Chris and his team were fantastic! I had Chris come visit my property to give me a quote. He was very friendly and polite throughout the process and was able to answer all my questions. I was given a quote just a couple days later which was a very reasonable price. From that time to actually moving took far longer than expected, I was able to drop Chris an email any time to check our date was still free and he responded very quickly. The team was also very flexible about the possibility of having to move our stuff into storage. On moving day itself the team arrived right on time and were like a well oiled machine. All very friendly, tidy and handled everything with care. They got all our stuff loaded within a couple hours (we had A LOT of stuff too). Everything arrived undamaged and everything was unloaded super quick. Both our sale and purchase were left as clean as when the guys found it too. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Chris who has taken over Paul Simmonds has been so professional and helpful in packing up our belongings them into store whilst we await completion on our next house . This has been a stressful period of our lives . He and his team did a truly wonderful job ensuring that I checked things as we went along . They were so skillful in carrying heavy bulky bits of furniture down our narrow stairs . I am so glad we chose them to carry out this part of our move . Also the care they took with more fragile items providing specialist wrapping.

This was my first move in 33 years and was a daunting project. However, Paul Simmonds Removals were outstanding. Their quote was very competitive and their service was flawless. A cheerful team arrived promptly in my 3 floor terraced house and within a few hours everything was moved into my 2nd floor flat, the bed reassembled and my clothes back in the wardrobe. I cannot praise Chris and his team highly enough! They made my move really easy. I requested that it took place over 2 separate weeks and I wanted some items into storage. Several things didn't quite go according to plan (the bed base wouldn't fit up the stairs at the new place!) but the team took it back and put it into storage, didn't bat an eyelid! Lovely, lovely people. And good value. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
