reported back to me that there was evidence of rats in my container and they would take photos for me. Their communication is dismal and they have not replied to any of my emails or sent the photos so that I can resolve this issue. They are ignoring me completely. You cannot rely on them.

Thank you guys for making my move so easy…excellent service from a fantastic team …The weather was truly awful ,but the boys battled on through the wind and rain to get me in!! A few heavy pieces didn’t get up to the garden as it was dark…but the boys returned a few days later and moved them up… Absolutely fantastic team and I would definitely recommend them … glad to support a local company!!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The team picked up a full 3 bedroom house, many large fragile items and they where very careful and considerate to not damage anything or cause any damages in the property trying to get some of the larger items out. Our stuff was then taken to there storage units for over 12 months. They where then booked to return all our items to our new home. Everything returned still as new and fresh from when we left it. The team of men working where polite, insured they had laid protective mats. The men where really fast and efficient. All the boxes where put in the correct areas for ease and they where very pleasant. All staff at the business we dealt with where very professional and flexible with our requirements. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, fast working group where they also care about the protection of your belongings. Fantastic local business. Would rate higher if stars allowed it!

Well where do I start, I have moved 6 tines now as in the military and by far this is the worse company I have used. Chiped 3 different pieces of furniture, manged to ruin my bed mattress, due to poor covers and draging it alone the wet floor. ( Even the work men said the covers are poor and to thin). I will not be using these company again, not even had a phone call to say sorry.

This company is amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, positive and helpful attitude, patience and hard work. Moving is stressful but Daniel and his team made it so easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you - worth every penny.

Three awesome guys moved us Friday 18th December 2020 from one house to another in the worst rain possible. They were so professional, helpful and had a laugh and joke with us. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving house. Thank you so much for all you did for us that very wet day.

Arranged a quotation from this company and they chose the time and day. Shameful they didn’t bother to come and they couldn’t be bothered to call and explain why? I called them an hour after they were supposed to arrive and they couldn’t give an explanation as to why no one came? I have moved quite a few times, but this is the best company I have EVER used. The staff really know their stuff. The price was very reasonable considering the service I got. It was as stress free as it's possible for a long distance house move can be. So glad I choose this company. I always say" never again" every time, but if I do, I will use Lloyd and Pawlett.
