Excellent service. Polite, friendly staff. I was given a very competitive quote and there were no hidden extras to pay for. My son had previously used this company. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for everything Mr Bee!

When I initially booked the service, I clearly informed them that I had 10 boxes along with other items to move. They assured me that one van and one mover would be sufficient for the job, However, when the movers arrived, things quickly went downhill. The mover who came to help was incredibly unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. It felt as though they were doing me a favour instead of providing a service that I was paying for. They were making unnecessary comments that I should handle my own belongings, as if they were the ones paying me to do the job. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially from a company that is supposed to make a stressful experience like moving easier, not worse. I would strongly not recommend using their services unless you would like to disrespected and frustrated. And yes I am a genuine customer, so please. Don’t give an excuse saying that, I am someone who is here to tarnish your company’s reputation, cause that’s the only excuse you have. For anyone who leaves a honest review.

I was let down by another service provider on the day of my move, luckily I had already received a quote from Mr Bee. When I contacted them at 8.30 they were able to sort a team out for 10.30 so my move would not be delayed. Communication on payment and arrival etc after booking the service was great. The team they sent were very helpful and efficient, and moved some very heavy furniture down three flights of stairs on a hot day. They helped me in wrapping some delicate items and made sure all my stuff was safe. At the other end they unloaded quickly and with everything in the right place. So glad I had Mr Bee to call on.

Please don’t use this company, an absolute joke. We had initially booked with this company but then decided to cancel 4 days prior after we found a better price elsewhere. Additionally the reviews here are not great and put us off. We didn’t pay any deposit and cancelled, this was confirmed by Wunmi as she called me to confirm post email. I have attached a photo of us cancelling here to this review. Despite this, the company sent the guys to do the job and they completed the job, as we were in belief that these were the people we had booked with and had paid the deposit to. I will add, the guys who did the job were good and if I could leave them a separate review it would be a good one. They were good guys. The man I spoke to from Mr Bee after this (office manager I am assuming) was rude, tried to shift the blame completely onto us and accepted no fault. Absolutely delusional. Having read the other reviews, no doubt they will reply to this also admitting no wrong doing. Incredibly ironic as these were the sort of reviews that led us to cancelling with Mr Bee! We’ve now had to pay for x 2 removals jobs because the other company had a deposit and time confirmed. Obviously the other guys had nothing to do so I’ve wasted lots of money! Completely incompetent service from Mr Bee. Please do not use them.

Absolutely poor service from Mr Bee removals. Do not use their service. The management team were very rude and unprofessional and the employees did a terrible job and had the audacity to ask for a price which was higher than agreed. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They even broke some of the bed components as they were assembling the beds. Absolutely shocking service. DO NOT USE. It was my wife that enquired and commissioned the service. The job was done on Sunday 2nd June 2024 and the service was absolutely abysmal. Your company’s conduct and service alone will tarnish your name. Very poor service. The management team should be absolutely ashamed of the inadequate and inept service. Some of my goods were broken by the men and no apology and no regard was given. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS ABYSMAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Used service for moving. The 2 guys were fantastic. Helpful and patient as packing not quite completed. Very patient as had to wait a couple of hours for completion and get keys to new property. Parking at new property was challenging it no complaints and once we had access they unloaded quickly and professionally. Move included heavy books and records but this caused no issues. Was very impressed with service which helped reduce the stress of the moving process. Thank you

The scummy tramp driving this van came onto private property and proceeded to piss up a tree in full view of residents windows in broad daylight, when challenged he thought he was funny and gave us the finger, the property is right next door to an infant school too, what a lovely representation of your company!!! Disgusting behaviour, would not recommend!!

I moved to another house in January and contracted MrBee Removals and I am very pleased with their services. They were very clear about the budget and the service they would provide and the two people they sent George and Jack were amazing. They were very kind, they helped us with absolutely everything we asked them with the best attitude and the most energetic way considering that it took us longer than we thought. I really recommend Mr Bee, the price and the quality of work is very good and you should asked for these two guys, you will not regret! Thank you very much George and Jack!

Super helpful and friendly movers. I had never used a removal company before but they were patient with all my questions. We were going from 2 separate flats to 1 house, they moved us from both properties in one day, effectively and quickly. They helped wrap up our fridges, and disconnected the washing machine. They were careful and delicate with everything. Super reasonably priced compared to others and amazing.

I’m not happy with the service I got on 17th November 2023. I had 13 items including 3 mattresses to move into storage. All dismantled and wrapped with bubble wrap. Tony said 3 hours & quoted me a price. The men turned up late then took so long to load up. One of the guy’s injured in foot as he didn’t have steel toe shoes. He sat in the van & smoked while the other guy loaded on his own. At the storage they put 1 or 2 items on the trolley into the lift. They didn’t store things into the storage unit properly that I had to get another unit & pay extra. The drivers said that management don’t know the hours it takes. I think they worked slow & quoted a 6 hours job in the end. I find people like this very dishonest. When I move out of storage, I would definitely look at some other company.

Mr Bee Removals were excellent, they called me the day before the move to confirm they would be there. On the day the guys were running late but called me multiple times to update me on their arrival time to keep me informed. The guys were great and really pleasant to deal with and efficient with the move and careful with my belongings. Given some of the quotes I received from other companies being 5x more than Mr Bee - I can't see why I would use anyone else in the future. Many thanks

We had booked for removal services as we were moving home. The driver and assistant we had were great helping in anyway they could, even advising me and helping in bubble wrapping the delicates for insurance purposes. items collected and dropped off as planned but one of my expensive hand made tables were broken during the transport. I contacted BOB the manager or the owner and informed him immediately and send pictures of the broken item and also emailed it to. it took him 2 weeks to reply after me having to pursue him about the matter on several occasion. Then he said he needs to talk to the driver and get back to me, this took him another two weeks and even then he says he can not comment as the driver's family is sick and he need to go back home once he comes back we will talk. I called him today 16 Nov 2023 after 4 weeks of waiting for his call asking for the outcome and he is telling me to watch my tone with him and he still has no conclusion for me. I have contact my lawyer to start taking legal action against the company and recover all my costs and time which I have have wasted with this BOB guy. WOULD NOT RECOMND TO ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. This BOB guy does not have a care in the world about customer service. I would be please who ever reads this to spread the word which I assure you I will do on all social medias.

If I could rate them 0, I would. This has been the worst service I've ever encountered. I called them a day before the moving date to confirm, and yet they didn't show up on time. When I reached out, the agent, Bob, displayed shocking rudeness. His response was, "yeah, there has been a confusion from our end," justifying it by claiming the one I booked with is an agent, not the company itself. However, I paid a deposit to Mr. Bee, so it should be on their system. All of this was infuriating, but my main issue was with Bob himself. He was beyond rude and didn't allow me to speak. Every time I tried, he would shout and say, "please don't waste my time!" Can you imagine how disrespectful he is? Moreover, he hung up on me twice and threatened to cancel the booking if I kept talking, refusing even to let me speak with his supervisor. When I told him to cancel as he says, he hung up again. Then, after 5 minutes, he called back to inform me that his manager says they've already asked another company to come, and they are on the way. He claimed he couldn't cancel. So, I reminded him that he himself threatened to cancel the order earlier. Not a single apology was uttered, and no one bothered to contact me afterward to follow up on what happened. I strongly advise against using this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional, and dealing with such people is an absolute nightmare. Edit: I’m responding to the owner who’s saying that what I said is not the truth. Actually what you are saying is NOT the truth. I wrote what happened exactly and how the conversation went. I don’t need to lie. You missed up my whole day and I had to find another company on a very short notice. If your employee is lying to you that’s another problem. And btw I’m the one who asked for a refund for the deposit he didn’t even bother to offer it ! Also, the guy who spoke with me was from the customer service not a driver or one of the movers.

Highly recommended. I was kept upto date right up to moving. On the day the 2 guys arrived on time. They worked swiftly and respected my furniture. Everything was loaded really quickly. At the new property, everything was put into the right rooms. They finished with an hour and a half to spare.

Recently moved with this removals team and I’m thoroughly impressed. Despite needing two vans for all our belongings and the challenge of numerous stairs in our house, the crew handled everything with ease and remained cheerful throughout. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free.

Great service from these guys, 2 agents double checked everything before the team arrived. The guys arrived on time and evaluated the items to move, everything was securely packed and protected and the move went without any issues even finishing slightly earlier than we anticipated. Michael and team were very friendly, treated all items like their own and were very respectful towards our home contents. A very good service at a very reasonable price. I would give more stars if I could. The guys did such amazing job, very hard working. They carried our belongings with care, nothing was too much trouble. All of the boxes/furniture was placed exactly where we asked, nothing was damaged. Very friendly team , we even got a phone call towards the end of the day from someone ( who I believe is the owner or manager ) to check how everything went . They are such a fantastic movers. 2 guys came and helped us. ( it’s what I ordered) We had so much items no complaints. Very quick. Always so so so polite and lovely, smiling. That was such an amazing experience!!! They are really really really nice. We had some nice chat with these 2 guys . They were just so lovely and helpful. I had two lovely men helped me moved, I can’t say anything was damaged because all my baby furniture and mine arrived at my new address in one piece. I was very pleased and thankful with the two men on top of that they were very understanding with me and patient as they were harassed by my ex partner to leave his house I personally had a dramatic experience with my ex partner on the day but this two men stayed with me and kept me save on their van. Thank you for your support on they day! Very grateful!

I was going a full flat move out of London to the countryside and I had a strict deadline to be out of my property by and the team where amazing at meeting that. They arrived on time, did all packing we wanted and moved everything with ease in addition to bring all of there own boxes and bubble wrap. They where a really reasonable price also! Would recommend!

I moved from Hampshire to Yorkshire in August. Mr Bee Removal team were very responsible. Came at sharp time, communicated throughout very well, moved all the items without any hassle, no damage to any of the items moved, furniture dissembled and assembled in no time. Very efficient and friendly staff. Worth every penny. Their price was affordable and reasonable compared to other movers of the area. I would love to recommend Mr Bee Removals to others.

I had two wonderful super helpful men arrive today to help me move. They are so considerate and really helpful. I found it was really good value, they dismantled beds and wardrobes and then reassembled! Amazing service! Will honestly use these again!

Avoid!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Both movers were incredibly slow (they are paid hourly). Continuously caught them talking/smoking/hanging around instead of moving things. One of them seemed to have absolutely no experience of moving furniture/lifting things safely and carefully. Had to start moving things to get them going. They ruined a brand new mattress whilst moving. Requested when booking that they bring a mattress protector which they agreed to. They turned up without one and offered to wrap it in something else, but I then noticed before they closed the van that they had not bothered to do this. It was covered in grease marks. They caused extensive damage to walls of both properties, despite being asked to be careful. When moving into the property the job took 3.5 hours. When moving out (with significantly less things as we are down-sizing), it took 6 hours. Me and my partner have emailed our complaint with photographic evidence but no response after a week. My partner rang on a Friday to follow up and received an incredibly rude demand to 'call back on Monday' (shouted at him), despite ringing well within their advertised working hours. We have used various moving companies within London over the past few years and this is by far the worst. Please save your money and avoid.

It was a short notice but they were able to.come and do a beautiful job yesterday. Both boys are hardworking, polite and friendly. But I suggest 3 boys will be more helpful especially flats without lifts. Am really happy with the service and will call anytime I need it. Thanks

Mr Bee Removals arrived 90 minutes without any communication They expected everything to be bubble wrapped including wardrobes and sofas etc Suddenly at the payment time they asked for Ulez and Congestion charge and they even wanted to charge for the time that you make the money transfer to them Finally, they made inappropriate comments to my wife when I wasn’t there… Absolutely disappointed, I would not use them even to move my doghouse

This was a disaster of a service unfortunately. I will explain why I gave 2 stars and not 1. I had used Mr Bees last year and they were amazing(part of why I gave 2 stars). I wish I had left a review for the men then as my latest experience shocked me and the quality and service seems to have gone down. Or I just had a really bad experience. Last year I moved with my whole family with Mr Bees so a whole houses furniture was removed. We had payed for 5-6 hours for everything (including the exact furniture I moved again yesterday). They moved it within the 5 hours without a glitch, other than slightly damaging our American fridge (but we did have small doors). They disassembled and reassembled all my bedroom furniture and moved it perfectly. They also moved a lot of other furniture- including sofas, American fridge, dining table, more cupboards, etc. They did it very quickly and very professionally. THIS TIME, (a year later) it was just me and my husband moving, so we only had one bedrooms furniture to be moved (a bed, cupboard and chest of drawers- that’s it). That’s all that needed moving. They had to disassemble and reassemble the bed and cupboard. This had been done by the previous movers from mr bees. I decided to go with them again due to previous good experience. They did not take the 3 hours Mr Bee said it ‘should’ take (baring in mind it is only THREE items of furniture) They took 5 hours. However, after arguing with Mr Bee for half an hour on the phone, he did agree for me to pay for 4 hours which I did appreciate (another reason I have 2 star and not 1). However I did point out that last year a whole houses furniture was moved by their company within 5-6 hours, which Mr Bee did not believe, even though I told him I’d send him the booking. The men this time were very slow and unprofessional. Although they were very nice and hard working. They were kind and worked the whole time (another reason I gave 2 star and not 1). However you could tell they had no idea what they were doing when building the furniture. Me and my husband had to tell them what to do and where to put things a lot of the time. They also had to take things off and do it again because they did it wrong a couple of times. And finally they broke parts of my cupboard, built it wonky and left part of the inside unfinished because they didn’t know how to do it. I know ikea furniture can be flimsy when rebuilt but their building skills were really bad, they had no idea what they were doing even if theY were hard working. They need to hire more people who know how to build furniture like last years guys. I can’t believe it took them 5 hours for such a simple job. NEVER GOING WITH THEM AGAIN. I am so unbelievably disappointed. I don’t know if it was just these movers and we got the ones who don’t know how to do it or if this is how Mr Bees has turned. I have attached photos for proof.

Completely damaged miele washing machine. The price is not fixed. I had to pay additional £85 for 1 meter bubble wrap on tv and 2 boxes not requested. The price list has options depending the size of vehicle. They pushed me a larger van with a quarter of the van used up. The price they quote min 10 hours of work. They completed in 7 hours. Outraged!!!! As for your message replied....look at the photos. Did your removals collected it like this? The machine is heavily scratched. Your guys took the plugs out. You are reliable for comestic damage. The photos don't lie. Ask your removals how much addition fund they requested from me. Also you are breaching code of conduct as you have informed my location online without my consent. The service started good but ended with disappointment.

Bob sent a smaller vehicle than would have been necessary given their online survey of the things that needed to be moved. He was quite unapologetic, shouting at me, and threatening to cancel the job. His solution was to make two trips, which of course meant more money for him (hourly rate) and waste of my fuel and time as I needed to make the two trips to give access and organise things on each end. Each trip was approximately 30 minutes, which added an hour of billed time. Bob was quite upset with his staff who was more understanding and who suggested I should ask him to send a bigger van. I will be reporting this matter to the Standards Board. They should have sent the correct van and taken responsibility for nearly messing my move. UPDATE after Bob's response: Bob did not send a bigger vehicle. He sent away the men who told me that the van was small for the move, lied to me that he was sending a bigger van, only to send a similar size van with different crew, thus adding to the wait. While it is true he initially offered an hour free, after the second trip he refused to honour that. I did not ask for or need a discount. I just wanted one trip as my time and fuel were being wasted while he got paid £60 for travel time he himself created. I was paying an hourly rate, not for the size of vehicle, which he was to determine based on the survey. The threats were his - to cancel the move. He said the calls were recorded. Perhaps he can play them back to jog him memory. No wonder his business is not a member of the industry association, which is why I shall be reporting the matter to the Trading Standards Board.

Friendly, professional service and great value for money. I want to especially praise Vijay Kumar and Sunny who helped us do the move this past weekend. They were incredibly patient, quick and responsive to our needs. Hands-down the easiest, stress-free move I've ever experienced. Will definitely recommend and use again if need be in the future.

Fabulous! I wont be using any other remover after this. They were professional, polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Made the whole process easy from start to finish.
