Fantastic experience from start to finish! Daniyal dealt with my initial enquiry and was on hand for the detailed packing arrangements. Two complex loads for USA and Finland, both excellently managed and delivered. Would not hesitate to recommend Daniyal, and Pack and Go, am very grateful for their hard work and care. 10/10.

Everything arrived broken, even though it was fully protected within other boxes and protected with bubble wrap and clothes. They use partners that use other partners and so the whole thing gets lost in a chain of many people. The clothes arrived with a bad smell and humid, books damaged and I had to keep them for several days outside in the sun to lose the smell Pack and go uk had a contact with a person in goiania or something else in brasil, that used someone else for the northeast that used finally another person for the final delivery. I know that because I had to go after each of them to get my delivery as they would not tell me when/where it would be delivered and whey they did, would not tell me. I spent days waiting for the delivery to arrive only for them to tell me it would come the next day. I spent a whole week having them tell me it was going to arrive tomorrow...tomorrow All in all, horrible service, would not use again. Use a different service or take multiple trips with your things with you, they are not worth it.

Excellent moving company, the whole process was simple, smooth and easy to keep in touch. The moving arrived earlier than expected. The inicial contact was great, the price was the best we could find. The packing was done professionally and it took as long as expected, not more. The arrival was ok, a bit last minute alert that the diver was here, instead of calling 1 day in advance but that was no problem. The boxes arrived safely, dry and the was only 1 small cosmetic damage to 1 item, now fixed. All the rest arrived in pristine condition. I would recommend Pak and Go to anyone moving, overseas or not. They are the best.

They used to have deshonest people working there , stealing things from the boxes. Me and my friend were victims of them. Ours boxes reacted Brasil the best stuufs we’re missed . It seems they are changing…
