Really great team from start to finish. I was moving to a 3rd floor flat up quite steep stairs which was a bit of a faff but the G and his colleague were great. Very reasonable price too.

I moved house sept 23 in 28 degree heat. My experience was excellent - the guys were professional helpful & polite . Nothing was too much & they were sure to complete the job & helped resolve unforeseen issues with the move.

My Safe Removals were excellent. Thoroughly professional, punctual, considerate and friendly. This was all the way through from initial dealings with Dorota in the back office/accounts, Michal (Managing Director), delivery of packing materials, to the guys ('G' and Sandro) who did the actual collection, driving and drop-off. Moving home can be stressful, My Safe Removals eradicated this.

We used My Safe Removals to move from London to Kent. We opted for the dissembling of our bed and wardrobes and reassembly the other end. I was a little worried that the move day would go well, but I needn’t have worried..! The crew were all great, arriving at 8am as arranged and left our new house at 8pm with all the work and reassembly done. The whole crew were pleasant, friendly and worked hard all day. They were well organised, clearly experienced and went the extra mile to make the day go as smooth as possible. I was more than happy with the service, so much so I gave them all a generous tip.! Highly recommend.

We decided not to go with their services as the unsolicited calls and emails we received were relentless. I requested a quote via their website and then received over 10 unsolicited calls from various people from the company. Even after we complained and requested we were removed from their contact list, we still received calls and emails for weeks. Avoid!

The best moving company i have ever used. We are now customers for life. They packed our entire 2 bed flat up with ease and were so respectful and careful of our belongings and space. Just completed our move with the My safe removals team and they were fabulous, we highly praise and recommend them! Started with Michal, doing the video consultation which was quick, then the estimate and being in touch before the move itself. The team turned up on time, was super careful in packing fragile items and making sure not to make a mark anywhere.

Amazing efficient team, bang on time, really careful with our furniture. Unfortunately one gentleman injured his knee but they all soldiered on. Thank you for making my mum's very difficult move so easy, you guys are amazing and will be recommending you to anyone moving going forward.

I moved from a one bedroom flat on third floor in N5 to N15. I used the packing and moving service, where they dismantled and reassembled furniture. My experience of this company was excellent. Their quote was reasonable and no hidden charges. They delivered boxes the week before so I could do some minor packing for valuables beforehand. Packing was professional and thorough. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend not using My Safe Removals.

Michal came to our house to see what needed to be moved and gave us a quote, saying it wouldn't take more than a day.

On the day of the move, we had to be out by 1pm. We organised the house so the movers could load the van and dismantle furniture.

They arrived at 8am and when we returned at 1130 we found nothing in the van, requiring me to do a good amount of the packing.

At 5pm, the movers left the house half-full, saying everything wouldn't fit in the van and that I would have to discuss next steps with Michal.

By 11pm that day we had moved everything out of the van into the house, where I discovered that the movers hadn't packed anything in the loft, despite me explaining to Michal that it was full.

Michal refused to complete the move, saying that I must have hidden items (untrue!)! He begrudgingly agreed to complete the move the next day but demanded a full day's payment for it, doubling the initial price.

It was a pleasure to have Michal and his team move my partner between properties. Michal was extremely professional and the quote very reasonable. More importantly, the final price was the same as the quote. The team arrived on time and loaded and unloaded respectfully and efficiently - and were also friendly and fun while doing it. We were impressed with all aspects of their service. I would recommend My Safe Removals Ltd to anyone.

Very helpful removals company. Answered all questions prior to the move quickly and clearly and were very friendly and helpful when moving. Packed all belongs carefully for the move and unpacked the van quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

The guys were extremely helpful from start to finish. They really made the move a lot smoother than we expected. Nothing was difficult or not doable for them, they were quick and efficient and took great care of our stuff.
