After struggling to find a reasonably priced and well equipped removal hire services in Bristol to Oxford. I was suggested New Beginning's by my brother. Safe to say he was right! New Beginnings responded quickly, came to quote the day after I contacted them, were very reasonably priced, had responsive communication in advance of our move, turned up on the day as planned, had a planned process to follow (fragile items first), fitted an incredible amount in their Mary Poppins-magical vans, were friendly and efficient, worked tirelessly and somehow didn't even flinch at all when - after a long, tiring day - heavy items needed to go to the third floor of our new home. They worked incredibly hard, without complaint, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and booking them again myself in future. Thank you for moving us!

This is the first time we have ever used a removal company so we were a little apprehensive on who to book with. I have literally no regrets choosing new beginnings. They were really flexible with our dates which we had to move, easy to contact leading up to the move, turned up on time, lovely friendly guys, experts at Tetris!,not one scuff in our old house or new house, kept our new house clean as our road hadn’t been laid yet, no belongings broke at all, and absolute value for money! 10/10 genuinely impressive service, we opted for the full packing service (which cost surprisingly less than we thought) and whole house was packed up on the Sunday. The next day a very professional 3 man team arrived on time and had everything loaded on the van in a couple of hours. We got the keys to our new house at 2pm and everything was unloaded by 4pm in exactly the right places with no issues at all! Really top guys as well, a pleasure to have used your service.

We've used New Beginnings for two moves now and would fully recommend them. All the movers have been really nice guys who work extremely hard, and their prices are very reasonable.

These guys were fantastic. They worked so hard, 12 hours straight, always with a positive attitude, nothing was too much trouble. The price was very competitive compared to others quotes we had gotten. All in all i was extremely impressed, they made what can be a stressful experience, easy and stress free.

We had a great experience using this company for our house move in Feb 2023 from Oxfordshire to Dorset. Reasonably priced compared to some other removal companies we had quotes from. Friendly and reliable: they showed up on time both days and the team of 5 got stuck in and worked hard. Our move was completed smoothly with no damaged items. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a good experience with this company. It was a very hot day and the two removal men worked tirelessly for the whole day moving me six miles but with quite a lot of garden plants - all done without any complaints. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their prices are fair. A lot of the complaints in this company's reviews are about communication. I think Nick needs a secretary/admin. person to sort out emails, etc. I had to chase them to confirm they were moving me on the date arranged (verbally). Its quite worrying wondering if people will turn up or not! Otherwise a great company.

Excellent - don't look any further, seriously, don't ! Nick was very patient with us as our move date kept changing. When we finally moved it all went very smoothly and the boys were excellent. Could not fault their customer service and commitment to ensuring our property arrived in the same condition as they picked up it. You never know with removal companies how well they will perform, however I can STRONGLY recommend New Beginnings, Nick and his team.
