Turned up on time and were excellent at organising their workload and getting the job done in a timely manner. Exceptionally good. We booked for 2 man with van service, and shifting including assembly service was done within 2 hours. They took good care of floor of the house while shifting things. They even allowed my husband to travel with them in van. Very efficient, and satisfactory work. Their site is very customer friendly, FAQ answer many questions one might have. They sent a reminder email a day prior and were sharp at booked time at the house to start service. We felt this service was good and painless as other services required accurate number of items to be listed for service, we had no idea how many boxes we would end up with. This service required booking for certain hours and not based on items. They bring van for us and use it to transport only our goods ( does not combine with other customers). They did not ask my husband to help in shifting items. We are very happy with service.

After some challenging experiences with previous moving companies, we were really impressed by the service provided. Loading and unloading was really fast, and having two movers really helped with efficiency. They managed to fit a large corner sofa through a very tight corridor despite us having been told by previous owner he could only fit very small sofas because of size / angles. Movers were also very friendly and polite, and took great care with our possessions and furniture, with no damage incurred. Will be using PM&V for any future moves.

Absolutely fabulous service. These guys are seriously amazing - the booking online was easy and responsive and the prices are very reasonable. The team showed up on time in a clean, modern, new mover fully equipped with blankets and tools to secure all furniture. They have been fantastic at moving items from our two-bed flat in Bermondsey all the way to Kingston. I was so impressed by how careful they were when moving, and there's not been a single scratch on any items or walls. They have also dismantled and then re-assembled our desks, table, bed and wardrobes and put them in specific rooms in our new home. They were also very accommodating, and picked up our boxes from a 35sq unit on the way. Polish Man & Van What a great company. They made moving in such a pleasant experience. They arrived from London to Liverpool 10 minutes ahead of the estimated time. Some achievement in itself! They were bringing all our daughter’s furniture etc from out of storage. The vans were very clean and the men very smartly dressed in matching polo shirts. They were friendly, polite, extremely professional and very obliging. They checked where I wanted everything and asked me to do a final inspection to see if I was happy with where everything was before leaving. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Then to top it all off they rebuilt 2 beds, a cot bed, a large corner settee, a dining table and put doors on a display cupboard. All this would have taken my husband and I hours if not days. Thank you so much Rafal. Furthermore they were happy to transport a few large items from our house 5 minutes away to our daughter’s new home. Whole job completed in about 4 and a half hours. We could not recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny.

I was incredibly happy with the service. Although they were 2 hours late they were extremely apologetic and explained the reason why. We moved into a place with no lift and we live on the last floor, the guys moved each and every heavy bag and were done with unloading within less than the 2 hours we had booked. I had great experience with this company. Communication from the start was good with arrival times. Once the team arrived they were very professional, they had to take a American fridge freezer upstairs to my flat. The way they communicated between them to ensure nothing gets damaged was amazing. Moved today with Rafal and Pavel. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Was initially contacted by them to ask if they could start early, which was a welcome surprise. They were very quick to get started, made sure they understood what needed to go and what didn't, and were incredibly efficient in loading (and unloading) everything. Took around 2 hours in total for a 1 bedroom flat. They even offered to help me get my TV up and running after seeing how hard it would be for me to do it myself! Completely unexpected but that was such a help, can't thank them enough for going the extra mile with that. Overall, this is an excellent service at a very competitive price. Super impressed with the service I received from Polish Man And Van. Firstly they communicated in a timely, professional and clear way via google business messaging. They even caught a mistake I had with the date during the booking (made via their site) and alerted me to it. Rafal and Pavel arrived on time and worked unrelentingly until the job was finished. They were both really careful not to cause damage on the way out navigating tricky stairways etc. I was really impressed by how professional and polite they both were throughout. There are cheaper removal firms out there but if you can spend a little bit more for PM&V I can unreservedly recommend them.

We engaged Polish Man And Van to move some delicate furniture from London to Herefordshire. Their quotation was significantly more competitive than one obtained from a certain national removal company that ends in "ords". Rafal and his colleague turned up in London dead on the expected time and quickly and expertly packed and loaded the furniture. By lunchtime, they had arrived in Hereford, 175 miles away, and unloaded and unpacked the furniture, all of which arrived safely and undamaged. We would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

They managed to fit us in at very short notice, even though they were extremely busy, and updated us when they were finishing their previous job so they could give us an accurate ETA. Moving home was an ordeal. Charity shop collection of my unwanted furniture and appliances had introduced me to nasty men with crappy vans - "can't take this because you haven't dismantled it fully; can't take that is too dirty; we are stopping now because we have other jobs to get to". So when on completion day I hadn't taken my bed apart, I hadn't started packing anything in the kitchen, and there was more to do than I could handle, I felt the stress. Polish Boys were my saviours. "I'm sorry I didn't get round to wrapping the TV," I said when they arrived, praying that they didn't walk off saying they can't do the job because I wasn't ready. "Don't worry, said Rafal, we'll wrap it in a blanket. "And about the bed..." - "just leave it to us, we'll sort it out". Not only did they take the bed apart, but they rebuilt it for me in my new place. They must have seen how stressed I was because they were so pleasant, so reassuring, so different from what I had expected. They didn't just dump my stuff, they arranged the furniture and kept checking with me that everything was where I wanted it, totally exceeding my expectations. It was such a relief. Rafal and his team were amazing on our moving day. They turned up right on time and worked 7 hours solid (finishing an hour ahead of schedule), removing everything from our 3 bed house and doing 2 trips, one to the new house and one to storage. They did a fantastic job dismantling and reassembling furniture as required without any complaints and they had all the tools and equipment for the job. They were also happy to help clearing the loft, bringing down some heavy boxes of records which I couldn't lift myself. They were polite and friendly throughout and worked amazingly fast. I definitely recommend Polish Man & Van and will be using them again when the time comes to take our stuff out of storage.

Hired on 5 Jan 2019 to move some v large gymnastics equipment. Normally type of job most avoid!

These gents turned up promptly at 7am & were both smart and very efficient. We had to move 200 miles away, they put in a very long day. A very professional service from start to finish. We had a full packing service for a four-bed house and it was fantastic. Everything packed with great care including beds. On the second day two more vans arrived and extra men. Nothing was too much- they were so obliging. I would thoroughly recommend the company.
