Pipers moved all our belongings for a house move. They were very friendly and polite and helped out however they could. On the day they had issues with a van breakdown, however dealt with it well and still got all of our stuff delivered before 9pm that day. They worked hard to make sure everything went right and got it all there on time.

Excellent service from start to finish from booking to follow up to the actual day of moving. Polite and friendly, the Pipers team ensured our move was expertly & professionally handled. Oh dear do not book with this removal company! Cancelled on me three days before my move despite confirming everything beforehand. Stating their van was in a garage and they had no other vans. Didn’t even bother to find me another company or van to use. Then sent me a booking confirmation in error saying thank you for your payment also which was strange. Luckily another removal company saved us and accommodated us and they were much cheaper than this company and faster! 123 removals and storage in Essex saved us.

I found the quote to be very competitive based on other companies in the area and great value for money. The service they provided was excellent and the team on the day were really friendly and nice. I was even able to get a lift to the destination to offload the items. Even though it was a lot of work for the guys they remained professional and courteous throughout and I’d highly recommend this company again to anyone.

We’ve found pipers searching online and since the first call they were amazing. Paul explained the process, sent us the quotation, was really flexible with dates when we couldn’t confirm straight away. We moved from a 2 bedroom flat (7th floor) to a 3bed flat (9th floor) and they helped us door to door. Also, they took care of our delicate things. I 100% recommended them.

This was a last minute contract due to our previously booked mover letting us down. Piper were super efficient, came when they said they would, so no hanging around; they kept us informed as to progress - we wrre moving 250 miles or so- and the unloading was done quickly and efficiently.Highly recommended.

Fantastic team! We moved from a second floor flat, with no lift, and the guys ran up and down all day. They where very quick, and efficient. We also needed some furniture disassembled, and reassembled at the new address. This was not a problem, the guys came ready with tools, and didn't loose a single screw. I would 100% recommend them.

All round excellent service provided by these guys. I was kept well informed over the phone for what they would be doing and what was required from me (which was very little). They also sent one of their team round to have a look at the furniture to double check that it would all fit, which it did with room to spare. On the moving day they arrived bang on time, they were also very quick and efficient in loading up the van and we were off in no time. At one point they hit traffic and messaged us to let us know, they even sent me their tracked location so I could see how they were doing. At the other property they were just as quick getting everything unloaded following directions to the letter with regards to what rooms we wanted things in. All in all an excellent experience with this moving company. I can't recomment them enough!

Paul and his team moved us the 550 miles from London to North of Scotland and I would not hesitate in recommending him and his team. The van was packed efficiently such that no breakages occurred, he arrived to load exactly on time and was pleasant and efficient to deal with, all for an agreeable price. There was one hiccup, however Paul kept us informed fully throughout. Recommended.

Paul and his team are thorough and fast. They are also expert van loaders, using up every inch to avoid multiple costly trips. Above all, they care about their customers and care about doing a good job. That's not always easy to find.

Excellent service.....Great value for money and very professional.Paul and his team came around after doing another job earlier in the day. The job required moving my furniture and items from one flat to another. The job was completed in time and the disassembly and reassembly of the furniture happened smoothly. In terms of things which could have been done differently.....maybe a bit more realistic time of arrival. I had to wait for a couple of hours. I appreciate that there was another job before, for which the completion time was a bit difficult to predict....but my suggestion would be to add a bit of contingency when communicating any ETA. Overall, would highly recommend and will use them again in the future, should I require another move

They took care to determine what needed moving and the route and kept me up to date once on the move. I contacted a bunch of removal services from a comparison site but Paul was the only one who took the time to send a text and follow up with a call to introduce himself. The level of care from the beginning was really important to me as I’d never used a removal service before. I wanted to move from my one bedroom flat back to my parents’ house temporarily and Piper’s Removals were on time, quick and friendly. I knew my possessions were in good hands, which made my day go smoother and the whole process easier. They helpfully move my furniture into my parents’ house and even helped to move specific furniture to different rooms, which they didn’t have to do. My elderly parents were very grateful. I have recently used Pipers to move from a one bed flat. I arranged an intial date for moving with Paul although I needed some flexibility due to my moving date not being 100%. Paul was really undertsanding and offered the flexibility that I needed. The prices were really transparent and really competitive so was very happy. On the moving day the two guys who came to do the move were fantastic, Marcus and Callum were down to earth and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing and packed everything up quickly and safely and the same at the other end when unloading.I was so happy with the service that I rebooked Pipers a couple of weeks later to do another van load of removals of items I had in storage. This time I had Lloyd and Paul do the job and again both fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the service and care that was taken with all my items. The magician packers, we moved from a one bed flat and had a surprising amount of stuff to take, however Paul got it all in with his excellent packing skills. The team on the day were great and had a good sense of humour which made the day super easy. 100% recommend to anyone!!
