Brilliant service, we booked less than a week before moving and Kai was clear, and easy to communicate with. They arrived on time and did the entire move in just 2 hours for the best rate we could find in Coventry. They supplied blankets to help transport not to mention being lovely people! Would highly recommend.

I called Kai to be honest by mistake, as I had booked a van but looked up the company without my glasses on and got the wrong number. However, although to didn’t use them. Kai sent me a text to see if all went ok with my booking and if there were any issues to let him know. He wasn’t pushy or anything like that but it was just nice to have someone bother to make sure it went ok and some good customer service. So I would certainly recommend them for that. Thank you

Great service and so professional and quick. We moved the whole house furnitures and loads of our personal stuff in less than 2 hours. Beside Kai was so helpful in sorting out the guys from curry to fit our new washing machine. Although it was not his job and he was not expected to do that. He had all equipment and was so quick taking the whole kitchen cupboard out and in. We were so lucky that he was there at the same time and did not need to find a maintenance person.

I cannot rate Kai and his service any higher. He moved my furniture through some tight doors and angles without a hitch. An excellent job, well done with the utmost respect for my belongings. All done on time as requested at a weekend. I highly recommend Kai and his services.

Fantastic service at very short notice. Mr Van Coventry went all the way to Newcastle-upon-Tyne to fetch a second hand digital grand piano for me. The piano was disassembled, wrapped in blankets, transported, and put back together again without a hitch. I was charged £760 for over ten hours on the road plus the time taken to take apart / load / unload / reassemble at both ends. Couldn't have been more careful. I believe there are video clips on their website!

Kai was lovely and very efficient. Made sure all our things were transported swiftly but carefully too. Definitely would recommend and use his services again!

Absolutely brilliant service. Could not have asked for more. Both guys were absolutely lovely and so friendly. The move involved collections from 2 locations, to then be moved to my new house. They took the utmost care of my items which included moving a fully glass table top. I protected my carpets and anytime the plastic sheets slipped, Kai repositioned so my carpets didn't getting damaged without me even asking. On top of this, they were by far the cheapest! I don't plan on moving anytime in the near future, but if i did, I would absolutely not hesitate to use them again. Couldn't recommend enough.

Would have rated 10/5 stars if I could! Despite packing more than what I mentioned on the call, and perhaps myself should have requesting two movers instead of one, Kai was more than happy to accommodate, single-handed managing to load all my items. He was friendly and understanding throughout, I initially wanted a removals + storage for one night service but a last minute change of plans meant that I didn’t require the storage service and Kai was again more than happy to accommodate, even offering me a huge discount. Furthermore, he even offered me a lift to my new place and saved even more money on having to take the bus / Uber! Moving homes is always a stressful time and I almost couldn’t book a removals service as most were fully booked, but thank goodness I came across Kai and Mr Van Coventry. Big shoutout and kudos to Kai and Mr Van for turning a stressful day stress-free! You would not find a better removals service in Coventry.
