Would highly recommend this removals company. Jay and his team were great. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was more than fair. They all worked so hard and made a highly stressful day so much easier.

I decided to use Phill's removals after a family member had a positive experience with them and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jay and his team were wonderful and took real care with our property. The whole day ran seamlessly and we didn't have to lift a finger, they even dismantled and rebuilt a really tricky wardrobe for us which saved a huge amount of hassle. I've now finally finished unpacking and we haven't had one breakage. They were also really reasonably priced, a lot cheaper than two competitors I got quotes from . They were friendly, professional and excellent at their job. 10/10 for Phill's removals.

No words can describe how amazing Jay’s service was. Whether it be time keeping or getting the boys to help out and getting the move done on time was very professional. Even though we had a rather long winded and problematic move, Phill’s Removals were not one of them. We booked Phill’s removals as they seemed like excellent value and they had other good reviews. Unfortunately, our first buyer fell through and we had to start our selling process all over again. However, Phill’s removals , especially Steph and Jay were extremely supportive. They supplied all of the packing materials we needed and did not worry that we had to put everything on hold. When we eventually sold our house, they were efficient and helpful rearranging the new moving date. They collected a lot of the larger items the day before our move and arrived promptly on the day for the rest of the items Their friendly team worked tirelessly to move everything we had and even moved two enormous garden pots without any complaints. Really impressed with the Phill's team, who were extremely professional, careful and conscientious. I could see how much effort and care they put into treating our things with care and made sure it was organised (as it was going to two places) and it made our move that much less stressful to know we were in good hands. The price was competitive and we took advantage of their storage services as well. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again on our next move.

I was really happy with Phil’s removals. Steph first came round to survey and put a quote together which I received the same day, and was in-line with what I was expecting for a removal cost. I was happy to go with them on this basis plus I’d been recommended by a friend who’d used them in the past. They supplied me with boxes, paper and tape and when I ran out they were happy to drop off more to me. The men who turned up on the day to do the job were outside by 7:30am, and had packed up and left mine by 11:30 with no damage or any issues. We had a slight delay getting the keys for the new place but they were very understanding and stayed with us until the last item of furniture had been re-built which was around 6pm. Their attitude and friendliness throughout the day was great. Really happy with their service and would 100% recommend

These guys were fast, careful and very helpful, both emptying our 3 bedroom house into there vans, transporting, then getting everything into the right rooms, garden, garage... incredible. But more then that, after nearly 40 years in our home that we raised family ion, it was heart-breaking to leave. But Jay and the crew were light hearted, buoyant and their attitude infused into us and by the time they were leaving we were looking forward to the start of our new lives. They arrived on time,, nothing was a problem. They were responsive to our needs. Unfortunately one issue had marred our experience. Fridge freezer was damaged however Jay informed us they would replace this in the next couple of days. This reassured us and turned a negative into a positive one. We would use this company with no hesitation.

Yesterday Phills Removals moved us, and most of our garden to our new house - 6 and a half van loads. Despite a biting freezing wind and snow, they were all irrepressibly cheerful, polite and helpful. Nothing was any trouble. We have used Phill's Removals twice in the last 5 months and used their storage facilities too. I would highly recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble, the team were all very polite and courteous and took care of all of our belongings. We had some particularly awkward pieces of furniture and access issues with one of the properties and yet the team weren't phased by any of it and provided an excellent service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. They walked us through the entire process, made certain we had enough boxes and packing material, arrived promptly and everything was carried out with a smile! Rob and the team made it a stress-free experience. I have used various removal companies in the past and without doubt, this was the best company I have dealt with. Highly recommend and will definitely use again...although, I am still knee-deep in boxes so, it might not be for a while!!

Brilliant removal team. Moved us from Essex to liverpool without a hitch! Friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and all with a great sense of humour. Also thoughtful (made sure we had our essentials to hand especially the remotes for the tv - thank you Rob!!) and had loads of common sense. They also did all our packing and absolutely nothing got broken. Highly recommend Phill! If you’re moving choose them as you won’t regret it.

We didn't move far but we had a LOT of stuff to shift! Phill's Removal's provided an excellent service by a polite and hardworking group of lads. We were provided with a perfect number of boxes, wrapping paper and tape a few weeks before the move date to get us packed up - even though we were having issues with our move date Phill was patient, polite and helpful throughout.

Everything was packed up into the lorry carefully and unpacked to the same standard. They didnt hesitate to ask where furniture/bags should be put if they weren't sure and this made our lives much easier when it came to actually unpacking and settling in.

They offer very good value for money and I would highly recommend them for any household move.
