Excellent work from the guys. Took great care of all our belongings. Wrapping certain things as deemed necessary. Delivered everything safely and placed all items/boxes in the room of choice. I used Oytics Removals for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. The service was of great value, very efficient, on time, and very responsive. The movers, Mr. Abdi and his friend, were very helpful, despite the difficulties of the location. (We had to use a very small lift in which we needed to go up and down the floors more than 40 times. There was no car park, so the truck had to be parked in a small lane and moved aroung a few times. Still, they did not complain and were very helpful throughout.) If I have the need to move things again, Oytics would be my choice.

If you need removals, use Oytics Removals Ltd. 1) The owner, Abdi, was very quick to respond to my request and I needed very specific plans, which he and the team agreed to with no issues. 2) They talked me through what I needed and provided me with the best option, even though it was potentially cheaper than other options. They definitely care about customer service and making sure you’re happy. 3) Their communication leading up to moving day was fantastic which gave me peace of mind that they would be where they needed to be on the day 4) When they arrived, they were very friendly and no questions went unanswered. They are in constant communication with you to ensure that everything is how you want it. 5) They moved items with upmost care and I felt very assured. I was busy cleaning and could hear them wrapping items to avoid dirt or wet. 6) At the other end they took everything where you want it to go. Nothing was too much trouble and one one occasion I changed my mind about where to put a large piece of furniture, which they moved with zero hint of frustration. Again, all they care about is how happy you are with the service. In conclusion, these guys are exceptionally pleasant, hardworking and careful guys who go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with their service. I got in touch with Oytics Removals to assist my elderly mother with her house move recently. Communication prior to moving day was clear and regular, and they were able to be flexible around our dates which was really appreciated. The team turned up bang on time the day of the move, had a nice clean vehicle, and the guys worked diligently and carefully for the entire time, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Oytics moved me from Tottenham to Nw2. The team were amazing, taking extra care of my vintage furniture and made the whole process a breeze smoothest move I’ve ever had. My furniture was extremely large even they couldn’t take it out from the main door so they took it from the balcony, very ideal price and they working with 4 guys almost 8 hours. I have moved 15 times in my life and Abdi and Zac were the best removals service I’ve ever used. They arrived on time, had great attitude, got stuck in, and this continued for the entire 4-5 hours. I’ve attached a photo of the van pre-furniture: they packed it exactly how we would have, with us knowing what was inside everything. Meaning that it all arrived undamaged. They also didn’t knock the walls on either property. I could go on but you get the idea.

Smooth moving from start to finish. Arrived on time, just calmly carrying all my stuff into the van. Abdi and crew took care of all my furnitures and valuables, everything wrapped up and arrived intact. Took time to ensure everything was placed correctly in the new place. The team also dismantled and reassembled some furnitures confidently and efficiently. By far the least stressful move I’ve ever done. As a landlord, I had fire doors for my rental property delivered to my home address. I made a telephone arrangement with Oytics to have these doors and accessories picked up and transferred to the other property. On arrival Oytics and staff liaised with the tenants and stored the doors and accessories in a safe location. Oytics and staff provided a first class service and I would most certainly recommend and use Oytics services again.

I think if they were to see this review and my name they’ll instantly remember the situation they were in with removing the contents within my house. Abdi and his team were so helpful and so accommodating. We have had so much trouble having our fridge delivered with a well known appliances company (will not be ordering from them in the future) to the point where they only left it at the front door to our maisonette. As soon as I got the referral for Oytics - they fit us in right away knowing that it was an emergency situation! Despite the difficulty with our flat, and the fridge being quite big they had a positive and determined mindset, not to mention they are so strong! I also loved the little touches in that they cared about not damaging the fridge that they took as much care as possible and spent time putting a protective cover around it before moving it. Overall they managed to achieve what looked like an unachievable task and now we finally have a fridge after months of issues. I am so happy I received a referral from them and will 100% be using them in the future, I would also definitely be recommending them to all friends and family due to their amazing work ethic and value.
