I highly recommend Mandy's Movers! Ben (for organising the quote, move date & his staff, Special thanks also to our packers/movers: Louis, Tommy, Luke, Harry, Jack & Danny! Great team work & good communicators (they will ask if they are unsure of anything before packing). They are super strong, very jolly, very helpful, friendly as well as punctual, professional: not at all judgemental and never complaining. Which makes the packing & moving atmosphere so much more relaxing & less tense. They helped us move & pack from a 2nd floor flat, 2 flights of stairs (no lift). The assisted packing is very efficient and stress free: partially packed & loaded into the van the day before the move day and then the rest is completed early morning of the move day. We needed 2 vans and a lot of boxes. We made the payment for assisted packing a day before the 1st packing date via bank transfer (card payment were also available) to the bank details/invoice given by Ben via email. They also dismantled (for moving) and reassembled (in our new home) our cabinets and sofa. They waited very patiently & communicated with us whilst we waited to get the keys to our new home. We have unpacked 90% of the boxes now and considering how much things we had and how fast and organised they were, there were a few minor damages which can be forgiven. My husband and I would like to wish Ben, Louis, Tommy, Luke, Harry, Jack & Danny continued success and happiness. Job well done and we hope you all get a well deserved bonus or rise ?

First class experience with Mandy’s Movers. Simon and Loui were our crew on the day. Great guys who were polite and efficient and took great care with our items. Ben was efficient and communicative when dealing with quotes and viewing etc. Would definitely use again.

Mandy's Movers were absolutely fantastic. They were calm, efficient, polite and extremely careful with our belongings. They sent 4 guys and 2 vans for our move. They arrived on time and they were all absolutely lovely, even though it was a hot day and there were lots of stairs due to it being a first floor flat. After the vans were loaded they gave us some time so that we could load our cats into our car and do some quick hoovering of the flat before making our way to our new place. They then helped us to get the cats into a safe room in our new place before unloading very quickly and putting some furniture back together (honestly so impressed with how speedy they were!). It's been a couple of days since the move now so we've had time to start unpacking and all our contents and furniture are in perfect condition with no breakages. Ben, the owner of Mandy's Movers, is extremely lovely too and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend them!

Ben kept in touch all the way through the moving process and always responded to questions. Great teamwork from Mandys Movers. They were excellent on the day of the move. Although we just needed two vans, three extra teams turned up in the morning to help speed up the loading process before moving onto their own jobs. Consequently we were fully loaded in just over an hour leaving us plenty of time to clean up before vacating. After unloading into new property, they put up the bed and table they had dismantled and checked if we wanted items rearranged before they left. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Mandy Movers enough. We moved 26th Jan and had 2 Luton Vans and 4 staff assisting us. Louie and Harry particularly for me made the day go smoothly, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They turned up at 8am with a cheery attitude and a smile on their face. Absolutely incredible!!! Jack, Ashley Danny Ben recently moved me from my 3rd floor apartment with no lift in southeast London to a house in Edinburgh but made extremely light work of it all. Nothing was too much trouble and the team was so polite supportive and friendly. They came the day before and packed the whole house and the next day moved all my belongings. These guys were completely brilliant, and would use them again in a heartbeat. They packed and moved everything for us from London to Newbury - half a day to pack and then a full day to move and unload at the other end (including assembly of beds and connecting washing machine etc). Everything was incredibly efficient and friendly - after hearing so many nightmare stories from friends about experiences with moving companies, Ben and the team were excellent from start to finish.

Mandy’s Movers we’re absolutely brilliant, from first contact, dropping off boxes to the actual move. Moving is known to be one of the biggest stressors in life; so you need a really good removal company. Mandy’s Movers are absolutely the best: it isn’t just that they are incredibly efficient and organised; they are also so calm! That, and their very polite and respectful demeanour make them the best in their trade by a very long margin. I’ve moved many times; but this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had.

Going with Mandy’s Movers was without a shadow of doubt the best decision we made with our move. From the moment Ben came round to give us a quote, I knew I wanted to go with these guys. I could not have asked for a better local business to help us with our move. They were professional, very polite and patient for our long the key wait and communication was brilliant. With the stress of the move and how important the day was, they reassured me and confirmed everything. For me this is great customer service, I have never moved in a chain before and they guided us though the process. As soon as we got the keys they were on their way to our new home, put carpet down to protect the floor and put the boxes in the rooms we requested. It was very easy to book a quote online, and to get in contact to arrange the booking for moving day. The van arrived at the expected time, and the team was friendly and super efficient. Mandy’s Movers recently moved me from a 2nd floor flat having to carry everything downstairs (no lift). It was a scorching hot day and bless the guys, they were dripping with sweat but not one word of complaint. They were courteous, friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. From first contacting Mandy's Movers for a quote for them to carry out the move, to its conclusion everything went smoothly. Even when we needed to change the actual moving date this caused no problem to them at all. The price charged was very reasonable, the men arrived on time and were polite, professional and very helpful, even offering to move items not being taken. They ensured that any fragile/breakable items were properly packed and secured, and on arrival at the destination property all items were placed where we required them. What a great team - and a great price as well. Always cautious when choosing a small, unknown business, but I was not disappointed, and their price was a lot less than other quotes I had received. Packed most of our home up on Saturday morning (Louis is a master of 3-D Tetris!) and took it down to Sussex. Unpacked everything, rebuilt bunk beds, connected up white goods - more than I expected or could ask for. Monday returned for the rest of our items and had the move completed by early afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. A delightful team to work with. Highly recommended.

Mandys Movers were fantastic - the team we had (Ben and Joe) were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Ben was great at communicating throughout. He was responsive and considerate despite our completion date moving several times - which was really reassuring. They made what could have been a very stressful day hassle free and enjoyable. Ben and his team moved us from Brockley to Petts Wood on a very hot day. We had a lot of stuff and four floors to climb, but the service was so excellent, professional and upbeat that everything went completely smoothly and we actually had a fun day! All for a very reasonable price. Mandy's Movers - what a great team, and a great price as well. They had to split the move over a Saturday and Monday. On the Saturday packed most of our stuff and took it down to our new house in Sussex and unpacked. Monday dealt with the large items and essentials we had been left with and completed that by early afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them more highly.
