Had Julian come round to give myself and neighbour a quote for repointing chimney and painting brickwork on front of house.julian arrived on time and gave us a very reasonable quote which we were both happy to accept. Julian did excellent job on both properties. he also removed all moss from roofs,cleaned gutters and washed down facial and guttering.julian is a perfectionist so need to worry about doing a good job.he also sends videos to you while working so you can see his progress. we can't thank him enough.would definitely use him again and recommend ?

We used Julian to access our gable end which had awkward access. We have had an ongoing leak occurring for a good number of years. We hired the Cherry Picker for the full day to make sure we had enough time to find the issue. Julian turned up on time, listened to the problems we were having, let us go up with him to analyse the issues. He not only offered solutions to the problem but carried them out within the days hire. If it solves our leak issue long term it will be the best money I've ever spent. I highly recommend him and it a need arises won't hesitate to contact him again.

We used Julian and his cherry picker to access our carpark lights and do a bit of spring cleaning around the courtyard. He turned up on time, was really easy to work with and made the whole process effortless and stress free. Julian has done exterior maintenance on front of my house painting/staining cleaned gutters inside and out cleaned fascias and soffits window frames. Excellent service. I spent days trying to get a roofer / guttering specialist to repair my gutter (3 storeys up) with no one interested or not turning up etc. Contacted ‘MAN WITH A CHERRY PICKER’, sent a WhatsApp video of the problem and he was at my house in great time. Identified the problems and rectified them. Sent me a video of before and after on WhatsApp. What more could you expect? Great job at a reasonable price.

Absolutely superb work from Julian, he sent me initial and ongoing videos via WhatsApp of the initial state of the roof and work in progress as well as completed. The cost was very reasonable and much cheaper than hiring scaffold. I00% top man, I'd recommend without hesitation.

Roof fixed, Julian was on time, did the job, charged exactly what he quoted and did a fantastic job. He said he would do his best and that he did. I needed some painting doing on my house but because the job was so high up, I couldn't get a painter to do it without hiring expensive scaffolding.I got in touch with Julian, who gave me a very reasonable quote so I asked him to come and do the job for me. He was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, polite and he never stopped working and because he finished the work ahead of schedule, I was charged £100 less than the quoted price for the job!
